Delectable

Delicious ,enchanting
Drooly, taste set afire
Deluge of sensations
Delight , bewitch, enthrall
Dishy, savoury, to
Die for, is ambrosial
Divinity's namesake!

Political Posturing

Its significance
             perceive
the radical
               notion
 a catalyst
an advocate
to store the senses
bewitch
      with guile:
much charm at play
with false
              concepts
to mock
    and deceive

Hillary Had Been Bothered and Bewildered

Hillary Was Bothered and Bewildered

Hillary was bothered, bewildered and did bewitch;
We had read story that together she would stitch;
Sent out query;
Had been leery;
Knew that she became nervious seeing her twitch.

Ring For Spring

So, you want that ring?
For you, a potion in Spring,
One dead spider, can of fizz,
Boil with roses, no need to tizz,
Cool and sip, O ruby lips,
Bewitch that man, O shapely hips,
This is the right cauldron, my fave,
My witch's parlor will be your save!

I will make you spellbound
I don’t want wand or magic
I will bewitch you by words
Hypnotise you with feelings
Mesmerize with rhymes
Enchant you with its meaning
Fasinate you with the truth behind it
Let the writer inside me

The Siren

There are told ancient tales of mystery,
of singing maids beneath the sea
with golden tails and flowing hair
how gullible sailors they do ensnare.
Enchanting words their perfect pitch
With their voice, they can bewitch
entranced naive souls, to enslave
enticing them to their watery grave.

Siren Sing For Me

Too many sailors who have lived to tell,
Her siren song permeates,
day by day it fell.
Luring in ships to crash,
break,
splinter on cliffs,
She masters ethereal crescendos,
opera riffs.

Each day leads boats astray,
the reel of the sea witch,
Nay terror,
her voice pitch rich is much more bewitch.

Spider

Painter of dreams,
Scribbler of thoughts,
your eyes
entrance and bewitch me,
caught in your spell
you taunt and you flirt,
laying the trap,
and me, unknowingly
got myself caught.
you are a spider
and you think
you've caught
a juicy little fly,
but I'm a black widow.
So.........................
Goodbye.

Baby Brown Bear

Beautiful butterflies bewitch baby brown bear,
Beside blessed bluejays bobbing between blueberry bushes.

Bedazzled bumbling bear brokenhearted,
Because butterfingers breaks big branches.

But by beginning brisk bravery,
Baby brown bear's behavior benefits beaming biodiversity!

Absence of Tranquility

In the absence of tranquility,
Bewitch me in nights embrace,
Grace thy beauty by candle light,
By silence of sentimental night,
Dreary shadows cast upon thee,
Possessing my souls captivity,
Gentlelady speak not of thoughts,
Nor of the flame you hold so dear,
Gothic beauty of the night,
Bewitch thy soul by candle light,

Emerald Eyes

There was something uncanny about her eyes
With just one look,
she could freeze the breath in his chest
The smallest glance,
could bewitch his very soul
The slightest touch,
would set his skin aflame
A brush of her lips,
could surely capture his heart
If just one tear fell from those emerald eyes
his world would shatter

A Queen of Mermaids

Faces turn pale because of the moonlight.

My cheeks and lips are too hot.

I am a Queen of mermaids, this night of May!

I dance and collect

the stars from the sky for my crown.

Come to me!

I shall give a piece of happiness

To all who are lonely.

But you must be cautious –

I am a mermaid!

I shall bewitch you!

Pretty Knockout

Pretty Knockout

The woman's a pretty knockout

her presence fills the room

She has an air about her,

and all about her drool.

Her hair is long and shiny,

its like a cloth of gold.

Her eyes shine like emeralds,

A smile that makes you melt.

Her face has features that bewitch,

enchanting, exotic, like a rare orchid.

One Touch

Bewitch beguile,
and intrigue me,
tell me,
what words will pass
over those tender lips?
What sentiments
will those glistening eyes
portray?
You tease me
with the hint of a curve.
so make me in awe,
I beg of you,
show me what secrets
lie just beneath the surface,
just beneath that soft, red silk,
just beneath your shyness,
and I will be mesmerized,
with just one touch.

