Notes About The Poem

Christmas Star

Patient star
          Shining bright
   Reaching far ...

Three kings stir
          Deep, the night
     Gold and myrrh ...

Lil' lamb's birth
          Heaven's light ...
     Peace to earth.

Loved the stir and myrrh rhyme in this one, Greg. Not too keen on lil' but other than that, SUPERB!! Congrats, buddy.

lil' makes me think of Lil' Abner or something kind of comical while this is a more elegant type of poem even though it is very short. I'll soupmail you some more of my strange ideas!

Many kind thanks, Connie - I felt this was my best Rictameter ever, and the REAL meaning of Christmas ... I should have gone the generic "fun" route. So happy you liked it! :o)
