Change of Heart?

Do you have excessive pride?
Sounds to me like suicide!
Humble yourself under God again
Instead of losing you can win!

Change of Heart

If I told you a secret,
Could you keep a promise
To never let me go,
Even when I say it's time(‘s up sir)
And the air is ripe
For a change of heart.

Saw Trump With a Seattleite

Saw Trump With a Seattleite

We saw Trump with a Seattleite;
Both had gotten  into a big fight;
Change of heart,
From very  start;
He lost so shiped off in a sattelite.

Trump Not Very Smart

Trump Not Very Smart

America started to fall apart
Should have a change of heart
Down path don't be ever led
Have voted for Hillary instead
But Trump who is not very smart.

Monster Hurricane

Monster Hurricane

What a monster hurricane it had been;
If I were to experience it over again;
In life played part;
No change of heart;
God helped me through thick and thin.

My dreams turn red fallen by a wayside
A change of heart
All for what?
Time flies
Quick
Now
Autumn’s
Fallen leaves
Dry as the breeze
Raking up a storm of forgotten leaves!

Change of Heart

Change of Heart

I sometimes have been greeted with a groan;
Then ability to write poems out has shone;
Right now, I should better be sure and start
Before my wonderful wife has a change of heart.

Things You Believe In

Believe you do
Not change of heart
The things you love.

You give in life
The best you want
Aim get the deal.

All that happens
In daily life
Zeal energy.

To whom you like
And whom dislike
Mirror yourself.

A bleeding heart
A seeking heart
A lonely heart
A 'When will I ever find love?' heart

A change of heart

A joyful heart
A 'Finally after all this time' heart
An 'I'm the happiest girl in the world' heart
An 'I do' heart

My Life Liked Playing Part

when my life played part
always had a change of heart
saw horse break the cart

what he said and meant
was really an accident
he had to repent

may have been extreme
found features that did redeem
bought a Sunday supreme.

Do Not Boo Hoo

Do Not Boo Hoo

I live you so do not boo hoo
We are part of privileged few
God loved us from very start
Never have a change of heart
Prayers for us all you should do.

Change of Heart

We can take it slow
I just need to know
so I don't give up hope
We need to finish what we started
And then it will all be complete
The little words
and small actions
turn my world around
I still keep hoping
more and more
because you give me no reason not to

Tables Turned

Face unkind,
Bond untied,
Change of heart,
Change of mind.
Oh god what have we done?
Put this to sleep and forever we’ll weep.

Never smile,
Wait a while,
Wait for the change to come home.

Waste no time,
No reply,
No reply,
Just set aside.
You set me aside.

Glittery red hearts and a giant puffy pink one
The office is full of Valentines day kind of fun
Old Gladys who should have died or retired
Irritated by the kind of things that have transpired
Until bathroom break when she can see
Someone left a sparkly valentine for me!

Change of Heart

How fickle are the humors of the heart,
capricious and of alternating hue,
a masked chameleon of cunning art;
transmuting colours often hid from view.

Change of Heart

Revenge almost seems worth it
Although, holding onto the past has repercussions
Embrace joy and discard envy
The world has enough negativity
Do not add to the mathematical equation
Subtract anger from your subconscious
Life only gets easier from here
The heart will thank you immensely

Change of Heart...To Another

My poems are dying
as I read other words
I feel my emotions
as they drop to the page
A place out of time
and the chance blown
as I see you opened another door
The locks coming off
as the key you turn
leaving me alone again
against the world
It silenced the night
and left unspoken
I'll go to sleep tonight
hoping for a better dream

Soul Food

The taste of passion drips down a paintbrush,
Stroke after stroke with emotion in each drop.
A story told without words,
Is one to be ravished.
Can you feel it?
The change of heart within each pigment.
Fighting between love and hate,
Deciphering the symbols against a stigma.
Do not question creativity.
Question what makes you creative,
Then chase it.

From man's tongue
flows both honey of the hive
and the sting of bees.
Many go about
telling half truths, tickling ears,
and casting stones.
The tongue,
is not the problem per se,
but a symptom of the problem.
Using self diagnosis,
many make attempts to Band-Aid
(or control) the tongue,
oblivious to the fact
that the real need
is a transplant. (change of heart)

As It Seem

And with degradation'
And love so rich, so rich
Was too rich to be seen
Such that God Almighty
Was an entity
That which flustered
Behind the scene
And
The people who followed
His charge were resurrected
And redeemed from
The very start
Fore-
The only qualification was
A subtle change of heart
And be thee judged at the start
As a fore mentioned
At the hands' of God
