A Good Treat For a Brat

On those hot summer's afternoons around five,
there's nothing that soothes like a rich ice cream;
sweaty kids can't wait for Mr. Softee to arrive
and they run while their hysterical moms scream!

‘Princess’
in mess

Flicks hair -
Beware

Bad mood
Is rude

She whines
At times

She pouts
And shouts

Mummy …
DUMMY!!!!!!!!!!

Stamps feet
Retreat!

Can clout –
Watch out!

Prissy
Missy

Spoilt brat –
Hate that!

A Military Brat

A Military Brat

Before have not been in mortal combat,
And yet still I once was a military brat;
To Mom's dismay,
Did enlist one day;
Wore an Air Force uniform with their hat.

My dad was killed in an aircraft accident on
the Aircraft Carrier Intrepid CVN-11 now in
the New York harbor.

Veterans Day is coming soon.

Spoilt Brat!

All of him is exacerbating,
Feelings, lies and pain.
All by him is exaggerated,
frustration or a strain.

Fussy and particular,
Nothing ever good enough.
Weak, lazy and exhausted,
Everything just too tough.

Vein, and big-headed,
Enamoured with himself for sure,
On top of all he got,
He always wanted more!

Seussome Story

The Cat in a Hat sat on a mat (the mat was flat) when Pat a bat who was fat (a flying rat) chasing a gnat (the gnat went zzzat) dropped in (splat!) for a chat (what a brat) but (tit for tat) was told to scat imagine that! (Moral of the story: Uninvited unwelcome)

Tippy, My Spoiled Brat Cat

I have a certain cat,
Who's such a spoiled brat
Tippy is his name,
And eating is his game
He whines early each day,
As in my bed asleep I lay
His loud purring in my ear,
Is all that I can ever hear

He's always wanting more,
Of his dinner for me to pour,
In to his silver food dish,
So he can eat it with great relish
Next, he wants to chase his ball,
To and fro down my hall
Then finally, he likes to take a nap,
While being curled up in my lap

Premium Member Bratty Brat

She thought she would be the bratty brat But someone beat her to it
So she would be the good girl, but there was one of those two.
What could her function be?
How could she be seen for thee?

She finally got her chance to be the bratty brat in late November
For the Bratty Brat’s parents moved away the last day of September.
It took her a month to figure out how to become a crazy bratty brat
Even though she is sixty-eight now, she has never lived down that.

Army Brat

Son of a soldier lost his friendship ties
From thousands of miles for crunchy fries

Gun toys replaced the ones that he had lost
Talking twister of blended foreign frost

In the arms of almighty God
His dad combated the last blood

Son of a soldier connoted a coyote
Colloquated heroes poetic lyrics note

White flagged exorbitant West wild
Son of a soldier thought he was a child

Born by origin and modern nomadic loffe
Son of a soldier sailed the word of Santa Fe
