Pledge of the Ex's

Today I'll give up all my ex's
for something that is true.
And hope to find just one more wreckless
man for paring to.

First Love, First Loss

I was fine alone
Then you showed me I was wrong
Love is amazing

You said you loved me
Then cruel, left abruptly
I know what pain is

I'M Missing

If i ever go missing,
Just knock on the doors
Of everyone i have ever loved
And ask
Which direction they threw me in
Once they were done with me

Gone

The light in the passageway
Burns through the night.
You always put it off
Whenever you came home.

I stay up, waiting for your return.

Beware

Beware
The time
The weak lust grows
Time
Of valentines
Is nothing
But sadness
Moron’s breakup
Like vain
Cars go
Forget the sweets
So cheat the hints

We Had to Let Go

We had been loving Until that single moment Where we both knew that It was time to go. I answered a simple: "Ok." But it was needed.

I Love You Still

I loved you once
But you loved me not!
I loved you anyway!
But you walked away!
You didn’t love me!
You never will!
But I am stuck here
and I love you still!

Love In Halves

You
Me
Love
More than the kind for family

You once felt the same
Then along the separation came
Tore us apart
When we weren’t made to end
We were made to start.

Make Up Not Break Up

together we build
together climd that hill
its been
up and down
this is our town
so why fall apart
let                                 rought
MAKE UP NOT
BREAKUP

Breakup

Crushed, alone in the dark
weeping and wailing,
forgotten and rotten
despair and deceived
screaming Bloody Murder
going further and further
into delusional revenge!

Open my eyes

A thousand poems
A million quotes
But none of it
Was enough
To show me the truth.

I had to realize It for myself. Only I could Open my own eyes.

I see you,
In everything I see.

I saw you,
In everything I saw.

You see,
I see.

You saw,
I saw.

There's no reason,
to deny,

What we've seen,
Or what we saw.

After Breakup

Ribs are very pain today
I have forgotten her words

It has come to understand the foolish
The pains have taught all

I saw happiness in my tears
She found happiness in her smile

Breakup

Didn't feel the bird would fly off abruptly
No break in providing food and water
The cage, however, stayed open off and on
Dating on the treetop _ new boyfriends

Enough Said

I had plenty to say but I couldn't say anything,
I had plenty to ask but the words wouldn't come out,
The silence was so awful just so deafening,
And the obvious was never said only just thought.

Walk Away

As she'd left
He'd taken her name for all the reasons and blames
In every corners of the city, to all the men
As much as
He'd no courage left
To walk on the memory lane
And look into her eyes.

Breakup Text

Last night you texted, "Honey, it’s the end"
But I will not cry…my heart will soon mend
‘Cuz I’ve got so many calls
Unlike you, from guys with balls
And tonight, those balls are of your best friend

The Breakup

You detached me from your regard.

You devalued me with your unkindness.

Your unapologetic apathy underscored my uselessness.

But, when you told me to get out, you were redundant.

I was already gone.

Silky Moonlight

You’ll never call me “darling” or your “sweet love”.
Your heart belongs to her and breakup was tough.
We were together but we weren’t one that night
As through the window streamed in silky moonlight.

Breakup

Both of us have been leaning on this ruined wall,
Trembling, waiting for it into pieces fall
With lips now dry and denying each others call,
Forcing our love's fire to burn from the fuel that is already small.

HAHA I'M MANIC

All that
remains
of our
love
is a faded Polaroid,
a carton of cigarettes,
and two cases of beer.
I'll forget you soon,
but for now,
I'm cracking open
another one—
let's hope these
memories
blur!
