Lonely Dawn

Another Sunday morning
denotes another wasted week
waiting for a chance to see
the happiness I seek.
As time ticks by I try to grasp
my life before its gone.
But your not here so still I wait
with another lonely dawn.

My First Quote

I just joined Brainy Quotes
Which kind of to me denotes
What I say is word to the wise
None of them need any alibis.

Here is my quote:

Last time I looked, past was behind

Maybe

Merely indicates that there is a possibility,
Assuming the answer has room for sway.
Yes or no denotes there will be no flexibility.
Big decisions to be made; choices to weigh.
Either response will be given, come what may

Lines To Music

Note the difference
in tone
a song, a poem
the flute denotes
subtle sway
the piano plays
and the harpsichord.
Cymbals clean
and sweet.
Note the joyous mood
and the dancing fools
the children’s laughter.
Note the change
as the magicians rearrange
the cord, the bridge
the end.
Note.

Throughout the years; to find the space, the
Special time, mankind pursues with plans designed

Doubting all.' In passing thought I cast opine
Let chance into play, ere the curtains fall..'

Aftermath

Aftermath

Living through the deprivation
	of the silence and solitude
of former injuries afflicted,
we come to a new conception of scars in battle,
they serve a purpose, reminding us that
we may have suffered from the wounding,
but their presence denotes a well fought fight,
and a strengthening of spirit.

Expectation

Expectation:
Denotes hope,
Incarnate scope.

Expectation:
Emerging life,
Free of strife.

Expectation:
Faithful wait,
Defying fate.

Expectation:
Defining truth,
Absent proof.

Expectation:
Abiding trust,
From dust to dust.

Expectation:
Salvation come;
To bring us home.

Our expectations cease
With liberations’s peace.

Collision of Truth and Lie

C-ollision of truth and lie
H-as made the slave free;
E-arly twenty-eighth of September, God's wisdom denotes verity.

A-s the false and correct collide,
R-ighteousness prevails;
A-n evil deed is beaten,
N-egative or wrong faith fails.
I-t's a clash of good and bad, it's a conflict neath the sky;
L-et the light brightly shine in the collision of truth and lie.

Orang Utang Dear Friend

Oh Orang! Oh Utang!
I came from far to meet and greet you,
The man of old jungle, the name reveals you,
A cute creature human-like denotes,
Through gestures, funny looks
And innocent waving that make you laugh,
If you know how to approach and pat him,
You will be rewarded a touch and may be,
A cuddle,
At your own risk,
A surprise kiss could come like a zephyr,
Octopus-like glue!

Wholeness

Heart and soul, not half a role
as God encompassing my knoll
I have in Thee confirming hold
as spirit's new convening told!

So settlement is Thy revere
my own grace pleading asks me here
can I keep needing while Thee veer
my whole believing, not austere!

A space for heeding of Thy cheer
that private, leading, not of fear
denotes my will, as God declares
your love in mine, HIs wholeness ~ cares!

Tethered To Oblivion

Short shadows stretched by a sinking sun,
darkness denotes the day is done.

And Sol slips over the edge of the Earth
tethered to oblivion,
and yet, shackled to Dawn.

Twilight morphs into Dusk, summoning night,
as a canopy of twinkling stars shine.
And the moon imbues a phantom sun's light
with magic, where wishes and dreams entwine.

an ebony sea
a constellation of stars...
candles set adrift

My Acrostic Greeting

M-y acrostic greeting
A-ims to warm your heart;
R-hyming scheme in the lines
I-s like a work of art.
L-et my acrostic greeting
O-pen the dawn with light;
U-nderneath the blue sky, right after the cold night.

G-reeting in acrostic
A-ims to ease your mind;
L-et the day be sunny,
V-ile weather's far behind.
E-arly seventeenth of July, your name denotes a meaning;
Z-one of surprise is built by my acrostic greeting.

The Rights of Spring

The harmony of the clouds
In the sky
Sing the silents of snow
Half notes and denotes
In the air
While winds whistles
And whispers its constant dare
Eyes worship and stare
At the greateness of the shroud
Hides us from the moon and stars
A frozen blanket streached so far
It equals the size of the sea
It speaks the tongues of
Winter to me
Cold froze and freezing
Contemptious names
For the days of decieving spring

The Start of Spring

Tomorrow marks the start of spring.
The weatherman said it would bring
Some rain and wind and maybe snow –
That’s not the way that it should go!

It’s time to ditch the winter coats,
For hearing “spring” to us denotes
Not boots and scarves and barren trees
But budding blooms and gentle breeze.

At least, to most, the longer days
Provide more time to soak up rays
And thus prepare for springtime sun
When Nature’s little prank is done.

Purity of a White Flower

D-ahlia denotes clean heart,
A-s she shares the true love;
L-etting it gladly dwell deep
I-nside seen from up above.
S-ampaguita signifies clear mind,
A-s she thinks about peace;
Y-es, she lives in harmony, waiting for heavenly bliss.

F-ragrant scent is smelled
L-ovingly by the nose;
O-ctober second morn
R-efreshens the sweet rose.
E-legant daisy denies the dark, looking for bright weather;
S-implicity comes from the purity of a white flower.

The Dead Remember Everything

The dead remember everything
The living have forgotten
Except in dreams of kings and queens
And lost marines who joined as teens
To help and keep our honor clean
From those who plot and make up schemes
Because they think they are supreme
While truth denotes they’re just extreme
And wish to tear to smithereens
Our children’s, children’s hopes and dreams
Though they might plot out wild schemes
I’ll not succumb to what they want
Or yield to their regime

Please Understand

I am a person. I am not a paper.
I have a name.  I am not a number.
I have a face.  I am not a picture.
I have a life. I am not your fixture.
I have a voice. I am not your notes.
I have a future, not like my past denotes.
I am an individual. I am not a statistic.
I have goals that are realistic.
I have strengths, not only weakness.
I will not be silent. Will you have openness?
When I get frustrated, please understand,
I want to be asked, not given a command.

Homage

As interruption wanes with cares of how
a promise then, I have by Godly vow,
an ever more to strengthen thee enow
so strengthening, I grip my cause, escrow.

A boycott of derange, I pray to space
my legacy from thine, this being case,
until in mastery's time, I play thy face
adjourning nearer mine, in Godly praise.

Is dearer, solemn, fine - a private grace
that blesses homage' line, my own to trace.
As God denotes divine, to so replace
all emptiness' consign - with loving based!
