Premium Member Let Me Be a Star

Please headline me in a Broadway Show
I want to be featured before I go
Sing? No not me.
Dance? Maybe. Let’s see.
I just want to dazzle, sizzle and glow.

Broadway Larry

I like my football, you know how it goes
Who's gonna win?, nobody knows
I sit in my favorite chair
In only my underwear
And a pair of Joe Namath's pantyhose

Nobody's Forcing You

Nobody’s forcing you
To be this way
To give up
You’re to blame
Not anyone else but you
Quit the act, sugar
I’m not buying into
Your cheap, off-Broadway hit

Carnival Contest

Wild rides,
Bright costumes allure,
Like Broadway,
In hard times,
Distorted laughter echoes,
A cheap treat for all.

Gaudy lights,
Masks with painted smiles,
Festivals
In the dark,
A house of many faces,
Screams of sheer delight.

Ingredients of This World

Misty mountains
and cloudy days.

Heavy fogs,
impossible ways.

Unjust manners
and hopeless hearts.

Broadway shows
and sparkling lights.

Water depths
and unknown deaths.

Weary ones,
breakable bonds.

Unrightous wars
and levy sructures.

Turned off lights,
nothingness.

The Actor

I should've been on broadway,
how well I act.
Everyone I have fooled.
Everyone thinks everything,
is ok with me.
The truth is hidden behind,
all the fake smiles I'm giving.
All this happiness is nothing but a act.
The laughing..it's so easy to fool you.
The truth is I'm crying inside.

Premium Member Music of the Night

On an evening stroll
 With a breezy melody
He sees her gleaming like the stars
As Luna tugs on ocean tides
To make them play her lullabies
A kiss will start their song of love
And bring the night to passion's rhapsody

Just Behind Home Plate

At the pitcher’s mound, for the Arkansas Razorbacks,
The scarecrow faces the crowd and sings, “Bring Him Home”
From the Broadway Musical, “Les Miserable”
Then, he receives a standing ovation from a flock of
Black crows chatting and eating buttered popcorn,
In the front row box seats, just behind home plate

Premium Member Looking For Inspiration

I've seen the Grand Canyon, Cancun, Taj Mahal World Plaza (both phases), Broadway curtain call I watched when Hank Aaron sent that little ball 'cross opposite fence the Babe's record to fall. I've bathed in Bridal Falls Niagara'd 'til day called.... But I've never seen a lighthouse 'cept in pictures.
