Meat Pete the Pirate

I once knew a pirate named Pete
There's nothing that he wouldn't eat
He once swallowed a whale
But then choked on the tail
And now he himself is dead meat

The seabirds had a whale of a time - Feasting on pirate Pete was divine - All they left was the tail - Bones, teeth, flippers and nails - The rest had gone down a treat, simply fine…… Beryl

It's true, on old Pete they did peck........But those seagulls showed proper respect......They knew he would be....better pooped out at sea......Than rotting away some the deck.
