Epitaph
If curiosity killed the cat
But satisfaction indeed brought them back
Then you must have been slain by joy complete
For you to go to eternal sleep, resting now in perfect peace....

Premium Member Don'T Ask
They teach, "Curiosity killed the cat"
Is there a good explanation for that?
   In school don't ask questions
   Don't dare make suggestions
Live your life just as blind as a bat....

Alberto's Eyes
Cat
That swallowed
The canary
Your
Restless movement
Makes me
Smile
Darting eyes
And swishing tail
With your need for speed
And
Your love for adventure
I
Can
See that twinkle
Devilish smile
Hidden in a paper bag
You crinkle
Cat that swallowed the canary
Curiosity killed the cat
But Alberto’s
Brought him back...

Curiosity Killed the Cat
Unleash the kitty
The little boy thought of himself witty
Locked up in his room infront of the screen
Submerged in the screams
A lasting string that will follow him to his teens

Internet tasted like mint, to him
Abundant and innovative, yet aromatic to
His flaming desires
And that national geographic!
Oh my oh my
Exotic women in their little strings
Covering their little things...

....in the times of witch hunts (of one sort or another) cats were suspect and
maybe some opposed the hunt and dared to question the inquisitors....

Curiosity killed the cat, they say
but if we do not ask, we will not know.
Do we not, to the music, gently sway?
Let then our searching, be in stillness slow,
as open heart, scent of love does follow!
Awaken, oh hermit! Watch attention,
guiding it’s flow, in soft meditation,
wary of pitfalls, as ego urges,
threatening to block our bliss elation.
Be one with bliss within, as it surges!

Catkin Willow
Catkins, Catkins peek out your furry head Upon the branchlet within the meadow Remember curiosity killed the cat, stone dead Nature's furry, cocoons upon the willow Beat the leaf and spring shall come As soon the tides of green will follow Flowers show her your highest respect On the gentle mind in awe of sallow Catkins, catkins earnestly lead the season in Please us with the freshest, your purring us affects

Curiosity Killed the Cat
teacup, fat...round.
you're not from here.
boxed up...reminiscence of a past, light coating.
push my brain to think when it just wants to avert attention.
but surprisingly, intrigue.
go figure...
sexy, hott, smooth...but that is unknown.
words glide with ease with lips that could take your breath away.
a lingering weapon...pounce..and taken away, entranced.
question me, ill question you.
yet, there still more to learn....

"Poet Destroyer" we are best friends forever in this Life and beyond a poetic spark so clever of P.D. I'm very fond. she's dazzling entertainment and blogs some super stuff composing cool arrangements readers never say "enough". but underneath her sweet persona why does she cry tears so sad? longing for love is she really a loner? or a rebel child, like me, so bad? *For Harry & Mandy's Curiosity Killed the Cat Contest. *August 30, 2012. /bcenter>
