Power For Sale
Flags,
Wealth,
Banners,
Limousines.
There's power for sale—
Auctioned to the highest bidder.

Bought by the highest bidder,
Is an empty word

We need a new Mandela...

Priya Saha- a Political Parasite
For futile complaint
Priya Saha just a news
Flunky animal
Earthworm ploughs only in rain
Rest whole season suffers pain
Trump card the bidder
Enjoys the gossiping lien

The Kiss of Judas
Feeling the sting of his acidic lips
Judas sold his story to the highest bidder
To save himself
One more time
Crushing the wings of the angel
He professed to love
For one more day in the land of Oz
Eternally searching for his soul...

I Want To Gamble
I want to gamble,
So let the highest bidder take my heart,
I won’t grumble,
As long as you treat me with a heart,
We might as well get ready to rumble,
If you take my recommendations to heart,
I’m sure we won’t tumble,
If that’s not the case we won’t hurt,
I really then want to gamble...

Premium Member Contradictions In Terms
Trying to purchase the trust of a Taoist judge
or the wisdom of a sagacious teacher
is like trying to buy love from a healthy nutritionist,
s/he may be for rent to the highest bidder
at a sliding-fee designed to remain mutually unaffordable,
but most holistically
(and often huffily)
not for sale....

Premium Member Rape My Heart
Can’t resist the love I have
That comes from loving you
Promise me that - you’re true
Never to sell
To the highest bidder

Beautiful
Pointless
Painful
It’s so nerve racking

Promise me
Comfort me
Soothe me

Come and
Rape my
heart
Come and
Rape my
heart again
It’s the only way!!...

True Story
HE DID WHAT??????????

I got a call from my grandson
whose remodeling his "new home"
He said it's big and wide and spacious
And it even has a dome!

Fancy that it's full of marble
and he's a special room for me
He was the only bidder
A funeral home that use to be!

Little Miss Sheeple
searching for scraps of hope with upside down sight
truth pleasures the highest bidder
silent wolf, turn on that red light

they came for them and no one spoke
short lived realities swarming individually
collapsing into one; the one that broke
what pretty eyes you have, it is too late to go back
they all suffer, they burn
enslaved until silent black...

Dragons and Unicorns
Lost in the forever of magic
but
whenever you call them
they will be there.

Oberon sold us on
to the highest bidder
from the lowest realm,
I
suppose on celluloid
that's allowed
but no deal when
it's real
life.

Like the lamp I've been rubbed
snubbed
bought and abused
used
discarded
and magically
I'm still here
tarnished
but
still me....

Premium Member I Lost the Bid
I loved this opal ring instantly.
Began the bidding on eBay.
Thought I was getting it.
Another bidder jumped in.
Radical74.
He was fearless.
So was I.
We bid it up and up and up.
I bid it two hundred dollars past what I had decided would be my largest bid.
Finally giving it up.
In May I discovered that Radical74 was my daughter.
She had bought this ring for my birthday....

Slave Cars
I do my every part,
And in quietness
I make the standard.
Five days every week,
Eight hours every day,
I punch them.
I burn them.
I grind them.
I drill them.
I cut them down to size.
I count them.
I mark them.
I ship them.
I cope;
I brake them individually
With pride and prejudice
For the building of the cars
That hold us there
To be sold under contract
From the lowest bidder....

Sam Adams Gunslinger
Sam Adams was a cowboy
Back in the wild west
A badass gunslinger
For hire to the biggest bidder
Often working for the law
Sometimes working for the outlaws
He did not see much difference
He took the jobs
That paid him the most
Thought that if he did not do it
Someone else would no doubt
Sam Adams thought about death
As he shot those that needed killing,
Better them than him he thought....

Premium Member Sisi Eko
She walks swaying hers hips
Propelled by the heeled shoes
Sound from the walk likened to a cat
Causing a stare, all eyes on her
Sisi Eko!! on the stage

Lipstick sticking like smudge
Eyelashes and makeup, rainbow
colours running riot.

Seduction art form, appearances
For the highest bidder.
Sisi Eko on the stage where she
Exhales the most.
Sisi Eko on the rampage holding
Sway.

The Scream
One hundred nineteen million,
Crazy though it has to seem,
Was bid at auction yesterday
For Munch’s famous “Scream.”

Four versions of it do exist,
Just one in private hands,
So it attracted many bids,
As small supply demands.

The bidder was anonymous;
We only know he’s rich,
With cash enough to satisfy
His art-procuring itch.

Just hearing of this sale’s amount,
A number so extreme,
Was enough to make me mimic art
And clasp my cheeks and scream!...

Premium Member Eclipse of the Politician
Don't take as song, what the media cackles.
They're just bull horned harlots for politicians.
Who'd sell your marrow to the lowest bidder-
They lust for our division to maintain power.
For a people united is poison to them
(a cross in the face of a vampire).
Citizens united would mean term limits.
No more heavenly wage increases...
Their necks would be short leashed.
Insider trading would all but cease....
but only in a good citizen's dream....

Self-Reliance
Let’s be self-reliant much
So none can con one such
Let’s keep sharpening saw
Never mind if it’s an extra
Let’s sell brain and brawn bro
Only to the highest bidder lo..!
Dependence makes one low
Much loss never before so
Folks take one for granted
As if one is never wanted
The life becomes aimless
Slavery thus overwhelms
Harassment and humiliation
Embarrassment, frustration
Before life lacks purpose I say
Be self-reliant come what may..!!...