I'M Part of the Paparazzi

I'm part of the paparazzi
A voyeurist on someone else's voyage
My soul is stuffed in a box
I come out like Jack, but
Tethered to the neck, and
I seek eternal sunshine
An even white, an ocean of love
To drown and melt this Witch of the West
Bewitch me free, mountains and wind
Unravel me free to your tops and valleys
Until I'm only a part of a moment
Out up there in an orange sunset

Delightful Disorder

A sweet disorder in the dress kindles
In clothes a wantonness; a stole about
The shoulders thrown, a fine distraction; an
ErrIng Lace, which here and there enthralls the
Crimson Vest; a cuff neglectful, ribbons
Flow confusedly: a winning wave (note)
In the tempestuous petticoat: a
Careless shoe-string, in whose tie I see a
Wild civility: does more bewitch me,
Than Art when too precise in ev'ry part.

The Myth of Mona Lisa

Ignoramus in art, you'll say of me.
I've tried hard, but still
can't see

that Mona Lisa's mystic smile
known to bewitch folks
even from a mile!

Seems she parts her lips daintily
to let a hiccup out
gracefully

or a vulgar burp, hyperacidity,
or hide nicotinic teeth
artfully.

None in her mouth's coy symmetry
remotely resembles
a mystery.

Could it be dental deformity?
Y'see I took up ortho-
dentistry.

Arabesque

Arabesque

Dressing up the evenings’ shoulders
shawls of white silk bloom
enticements,
evenings on silk shoulders
making up stories behind the shadows,
through pomegranates of word the step is the story’s shadow,
the magi has stars to bewitch the deeps
into word.

Time, a wizard bewitched by stars,
spawns white shoulders of stars,
lured
by trails, the steps bloom on shawls,
the white agate evening
grazes grains of sand.

Darling

Darling
________________________________
You bewitch the moonlight glow
and take the dark from my shadow
you're the paint to my rainbow
darling dear

You're the shards of crystal glass
you're all the answers of questions asked
and a light beneath the world I clasp
darling dear.

Your beauty warms the winters crest
you're the prayer, in which I'm blessed
this to you, I must confess
darling dear.

Seductive Delight

The first taste of warmth as lips clasp and kiss,
Softly held in his solo covet bliss,
I cede to the wild passion that persist;
Loose count as each moment beats to coexist.

Lifted in arms to undergo joy and thrill,
Of entreated desire yielding to his will,
Taken thus I quiver touched by his skill;
Conquered bewitch and seduced in the drill.

Raw yearnings stay for our divine pleasure;
As love raptures feast in the leisure.

The Girl of My Dreams

While I sleep with eyes shut tight
I dream of a girl dressed all in white
This beautiful girl with an adoring smile
And eyes so green they bewitch and beguile
She stands before me this maiden fair
And runs her fingers through my hair
Then I feel the touch of her caress
And a single kiss of such tenderness
Then the beautiful maiden fair
Whispered 'I love you' in my ear
I was alone come the morning light
I hope I see the girl again tonight

Mona Lisa Myth

Ignoramus in art, you'll say of me.
I've tried real hard, but now I still can't see
that Mona Lisa's mythic, mystic smile,
known to bewitch folks even from a mile!

Seems to me she parts her lips daintily
to let out a half hiccup gracefully
or a vulgar burp, hyperacidity,
or hide nicotinic teeth artfully!

Nothing there in her mouth's coy symmetry
remotely resembles a mystery.
Maybe she's got dental deformity.
Y'see, I took up ortho-dentistry !

Am I the Only One

Am I the only one
who believes in love and wishes upon a star?
Am I the one who feels
the magic touch of gentle whispers from afar?

Could I stand the burning
pain of losing you to another's lonely dreams?
Could I want you still more
when the planets align in golden moonlit beams?

Would your mystic bright smile
warm my heart with love and bewitch my fantasies?
Would you let your light shine
on this broken soul and forgive my lunacies?

Voodoo

She can claim you, enrich you, even bewitch you
but you'll never escape her natural voodoo
Sweet venom kiss and magical touch
breath on breath, that invisible clutch
Just one look into those eyes ablaze
sends your mind into a fantasy craze
She'll make you feel it, want it,
as she, in innocense flaunts it
You bravely walk into the line of fire
become enchanted with her flame of desire
Now, she claims you, enriches you, even bewitches you
and you'll never escape her natural voodoo
