Spring Almost In Sight
flowers soon appear
while winter winds do die down
spring almost in sight

Nature Knows
dew drops die down
freshening flower faces...
sun smiles at snowflakes

Cemetery
sleek sepulchers smile
deceptive dirges die down ---
souls sing solo songs

In Your Arms
I cry.
I sob.
I whimper.
But in your arms,
I cry less.
I sob less.
My whimpers die down.
I sniffle, looking up at you.
That sweet smile, that fills me with love.
You tell me, “It’s ok, I’m here”.
Then I cry again,
because I know
that I cannot be in your arms
any longer....

Digest the Foundations
Don't let my hope die down
although i know it was mine
to begin with
And the moon is praying
yet some see Elijah bestrode back in town
but I'm an old sinner
too old for my years
not knowing who would emerge
from the gloomy vale
I rode away
to see the harbour's light dim
but still I think of outside
where all the pain was...

The Fireplace
In its hearth, the reds and blues
A life of its own, for us to use
A warmth is given on cold eves
And adds romance, if one believes
No truer picture can provide
Than love near to the fireside
The heat, with embers burning bright
Serve well to make a warmer night
When the fire should die down
Two lovers heart still stay around...

Reality

Bizarre world
With bizarre people
Dwelling with pseudo reality
To "go with the flow"
Unborn dreams
Unspecified dreams
Die down
Perish 'n lay down
in the birthplace itself
or stay hidden forever
in the deep heart's core
To live your pseudo reality
you question others' ill-doings

How about questioning your own sanity?

Story of a Candle
A flickering candle
in a corner
Melting wax
Creating moulded figures
 and artifacts
Tears of agony
trickling down
Drop by drop
and then solidifying
Entrapping in it
all the burning pain
Waiting for the flame
 to die down
Waiting for the wick
to turn to ashes
When the flame flicks
for the last time
All that is left are
those solidified tears
and the figures and artifacts
created by them……....

To My Ancestor Brothers and Sisters
Let the junky day pass
Much fret and tremor
The sound and fury
Shall die down
We shall return
In our sleepy self
Sleep
Deep sleep
And yet in deeper delve
We shall wake in time farthest
Our far ancestral fathers
and mothers
Are out on hunting
And we the eternal brothers
Hand in hand
Shall play
Shall paint the caves in mirth
When Our fathers and mothers
And the all
Are Gone to prey...

Our Love Will Never Die
When the moon dips low in the wayward night and the sun rays fail to shine when the stars stand still the winds die down and a chill does settle in I'll think of you your giving heart and your smiles through our pain when my days get short and in my nights I long a craving for your touch I'll think of you and the times we had knowing our love will never die

Trotting over dried up dreams leaving love to die, identity to dissolve they let familiar terrains swim past view with everything slipping out of eye shot no looking back, the unknown stretches far ahead behind the hills, muffled cries die down

Premium Member I Will Move You
Wind Personification #2

I will move you
As your hair flows
As your soul stirs
As you feel me touch your face,
You hear the leaves rustle
And the windmill turn
You hear the water lapping
Softly, on the shore
You see things floating by
In the air around you
As the sail shifts,
I will slowly move you
- I am the wind -
And…just when I have
Become too much
I will die down, stop and recede
Into calm silence
Until, I return again

A Conflict In the Summer
A good day into a mood day
Why’s everyone being crude day
The sun is radiant
So what’s with the frown
How did the moods die down
From a happy community
To what happened to unity and the impunity
A small town as a family in disguise
Whatever happened to being allies
This is where it’s all hands on deck to rebuild what was
A pandemic seems to fall under a probable cause
It’s a long road to peace so let's take our time
A beautiful symphony turned into a conflict in the summertime...
