The Contretemps
Around the lounge a drowsy brown hound was routing, and found a rowdy lout shouting aloud and flouting a crowd of stout, proud men who frowned at his pounds tumbling down the ground and they clouted and ousted him out and out without any doubt about that money amounted to thousand pounds....

Never Let True Love Die
L-et not true love die,
I-n spite of the shake;
Z-one of wrangle and bicker
A-ims for the chain to break.

F-ight the falling-out,
A-s well as the argle-bargle;
L-et the contretemps fade,
L-et not the union wiggle.
O-n the twenty-sixth of May,
R-ed beacon rises up high;
I-ntensify the harmony,
N-ever let true love die....

Bluejacket
A baronial zing of blue jacket
Blithesome attitude,
Allures me to join navy,
A credence to serve countrymen,

When territories enter a ballicose
Only to belittle through broach,
Or to lull enemy by celerity
Not by swindling but by courage,

Howsoever contentious is the situation
To prevent from contretemps,
Think better of,
Think much of ,
Think through !!

Angry acts begin.
Harmful words would never flare,
Count to ten then once again.

Wildfire spreading fast,
With mistaken, muddled acts.
Smokey aftertaste will last.

Then finessed assaults,
Vainly exit, pride intact,
Casting blame, the other's fault.

Friendships fall head-long,
Disarrayed in stumbled steps.
Puzzled reasons blurred then gone.

We All Are Slaves In Time's Ship
we all are slaves in time's ship
held hostage to a promise of eternity
as the sails fill, oars are manned
we journey into life
facing contretemps in some moments
while lucky stars at times command the bow
we sail away
and the stratagem is to open the eyes
let the future reign
give yourself happiness
in every possible moment
yesterday is a lesson
that we champion in the day
where hope comes with expectations
in every tomorrow
