My Christmas

The Christmas star glowing atop my tree
Bells hanging below
My spirits soaring free
All hearts with warmth glow
Life does endlessly flow

Dawn From On High

After the Christmas star was nigh,
This is the dawn that breaks from on high,
The true meaning of this one day,
To you, "Merry Christmas", that's what we say......

The star of Christmas
Stays with me all the year long
Fills my soul with faith
Brightens the most dark of times
Sparkling where I can’t go wrong

Sing In Praise

We stand around the Christmas tree
And sing to the Christmas melodies
We thank the lord for what we are
Standing beneath the Christmas star
To celebrate the Christ child's birth
When he came to us to save the earth

Oh you Christmas star in the dark sky above

Ignite our hearts with the spark of divine love

For our souls to be blessed by the Lord's grace

So as greed with holy compassion replace!

Premium Member Conjunction

Conjunction..

Some say

We are witnessing a conjunction

Named the Christmas Star..

Yet vast separation remains as

Precision eyes report:

Jupiter and Saturn seem to

Stand alone..but let us consider

Conjunction as a message

From the Star..YOU found a Shift:

Conjunction posing as separation...

Patient star
          Shining bright
   Reaching far ...

Three kings stir
          Deep, the night
     Gold and myrrh ...

Lil' lamb's birth
          Heaven's light ...
     Peace to earth.

Longing For a Miracle

Christmas star hung bright
But turmoil brewed far below
World at war this holiday

So I made a wish
That harmony would soon reign
And battlefields be destroyed

The best miracle
Raise my husband from his grave
So he’d know he’d fought and won

Neath the mistletoe
Still clad in his uniform
We’d celebrate peace on earth

Premium Member Shepherds Spy a Star

What kind of star is it? The shepherd child asked his father.
His father stared at the anomoly for a long time.
Strangely, I feel it is a holy star, he told his son.
We need to remember and reflect on it.

Their sheep stopped bleating and began to deeply sleep.
Giving them time to meditate and ponder on the star.
Neither realizing that people would speak of it
Two thousand and twenty-one years later.

Incarnate

Christ, avatar.
One Christmas star
Cosmos ajar.
Life dusts disperse.

A child of God
Like trees in sod.
All on Earth laud.
One universe.

Twinkle Twinkle

TWINKLE TWINKLE…

Twinkle, twinkle, Christmas star,
How I wonder why you are
Up above in clouds so high
In this year, now ending nigh.
Are you telling us once more
That the time is very sure
Christ is coming back again
Taking us to be with Him?
I then want to be prepared
For Your coming for me there!
Cleanse my heart from every sin!
I invite You now within!
