Resting deathlessly on me
sad
Form: Acrostic

Brown Shoes

When things you do you always lose
You consequently have the blues
        How you will feel
        You can’t conceal
The world’s a Tuxedo and you are brown shoes!
Form: Limerick

Dream State

I broke my pen today
I lost my own way

Forgot what I could find
Consequently I am blind

I won’t be the same
Again I’ll eat the blame

Feel but do not touch
This pity is my crutch

Pray to God and break
Keep me alive, not awake

Premium Member Sarcasm

Sarcasm’s the lowest form of wit
But what should be the highest form
Still cannot be defined, isn’t it
A harder matter to conform?
Consequently, its lack of wit
About sarcasm: there’s no contest
No worth contender to defeat
And so the lowest is the best.
Form: Rhyme

Loyalty

Many hearts uplifted
in the past of love and
many hearts drifted
from expectations of…
Loyalty,
The royalty
from lovers rules of morals
though many tried and many lied
consequently quarrels.
Some pulled through though they are few
with happiness forthcoming
Though here I ponder love and honour
Yes loyalty means something.
Form: Rhyme

The Stinging Withdrawl

Barefoot you reach
for candidacy to
    get partitioned.
    The hatred had divided
the grass.

    The suspense
was intense when
    earth failed to
accept the-
defeat.

    A drinking-
cloud will settle
    the score with
the flames.

    Consequently the-
  sky falls on
all the roses, making
  your vision blurred.

Chaos

Far from the norm
spaced by degrees of
subhuman dignity.
Immoral vibes
that reverberate
throughout human history.
Underneath the fabric
attached to bone throughout
holding intact the moral fiber
that defines the human race.
The sinful nature that defines
and consequently binds us
rips us assunder and welds to our soul.
For chaos is our twin brother from birth.

Just a Little Sad

Bittersweet impressions of parenting and children
Life goes fast and time substantially…
Whilst bonding, raising kids to grow
For them to consequently leave their family.

Some depart to other states and countries
Far far away from loved ones they had,
Yes I understand one must be responsible
Though I think it’s just a little sad, that’s all…

It’s just a little sad.

Obvious Now

gumshoe robbing history of clues
looking for what could have been the perfect crime
among the runes and metaphorical muses
the knowledge i now have has lead me to no ultimate conclusions

Looking with hindsight to what the world has done right
finding the fingers of centuries pointing at the same flaws

consequently amazed
what could i say
you were the ones telling me
all along

You need faith; To be an effective witness; You need faith; By hearing, believe this; For consequently faith comes; From hearing, the word; And the word is God; And God is the Word; His word the bible bold; Faith comes from hearing the message told; And the message is heard through the word of Christ;

Premium Member Bumblebee Has a New Name

Picky bumble bee lives in a new pumpkin house
She had to clean it thoroughly after the mouse
He had left partial bits of food all over the place
Consequently, she had to clean and sanitize the space

It’s all mine now, she declared to whoever would listen.
The floors had a sparkle, and the windows had a glisten.
Pumpkin smelled like Pinesol, Windex and bleach.
It’s a great place! Said the worm “Much better than my peach!”

The Cow - Chapter 2, Verses 264, Holy Koran

O the believers! Don’t make your charity
Worthless by reproach and injury
Like them who spend their property
To show they are better
And do not believe in Allah and the life-after
So they are like a smooth rock with earth upon it
Then a heavy rain falls upon it
Consequently it leaves the rock hard and bare
So it’s loud and clear
They will be unable to get benefit from their earnings
And Allah doesn’t guide the unbelieving human beings.

Irony

The poplar trees stood like sentries
Standing on one leg in their green
Uniformed grandeur. Beyond their
Phalanx could be seen a stately
Manor whose imported marble
Pillars were more decorative
Than utile. Not unlike the sole
Inhabitant who lies dying
In his magnificent antique
Breton bed. He never married-
“I’m too busy for such nonsense.”
Consequently, no progeny,
No living relatives, no one
Only a dreadful eulogy:
Alone died a poor man, indeed!
