Okay
Poetry is dumb and boring
Only red skittles are delectable
Excellent customer service
Trees have green leaves
Respiration is aided by abdominal muscles
Yesterday was disappointing...

False Profits
False profits,
Are usually followed by real losses,
That make way for real bosses.

Real profits,
Come from real wages,
Real customer service,
An Active Complaints Department,
And lots of repeat customers....

Customer Service
Hi how are you?

What seems to be the problem?

I’m so sorry about that.
How would you like to resolve,
 this issue?

Alright let me talk to My superior.

My apologies.

                    So sorry for the inconvenience.

One moment please....

Living the Dream
up to her shoulders
in a sea of empty pop cans
she acts in her play
children at home
husband not mentioned
this time
she says she loves dogs
our friendship
bears the mark of time
sometimes meeting
in the freezer aisle
or by customer service
we remember journeys
to many places
shared again
we flirt
for the fun of it...

Premium Member Booking Dot Com
scammed by the industry giant
customer service useless
passed from pillar to post
and back again without resolution
they simply did not care and are therefore
culpable of the fraud

maybe someone will benefit
from reading this ‘poem’
no licence required
only disappointment and injustice

I am voting with my wallet
will never use them again
and some of my friends vowed
to shun them as well

Deep Fried Greed
Are we dying to get a taste of the American Dream that we've got fat and glutinous, deep fried in greed.
Are we dying to feast on a God given intervention, with gnarled hands waiting to connect with the customer service extension.

Are we all so obsessed with consuming the world, that we've forgot what it's like on the outside of a store.
Waiting to receive a gadget or the next best thing, Christmas came twice and we didn't have to wait through Halloween....

Press One For English
Press One for English

By Elton Camp

Your customer service I tried to call
It didn’t diminish my problem at all

“Press one for English” is just a lie
I can’t understand much as I may try

Because if that’s English they’re using
“Chinese” I might as well be choosing

For it was a person in India I got
Good customer service that is not

Your brand I’ll never buy again
Unless your bad ways you amend

For such service I most firmly say
Give somebody here in the USA...
