Confusion
So confused
So lost, and bruised
So harmed with the past
Why does life run so fast?

The consequences are unbearable
But this pain is so wearable
Now I cant really tell
If I'm alive, or of I'm burning in hell

So now my wrists are slit
Because I just cant face it
And I'm secluded in my misery
How could he do this to me?

I cry, and I cry
And I slowly die
But the tears wont make things better
They'll only make me wetter...

In times of strife and despair 
Desperation and aspiration 
The only thing we can know
Is the way the cycle of zife
Keeps moving with no sign of stopping
Never to be hindered 
Regardless of the effort 
of the conscious mind 
to be not so,

So we drown out the feelings we simply cant face
In the sweet numbing liquid
The only reprieve from a day in which we grieve 
The loss of things being the way they were
More forgotten time spend trying to forget....
