Open and Spent
quiet as you all lay down
the boogieman comes without a sound
stealing into your open sleep
ready to eat your little soul without a peep
i hear him through my one open eye
i see him with my tightly shut ears

Help Me
One sentence to turn the light to darkness
One feeling that takes hold
My body freezes and goes frigid
My present disappears and the past floods
Monsters from under the bed
The boogieman comes out the closet

I don't want to remember this
Please take me away, far from this
Tears fall like waterfalls
The pain clouds everything
Someone save me
Now instead of later on
Bring me back, revive me
I feel like there's no way
Please help me
Not to remember...
