I live at
The top of a cliff
Right where a
Lighthouse lives
Which brings light of warning
To ships in danger

the words fall over the cliff of my lips
and as they fall they die
why cant I form a single sound
that has the wings to fly?
Wife just told me about a dog that died 15 mins after its owner
so i asked
was it a really high cliff
and long leash
check please
At a cliff, hanging,
My grip starts going unwind,
Making me fall deep...
A bereaved forlorn abyss,
Comes pulling us to our death...
Listen to poem:
on the cusp
poised precarious, point perched,
lies threshold brink verge,
the tipping-point pivot to,
rise/fall from grace.
A teenager without a dime
Was suspected of a theft crime
When asked for ID
He said, "There's just me
And I'm Cliff; drop over sometime!"

no bridge
your eyes are a deep cliff
to be wingless
do you know, this is not a problem
when you close your eyes to me
which rock will I hold
You know that it isn't a crime
To sit in a pub writing rhyme
But someone bolder
Just shook my shoulder
With, "I'm Cliff! Drop over some time!"
Although she is still in her prime
Ilene always writes a good rhyme
Despite her muse
Wanting to choose,
"I'm Cliff; please drop over some time!"
repetition of
waves clashing against a cliff

There was a young man from Lancaster
Who tried to do everything faster
He skied off a cliff
Landed on his midriff
And now he’s cemented in plaster
Rocky cliff rises straight up
A few strong pines push through rocks
The lazy river flows south
Cleans Spewell Bluff's feet
stream flows down from cliff
as herd of deer drink from it--
the sunflowers bloom

i see
Well now I see
everything clearing
clouds of dope lifting
left on a a cliff without human company
friends I now miss, nothing is left to me
Ghostly choir of sounds
rattle frames in haunted house
on the edge of cliff!

There was a thrill seeker named Biff
Who got married on a cliff
Honeymooned in Niagra
Overdosed on Viagra
Now the poor fella's a stiff

Looking at the scarp
Of the mahogany cliff
Cerulean tides
Calm down the racing mind thoughts
Offering a peaceful state

a twig snap
from the cliff -
bobcat
treetops glint
in sunlight -
jackrabbit leaps
footpath
between the trees -
hoot owl

The once was an octopus named Seymour
who lived in a cliff by the sea shore.
Each of his eight arms
wielded various charms
so the ladypusses all sought out Seymour.
Sunrise over high rock.
Granit faced, a cliff edge
slides into the light.
Shadowy mountain sheep leap
landing surefooted
upon green tufted clouds.
