Press One for English

Your customer service I tried to call
It didn’t diminish my problem at all

“Press one for English” is just a lie
I can’t understand much as I may try

Because if that’s English they’re using
“Chinese” I might as well be choosing

For it was a person in India I got 
Good customer service that is not

Your brand I’ll never buy again
Unless your bad ways you amend

For such service I most firmly say
Give somebody here in the USA

Andrea Dietrich July 28, 2013 at 8:06 AM I just hate when this happens. MY husband has a hearing problem. So when they get these people who can't speak clearly, he has to give the phone to me and I can't understand them either. GOOD GRIEF>
