Premium Member Meat Pete the Pirate
I once knew a pirate named Pete
There's nothing that he wouldn't eat
He once swallowed a whale
But then choked on the tail
And now he himself is dead meat...

Prophet Is Unwantedi
morning mist
reluctance
of yesterday
new wind
of a colorful
spring
red flags ascend
drowning in blood
how long
she is on a mission
crucifixtion
dead meat is
breakfast cold
concrete jungles
the prophet is
unwanted

Collection Is a Disease
empty sea shells
washed up on the
sea shore
death of a dream
eaten rotten flesh
marine mollusks
barnacles brachipods
she is a conchologist
through her windows
breath of the sea
bits and pieces
of the dead meat
collection is a
disease
waves and the tides
clams and snails
and chitons
killed and adorned
in our empty homes
of love...

Premium Member I Certainly Put My Foot In It - Halloween Boo
I went out to trick or treat wearing fake bloodstained hands and feet Soon I began to get prickly heat So I jettisoned them in the street The finder went as white as a sheet Then dropped dead with no heartbeat Now I’m feeling like dead meat How could I be so indiscreet! Premium Member The Devil Won'T Be Serving Iced Tea
In Georgia we get a little taste of Hell with the summer heat,
Surely without our AC we would be dead meat.
It feels like a roaring campfire when you go outside,
You are covered in sweat, and want to run back inside.

It makes you wonder how hot Hell would be,
Although it feels like Hell now at 105 degrees!
We had better live as good as we can be...
The devil won’t be serving any southern iced tea!...

Deaths' Dry Eye
" Yah I'm the candy man, broke my sack.
got your money, can't have it back.
 took you heart, and broke it good;
Can't cry for you, I never could.
Leave me alone oh, did I say,
That if you don't, you'll pay, and pay.
  I killed you once, you did not die;
Good by dead meat, I said good by."

"Saturday, police discovered the body of a young man.
There are no leads in the case, at this time. And,
Police are asking that all......

Loser
Stop being such a jerk
Someday your parts won't work
Then you'll wish you were not alone
No one will ask you to their home

You'll think about what you've done
You're not the only one
Who has people in their life
No one will want to be your wife

You will be so lonely
Wishing that you had only
Been nicer to one and all
No one will give you a call

No one will want you then
Not maybe, if or when
You will wish you had been sweet
Baby, you're going to be dead meat!...

Web of Life
Komodo dragon has serrated teeth
And anything crocodile grabs in his jaws is dead meat
The flowers make nectar that is sweet
But everything that lives must eat

Nature can balance it all
But we believe in existence of soul
Is there more
Something beyond evolution’s control

That which truly might be bliss
It is evolution that needs no reference point through abyss
As intelligence from this point will grow
The great tree of life rises like spring flower from beneath the snow...
