Euphoria fills my cup
I rise, float, burst into flame
The cleansing fire is so sweet
I return to soon.
morning air slows down,
a squirrel shapes soft circles~
tiny paws drifting;
stillness gathers in his chest,
tranquility unfolding
Am considerating signing up
For a beginners class in Tai Chi but
Not sure it's for me
My old bones agree
The will is here but the bod needs a nudge
The mad woman of Chi knew it all.
Her head made her exceedingly tall.
Her schemata was wide.
Held way down deep inside.
In an arrogant brain that was closed and small.
The first source of Qi is inherited from your parents at conception. It is known as the “innate vital substance” and is stored in the kidneys. The second source is derived from essential substances in nature such as the air we breathe, food and water.
I'm going with the chi inside of me. I'm humming to the sound of the gong. I'm saying good bye to anxiety and emotions that don't belong..Let the tributaries flow and set me free. They've been there all along. I'm listening to my blood as it speaks to me, it's writing a brand new song.

Beautiful damsel
Lips full of poems
Her blue eyes staring at me now and then
Perhaps staring at...?
Pointed noise full of ink
Between her heart love is hatch
She is one in a million and a gem
Time will tell if i shall make her warm
But the joy of having such a friend is greater than being warm...

Greek word for Christ, a monogram (also called a “christogram”)
Heat warmer then death,
Moment out weight hours,
Tone Beast aware of night,
Sound waves unique of aura,
Sense of beginning higher then usually,
Tone Beast aware of night,
Sight fully of rage,
Heightening to engage,
Is power power with hand or pen,
What make for weapon,
What make for a fighter,
Tone Beast aware of night.
This is a true story about our puppy Spikie who lives with
us and is our mascot on our farm...........
There once was a puppy named Spikie
His wishes were some what unlikely
He wanted to Guard
But left in the yard
At Five inches his height was unsightly

All
souls
join minds
as one thought
of togetherness
celebrating our time as one
spieces of humans
bound by our
lives on
Earth
We
should
think it
possible
finding peace within
conjoining of beautiful souls
on this planet all call home through our seperate journeys
upon waves described as our lives
with time limited
transcending
human
thought
Arising from that which one view is pit
A distant seed close Ye appear Star
An Infinity for together though forever apart
A pictured path clear, still remains dark
This be Ye one true Yin and Ye one true Yang
The pendulum true, does swing back and forth.
Observational circumference silent at poles center
Breathing in, breathing out
Universal, universes be

When I did the
hug-a-tree today,
I could feel my
breathing in my fingers
as the air
in my body moved my blood.
That Norwegian professor,
when I was 25,
told me that would happen.
One body, he told me,
like a fluid-filled bag,
like a decorative icing
squeezer.
Several times today
I could feel time stop
and I could feel the
gap between my fingers
tremble.
Listen to poem:
Water gives -
Troubled waters to wade,
Holy Rivers to bathe,
Break of waters, for birth and re-birth,
Font for sprinkles and signs made,
Medium and milieu for Chi,
Steep of leaves for tea,
Drinks to receive,
Washes to revive, relieve,
Rains to come,
Wells to fill,
Thirst to quench,
From wellsprings of water,
Forever distilled, wet
With the Spiritual
Everlasting!
Today I practiced
tai-chi in front of a mirror
with a dozen beginners my age.
I didn't apologize
as I thought I might.
Strange
to pick out the
reflexively familiar.
Icon I,
seen from the outside.
Some of us
would have commanded
with angry eyes
if rumples were smoothed
but now we listen.
They lined up like this
in many old photographs of
unsymmetric faces
unceremonious bodies,
dignities clinginging to fact.
I wasn't long in Hong Kong,
before I saw my first tai chi,
and it gave me the strangest notion,
the exercisers, advancing all in a row,
were line dancing in slow motion.
They put their left hand in,
right hand out,
in, out, in, out,
waved them all about
and, set to soothing, soulful music,
the male practitioners suggestively sang,
"If you show me your yin,
I'll show you my yang."
CHILLY CHI

Chilly chi had a blackish pearl she named it Winglow
One night she saw a piggie followed by her beau
Chilly chi spilled the thunder
Cut her pearl-bag asunder
Could not cast pearl before swine because she broke her toe
Celestial musings that you
said to me - "Chi Chi’s"
stick doughnuts fried in sugar
love their specialties,
Terrestrial mirth
plain, cream cheese or chocolate,
best churros on earth.

My poem is a seguidilla which is Spanish but not like a quesadilla.

"Celestial musings that you said to me" - From Vijay Pandit's poem, A Man from Distant Lands..
walking down a lonely trail
in the jungles of Vietnam
fleeing the ghosts of the Viet Kong
down the Chu Chi Trail
pursued by ghosts
and memories of war
and the horror
that lay beneath my feet
wondering yet again
was it worth it
the war
the thousands of dead
silent witnesses
lie beneath my feet
silent witnesses
to the folly of war
as I walk down the jungle path
heading to nowhere
thinking these dark thoughts
talking to my ghostly companions
Trump and Ho Chi Mein Trail
Ho Chi Mein Trail led to his monument;
Trump heard that Hanoi Hilton meant,
And much strain,
Withstood by McCann;
Perfect place to leave current President.

What would happen is that we did drown
In flowers we found in a beautiful gown,
Freely flowing,
While growing;
Emerald shapes we can see in a crown.

Where Trump had his latest Far East
Summit meeting we should be deleting
and President unseating.
To have lived from the sensuous eye
Whose sight reflects all the seen that's not,
Enchanted by gates of which thy heart abides
Life's howling western winds -- stop not!
Foreign familiar faces that once awoke
Stirred inner paths embarked upon
Before, yet the same on looking road,
Built on memories so dearly held to bone --
Oh Time! Thou careless roaming tyrant,
Puppet master, up pulling Night from Day
My fountain of youth I see retiring!
Past I's thou mouldest and hath Shaped.
