Trump To Be Great

Trump To Be Great

Trunk thinks only way to be great
Is having face that is always straight
And at yourself never able to laugh
Not able to separate wheat from chaff
Yet still his ego likes to congratulate.

Finished Almost No Have Tos Today

So many have to’s.
I have done the minimum.
Preferring my day.
To keep as my own.
Holding on to integrity.
Tomorrow may be my last.
I might not even last the night.
I congratulate myself
Wasting no time
On things I despise.

Anaya's World

I’ve had enough!
It’s crazy!
Though time and again
I’ve tried.
My dear friend,
I’ve tried and sighed.
Alas, no shiny mirror
to congratulate you on
your World win.
You won’t see my comments,
trust me.
I'm proud for you and
I read and love your poetry!

fun time with dogs

dogs run in
run out
run in
run out

I congratulate myself
on finally propping the front door open
my husband gets grumpy
about the air conditioning
the idiocy of propping the door open

I just want it quiet now
wishing he would go back into his man cave

Someone To Congratulate!

I'm your friend
I never lie.
I'll always be here
By your side.

I try my best
To stay true.
And all I wish
Is the best for you.

You're my bud,
My bestest mate.
And precious you,
I congratulate!

Wondering About Tomorrow

Little Dogs in Fall’s Cold

Little dogs are Fall cold
And huddle next
To walls where children wait
Where white-haired power-mad men
Congratulate dead souls.

Little dogs wander tonight
Wander cold and long,
Long for a scrap of meat
On a lullaby bone,
Sweet dreams.

War

Oh, this opera of hatred
composed by men
who do not know the pain
of our forced participation!
The cresendos of our cries
and explosions of our lives
bring thunderous applause
and the victors stand up -
with smiling high-fives they
congratulate each other
on a superb performance.

Saving You

An important soul
be great at your accomplishments
congratulate yourself
no negativity around
nor putting one down
growth and success
you're at your best
passing all of the doubtful tests
saving you.

Give back, help one another
paying it forward
a double Blessing and anointing.

Covid Is a Lie

Covid is a lie she tells me, hoping for an argument.
My silence probably grates her.
All news is false except for my news station, she goads me.
I do not roll my finger around my ear or make the L sign on my forehead.
I congratulate myself on my restraint.
Finally feeling like a grown up.

Autocrates

Who has the biggest bite
Who has the biggest bite manipulate
He has power
So he can perpetuate
He has done nothing great
But it him they congratulate
For the life of the poor
Every one hates
If you have a bite
Then you are safe
For who has a bite; stands tall
But if you don't have
A bite at all
Then you will fall

These Are My Valentine

The one who care
Are those we find rare
There we recall there they present
Never fail to appear whatever be the event
When the days are sunny
Make us feel fresh telling joke funny
In the days of shower
Congratulate us giving flower
They provide the joys effect of vine
They are in my heart ,they are real Valentine

Celebrate Yourself

Congratulate yourself for getting
Through each day
Give yourself some credit
While going along your day
Don't let strife be apart of your life
Your valuable as gold don't you know
Begin to hold yourself in your own embrace
Celebrate yourself today
And receive the blessings
That delight you in a brand new way

The Rules of War

An old woman holds bloodied hands to her face
A child cries in the rubble
A mother rocks her mangled child
Children cling to the nothingness of fear
Assassins congratulate each other
Dancing beneath bloodied “flags”
Well-dressed politicians pontificate
Photographers “capture” the moment
Knowing – “there are no rules of war”

Unsolicited

The defense is automatic
Actions, autonomic
Devoted to the cause, charismatic
Emotions for all seasons, climatic

I weary,
I smile
I compliment, silently

I advise
I encourage
l congratulate, mutely

l feel
I break
l heal, repeatedly

I love
I pray
I hope, constantly

My feelings
My devotion
My actions, unsolicited.

Man's Greatness

A man,

Cannot achieve greatness in the

Eyes of our Lord,

Unless

Selfless and just he becomes in

All of his ways!

play park is now a dog park

Baby swing unused for eight years
Glider has sat dormant since 2019
Dual slides; who was the last one to slide down them?
I do not remember because it has been a while
I congratulate myself on making this play park into a dog park
The dogs use the underside of the slides for shade
They have dug holes around the pool
Now our little dog is making mud pies with his paws

The Dedication

I want to congratulate you
On your job promotion
You worked hard
And put in long hours
To make sure that
The task was completed
Come rain, sleek and snow
You’ve been on the job
And you never missed a day
You put your whole heart
Into the jobs you were
Assigned to do,
Also helping others
You’ve accomplished a lot
But deserve so much more
Again, congratulations !

B'Day Poem

Blowing out the candles on my cake
I muse with the music of this mortal sphere.
And congratulate and condole at once;
The agony and ecstasy meld in one celestial ball
Unkempt with imagined beauty and power-
Beyond reckoning.
Confine it not, nor fetter, nor furl
But let fly surreptitious sobriety
That hath on winged fancy flown
And forever toward Heaven's unboundedness.

Copy Cats

Copy cats,
I never liked them,
They stalk like they don't care,
But they do.

They seem glad for your success,
But they are just envied.
They congratulate and hug you,
But they just stab you in the back.

But what they don't know,
Is that you will always be a step ahead,
And they will wander behind.
Just know you are winning,
When you are being copied.. :)

Lost In a Capsized Body

Feeling a bit itchy.
Stop that! I shriek to my body.
We are over that!

Tender there.
Shush! I hush the yelling voice.
We are done with that also.

Teeth and gums hurt.
SHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
I am walking upright.
Congratulate myself on that.

Having to be human
even when nothing else feels
human any longer, lost in a capsized body
mind that used to belong to me.

What was their name again?

When I paint I will listen to my friends via the phone line.
I put them on speaker.
I rarely ever call them any other time.
Unless I am driving.
I have mastered the skill of throwing in pauses and sighs at the right time.
My “hmmm?”s “what’s” and “okay then”’s are semi-automtic.
I congratulate myself on getting by with this
until I ask “What was their name again?”
and they say “Jesus”.

Collaborate To Succeed

Don't create competition,
Create collaboration,
Collaborate to celebrate,
Celebrate copious currency,
To correct your current circumstances..

Completely cease competition..
Cuss your contempt..
Its contaminate!!.
Its Crippled and crumple your credibility
Cultivate collaboration,
Constantly Connect & converse,
Certainly, the crowd will crown you
         & call to congratulate you..

Adieu Felicia Enato

Good Morning Grandma.
It really was a hitch free journey
between a tumultuous earth,
and a refreshing dawn
in a glamorous
celestial city.
Conveyed in honour,
on eternity's ship,
in the midst of a flotilla,
each by angels maneuvered.
I do sincerely congratulate you
for your new found bliss.
And as you merry in your
world of paradisation,
be sure to plead our cause
before His Majesty divine.
