Sedated

Sedated

The sitting and waiting
The Wanting and wishing
No fate of the faded
No reasons debated

Sedated; sedate me
I’m acting so crazy
I cant overstate this
These Feelings are weightless

Should Be Solution Horn Haiku

should be solution
to republican pollution
their dissolution

they hesitated
was not premeditated
highly debated

chew the fat
let me pray on that
while I pet my cat

Religious Institution

Once there was a man called Simon “the Institution”
Debated “shift from religious institutions to educational “
protection of individual conscience
protection of group rights, a science
Bloody these goals need a lot of research!

The Dilema

I sat down, and with a frown
I contemplated, i debated
I considered all, i deliberated them all
With an answer i failed to come up with.

Help i sought,insight i found not
Indecision i met, lost i felt
I knew not, what to or not
Confused,tormented and troubled i was.

Wasted

Take a sip
It won't hurt
I begin to stumble and trip
Stains on my shirt

Next time is different i say
Then i turn to a bottle
Not able to sound a hey
So ashamed while i hobble

Drinking again they ask
"im fine" i debated
Then i grab my flask
Now i know im wasted

Failed Philosophy Students

Philosophers debated:
Can a medium ever be small or large?
Is faux leather from fake cows?
Does a hypochondriac think he has everything except hypochondria?
Do denture wearers always give us false smiles?
If a snail loses its shell, does it become a slug?

Conflict

Wrestle in confusion
For the seed of resolution
While the answer is out of reach,
No relief from the anguish of the breach.
Debated element by element
And is necessary for human development,
Guarded with knowledge
Are the lessons we do salvage.
Sometimes lenient,
Sometimes strict
Is the state of conflict.

Premium Member He Wanted Attention and He Got It

He wanted his cousin Jenny’s attention
So, he dropped from the ceiling upside down
His head landed inside a couch cushion.
We relatives had never seen such a trick.

His voice was muffled, so we did not know what he was mumbling.
We debated whether to go find his cousin Jenny or take selfies.
We took selfies.

Thank the world for its people that have been created
Shake a hand you disagree with after you have debated
Remember that the stars still do not know we are here
So getting one above is the worst thought of the year
Believe that time tries but fails to ever stand still
Doing what you know is true does challenge every will

Dilemma

I told him in short, a life story
At the very crisis and worry,
He turned back saying
It might be a modern add,
I told it might really be a fact
He told usual happenings
I told but sometimes,
He predicted more happenings such
To the tumultuous human race
I told but he should not curse,
He left me in empty hand
All the times I debated in mind.

Premium Member Charlie Kirk'

An active Christian who debated others..
Is all.' A little out there.' Yet he cared.' Trying in the Word, to enlighten and save.'
Appalingly murdered today in Utah
By someone? who he would already have
Forgave, forgave because only God can judge..To take a life, is so terrible I can
Think of no thing worse.' Than to hold; evil so deep,
To act on such a grudge'

To Write Like Me

To write like me, you wouldn’t
And not because you shouldn’t,
But probably you couldn’t
Since our brains are each unique.

You might adapt my rhyming
And possibly my timing,
Though paths you think you’re climbing
To my mind won’t let you peek.

The styles that we’ve created
Cannot be imitated,
A truth that’s been debated
Back since critics learned to speak.

Premium Member Witch's Coven

A witch’s coven went into a dark forest The clan met together to plan a town curse They debated and picked the one they liked best An evil would come, hurting the youngest first The townsfolk were oblivious to this deed The did not know the power of this dark seed They all got sick with some horrible disease The witches came laughing, pretty as you please

Premium Member Success

Success Written: by Miracle Man September 27, 2020 Success isn’t a life award, intended solely for the well educated. The diploma that reads “school of hard knocks” is often a subject that many have debated. Success tipped it’s hat to me, who displayed patience and perseverance. In spite of all odds, and others, they became my motivators not an interference.

Over

Over acted,
Over budgeted
Over corrected
Over debated.

Over educated,
Over funded.
Over gripped.

Over heated,
Over inspected,
Over Jammed,
Over kicked.

Over looked,
Over mentioned,
Over needed,
Over ordered,
Over powered.

Over quenched.
Over rated,
Over stitched,
Over tipped.

Over utilised,
Over ventilated,
Over written.

Over xeroxed,
Over yahoo-ed,
Over zealous.

Premium Member Magical Mix

A merger of holidays was proposed
      Young hearts for it
         The elderly opposed

    Fiercely debated
       Bitter grew the divide
    Neither young nor old
       Could speak peaceably
         to the other side…

    The holy spirit waded
       into the fray
    its magical mix infused
       love and brotherhood...

    Alas and alack
      ~ Humankind refused

Truth

You will now please be quiet !
a silence if you please !
no murmur from the cheap seats
You religious types at the back!
Keep your hands in your trousers

Views of truth continue to be debated among scholars and philosophers !

Truth has a variety of meanings
But concernedly about fact or reality
the direct opposite of truth is falsehood
You religious types at the back !
Keep your hands in your trousers

Premium Member A Dated Date

Dating’s so dated
He lately related
From a date he dated
Who arrived belated
Named Candy Dayt
A mate candidate?
Who on their first date
Ate eighty eight dates
Straight out of a crate
That doubled her weight
And looking inflated
Which can’t be debated
He wasn’t elated
Which he quickly stated
And later orated
That eighty eight dates
Ate straight from a crate
Is much too dated
And dates on dates
Should be vacated

Premium Member A Path Not Taken

A Path Not Taken Written: by Miracle Man 5/12/2020 Married life had been like butterless toast, feeling forced to subsist on unshucked corn. Forlorn days, he believed, were his host, Now a hinder look finds him dated and worn. As his days mounted, and years elongated, occasionally depression reared its ugly head. Now, what if’s, are in his thoughts debated, should he have chosen the other path instead?

She did

I think I heard the “ah!” Sound, this time she did succeed!
About what?
I thought. I thought and thought and thought, and thought!
Then I wrote,
To represent my mother how I earned a name!
And while I was earning that, exactly what went on with her end!
She was happening on the Journal cover page
For disturbing public hygiene
And was a hotly debated cacophony
To clean altogether with the popular most recent product
Reticent enough!

Dead President

President elected
has been erected
for his grave now barren
it's time for comparing
shall he be republican
shall he democrat
here is what I think
as a matter a fact
he shall be none
for he is dead and has no heart beat
no not none
he shall be great and never be shun
for his career has just begun
he shall never be asasinated
belittled or degrated
for his victory was highly debated
