Impunity of Self

Retribution lies upon
The unredressed,
What lies beyond
Ourselves,
We abscond,
We finalize, yet we
Never correspond,
We analyze, yet we
Never respond…

Comprehend yourself hence
Transcend comprehension-

Best Friend

There's nothing like a best friend
to stay with till the end
the one you never offend

With you through tears
and fears
and all years

You share that special bond
that you're very fond
and you correspond

So to all friends
there are no dead ends
in friendship, so make amends.

Outcast

white thrush and white crow
fight which one's biggest outcast -
black sheep watches them

*The idioms “white thrush” (merle blanc) in French and “white crow” (belaya vorona) in Russian correspond to “black sheep” in English.

Fear Chills the Heart

icicles dripping on a disenchanted heart
stalls it’s rhythm right from the start
desire of love is absent to its core
like an paradise island without a shore

a cold heart remains silent and does not bond
remains aloft and does not wish to correspond
freedom of love had been torn from its veins
now sheltered in fear which takes the reins.

Intuitive Hearts

Between two hearts Mental telepathy is potent Each heart or both are patient Each one correspond Each one is neither impulsive They meet, agree, and play together Regardless no matter how distant Both hearts are intuitive Mutual regard to each other is important Whims and caprices are incoherent Complete trust are always inherent And their love, urges and wants Are tolerant and unhesitant.

Spiritually Hope That There Is Life After Death

Not to die is also not to live...
greater sadness is crying inside
in place of releasing tears out...
have only pristine smiles
that today correspond to nostalgia...
Smile thorns and cry flowers...
live with a sad soul
  and smile anguish...
Feeling that joy is crying around...
That's why I reaffirm that dying,
is born-again... that is spiritual
comfort...
Meanwhile, I write poetry
that reveals understanding... !

Premium Member Stranger

Listen to poem:
The flash of fear I feel
at passing darkened windows
or dim-lit mirrors comes
when I observe, reflected,
a stranger in my clothes
(or skin) and think:
is this the me
that other people see?
This ghostly image
that I know cannot be me?
Though its actions correspond
to those I take
in shaving, bathing,
wielding cans of aerosol,
surely I would recognize
this jaded, aging,
desensitized distraction
that the world
mistakes
for me.

Perception

Touch me, feel me, see me
hear me, taste me then smell.
The magic my body radiates
to put you under my love spell.

Like an assassin I steal your heart
without you ever knowing
All of a sudden you realize
you feel a sense of glowing.

Absence of judgments
creates a solid bond
Our eyes have conversations
Their all we need to correspond.

Our senses provide all we need
to drift into each other.
No matter how far apart we are
Your love thankfully makes me smother.

Sexualizations 2

Surely, you just made the right turn,
Exquisitely featured, fresh faced
Xanthochroid; Pose properly placed,
Unwilling to deny or spurn.
Arrangements, made by those who yearn,
Lead to bodies properly spaced,
In a harmony that has paced
Zealous methods that make us burn.
Agreements, such as these, were made
To, first, correspond to consent.
Into the act, we must, now, wade.
Open the door of your convent,
Navigating the love we laid,
So that we can search the content.

On an early day in late spring,
as dragonflies dance and birds sing,
on top a dock where I've grown fond,
butterflies gather by the pond

Cattails sway in the morning breeze,
as do the crowns of nearby trees,
this view I see the world beyond,
butterflies gather by the pond

As ripples in the water form,
and playful fish frolic in swarm,
without words we all correspond,
butterflies gather by the pond

On an early day in late spring,
butterflies gather by the pond.

Premium Member He Gave His Job the Ax

My charming husband hails from Halifax
Where they make the world’s finest beeswax
For years he worked preparing income tax
Wearing a suit and tie with neatly pressed slacks
He would take care of details including sales tax
Correspond with clients usually by phone or by fax
The day he retired he reached an all-time climax
I proposed he start to learn to play the sax
But he says he loves to chill and just relax

In the shower one day was a blond The door bell rang, she went to respond She shouted "who's there?" "It's the blind man" he declares "Hold on, I'll open the door to correspond" Seconds later she opens the door "Nice breasts" he says, as she looks to the floor "Here are the blinds you requested They have been hung and well tested Have you ever had blinds here before?" .
