Fell on my cheek today hiding my tear. Thankyou raindrop for falling in the right place to
hide the sadness on my face.
Form:
Forehead like a bed,
Ears sides the head,
Eyes twin,
Red lip skin,
Mouth south,
Cheek peaks,
Nose,a chin,
Face then?
I'd turn the other cheek, but here's the thing
that cheek's been slapped before, and there's the sting

a memory of love
trickled down his cheek

Brushing your sweet lips
I shift my placement to you
Kissing your soft cheek
Russell Sivey
Contour of her tears
Flow down her wet enhanced cheek…
Grey clouds spill some rain
Russell Sivey
a kiss on the cheek
is fair as fair can be. a
kiss on the mouth, and
it might become love or just
an endearment casualty.
I can feel the tear trickle down my cheek
and hang from my jaw line
but somehow
wiping it
seems like such
a waste of time
Creek,
greek,
cheek,
speak,
meek,
seek,
leak,
peak,
peek,
sleek,
reek,
geek,
teak,
do stop now,
you bloody freak.
Blue tides going out
Moonlit sands beneath my feet
Sea breeze kissing my cheek

If you slap me I
Might cry one tear from one eye
Take one cloth dab one
cheek then give you one chance at
Diligent apologies
tear
gliding
down my cheek
a slow trickle
lands upon my lips
i close my eyes
and feel you
you still
live
Clockwork Cat
Pats my sleepy cheek.
Hits my eyelids, boops my nose.
Yelling please get up!

A slice of soft sun
Plays on your warm morning cheek
Flutter in the creek
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1st May 2016, Kolkata
Sometimes I feel like
that you are so far away
from me that only
the cheek of your shadow will
be touched in this life of mine.
And Death wore a Versace Gown-
Gazing at Her beauty, from my bed
To my cheek, She floated down:
The Kiss of Death, and I was dead...
the softest caress
of your hand touching my cheek
wakes me from slumber
... I reach across emptiness
your touch was only a dream
and in the night
blue the sounds that came to me
and soft the breeze
as it caressed my cheek
She tried desperately to remember her dream
frantically trying to seek
the reason she awoke this morning
with a tear upon his cheek.
There once was a girl in my class.
One day I tried to make a pass.
My cheek still sting,
My ears still ring,
Yet married to me; Alas!
Soul is aped disease.
Fall irritated at night!
Heart is a journey.
Heard around kiss printed out.
Kept widening on your cheek.
Such a precious rose.
A pale, fragile, perfect pink.
I caress it now.
Gently against my cool cheek.
Like lips that brush make me blush.
A kiss on your cheek.
Mom play hide and seek with me.
Close eyes do not peek!
Recalling my Grandmomma who raised me from the age of two.
They’re everywhere,
mini-poems that is.
They’re the kiss from your mom
or the tear on your cheek.
You just need
the words to describe them.
