I know a translator named Randy,
whose skill with dialects is dandy.
But I have the advantage
of knowing sign language,
and it really is quite handy.

Ulay kasano'y kadagsen di problemam
Adikan itolok ay mabege ka, labanam
Ta maga to met lang di odom ay kaseseg-ang
No baken sika ay manang
In Kankanaey ( one of the dialects of the Cordillerans )

whirlwind of spectacular sounds
elephants tromping through, ears flowing
continent made of diverse dialects
zebras striping the horizon with color
countries with their own flavors
Africa God's own quintessential tapestry

Okay all you growed up kiddies, ready for this
Jack and Jill fell down the hill, the original premise
Well the true story is such
They ended up in a clutch
Humping and bumping till they spoke foreign dialects

I whisper to the winter moon
in dialects of falling snow
the lyrics of my flurried rune.
I whisper to the winter moon
my wish for spring with blossoms strewn
piano and adagio.
I whisper to the winter moon
in dialects of falling snow.

The philosophy
of language
its essence
rephrased
The alpha
and beta
unknown
without names
All dialects
freeing
the sound
of the ink
Without words
and their meaning
could
— we ever think

pen to my paper
A slave for a master
The brown in pigmentation
Beautiful dialects
of a Zulu nation
rediscovered
in a queen's eyes.
Her gaze speaks
like a summer sunrise
befalling the Serengeti
pen to my paper.
Word to my flow
A mixture of color
only poets know

Pure possibility plays
Among the shorter shelves.
Here can be quickly glanced,
Quite easily, per chance:
Glittering, spinning castles,
With multi-colored shrubs;
Space-suited clowns,
Juggling throwing stars;
A grinning seahorse bobbing
Weightless in thin air;
Alleys winding dark and light,
With neon-green monsters;
Kindly white-haired grandpas,
Speaking distant dialects.

She smiles upon coated slate.
Her skeletons become coagulated whispers
Of yesterday
Another blissful awakening
This shedding of redemptions’ sin
Under elastic dialects
Closure within ephemeral slow dances
Irregular beats of her drum
Now
Steadfast acoustic riffs
Forge constellations' new tomorrow
As she swims through cashmere laden sands
Without the need to float
On dependency’s raft

at nightfall flamboyant
nomad fortune tellers
midst their migration
in colours and flair
romani gypsies gather
outside their caravan
around a bonfire ablaze
they’d play their fiddles
guitars and cimbalom
singing in unwonted dialects
dancing under moonlight
beneath a dome of stars
in legendary brazen flurry
freedom tossed to the wind

The earth's globe rotates around the sun.
Morning for some and night ffor mothers as it does.
Languages are many and dialects varied causing divide
What of the language of literature?
Translations of heart. feelings and life seep thru both
metal gates and hard walls.
Poets of mind acknowledge each other with open nods.
They know no divide of country. culture or race.
Only to speak the truth of bring.

Gravity pulls my soul against the ground--
Pressure from my mind pounds bullet proof glass,
Fragile by frequencies of intense sound.
Your stance is a statue marching through grass...
Such divine and determined dialects.
My world spirals you into my orbit,
You are my satellite the sun reflects;
Other stars dim by the light you transmit--
Your whispers shiver me to stay awake,
The bliss your magnetic blue eyes partake...
