Slow Dance

Separated,
the guy stands on one side
the girl on another
music playing
and soft lights

create a tender mood

an ambiance for dance
a tender song heard and felt
the girl in his arms
in the guy’s embrace,
together.

Tight

Hands clasped tight. Sqeezing.
Life slowly pours from the eyes that once lit my world.
And why? He betrayed me.
With a girl so pretty but not as fare as I.
One accident after another and now he is left to roam free in the skies with that girl
he called "Baby".

That Girl

That Girl

That girl I loved from the start
She took over my heart

That girl was my lover
She was also my kids mother

That girl was my best friend
Right to the very end

That girl I love and adore
She is not here anymore

That girl was my wife
And will be for the rest of my life

I Want Her

I found her the,
Perfect simple girl,
not a cheer leader,
yet sporty,
your the right height,
everything i want,
but you belong to my friend,
your a girl that i cannot have,
i want you to be with me,
but your with him,
i know you dont like me
but i want you
so please girl give me just one chance

Getting Physical

Physically we can relate
i can make any girl sqeele
but my only true debate?
are the feelings we share real?
anyone can make you cum
if thats all you're looking for
getting close and grinding some
doesnt make you just a whore
maybe we can find a place
where our minds can coincide
but if not, get out my space
ill find another girl to ride.

She Said.

The Girl Said To The Boy Do You Love Me?
Cause Sometimes The Things You Say Make
Me Wonder... The Boy Replied I Love You
More Than You'll Ever Know Even Though
It Doesn't Show Sometimes. We Yell And
Fight But That's Alright. Girl I Want You To
Be Mine Until The End Of Time. We'll Live
Together Until We Die. Then They Can Lay
Us Side By Side Underground With Noone
Else Around.l

Afraid To Care

I see a girl and I ask myself,
	Isn’t she a beauty?
But I’m reminded of a scare.

I see that girl and I wish to myself,
	What a picture we’d be.
But I just don’t dare.

I see that girl and I tell myself
	To try and see,
But I’m afraid I’ll care.

I see the girl and berate myself,
	Tell her of me.
But I’m afraid to bare.

I see that girl and I ask myself,
	What does she see?
And I wish I could share …

The Girl With the Cherries

Happy New Year to all who create beauty with words and moments of hope. Thank you for
sharing and new roads with a thin pen.

The Girl with the Cherries

The girl
who used to open
the markets
and lock the day.
The girl with the cherries
is flying away…
And they soared
like rainbows.
The traders’ faces
stretched.
The passers by
sank their hearts.
And somebody
smiled,
gathered the pastels
and went on.

The Girl and Her Kitty

The kitty played with its tail,
The girl watched her.
The kitty got tired and slept,
The girl placed a hanky on her.

It was an embroidered one,
Her grandma's present,
No bigger than her kitten.

The girl was her mom's apple of the eye,
The kitty was the girl's unique one.

One day, the kitten died,
The girl became a grown-up.

Her mum is a grandma now.
The embroidered hanky has faded.

Just love is left behind.

Cuz it's like she's got the stars in her pocker and the moon on a string.
She's the girl who does't let anything get to her,
who held her head high.
The girl who never worried about being in love,
Until the say that she met him, "love" was only a word that she never learned to
pronounce.
She may be confused about alot of things in her life, but she knows the only time
she's truely happy is when she's with him.
Cuz he is the color of love.

The Girl of My Dreams

While I sleep with eyes shut tight
I dream of a girl dressed all in white
This beautiful girl with an adoring smile
And eyes so green they bewitch and beguile
She stands before me this maiden fair
And runs her fingers through my hair
Then I feel the touch of her caress
And a single kiss of such tenderness
Then the beautiful maiden fair
Whispered 'I love you' in my ear
I was alone come the morning light
I hope I see the girl again tonight

Tomboy

Hey pretty girl, yes I’m talking to you
Don’t think you can keep hidden from view
You may try to hide in your tomboy guise
But I can see you; I can see the hidden prize
You may dress in oversized jeans and a baggy T
And try to hide yourself in shapeless anonymity
But I can see the real you beneath the scruffy hair
I can see the pretty girl who’s hiding in there
You’ll come out soon and everyone will see
The girl inside the tomboy who will marry me

Summers' Child

A winter passed
Quiet and still
A spring came
Leaves grew fast
The good earth
Became green at last

With the dawn
In early summer
In an emerging pink sky
A girl was born
To Moondust
Her first cry

The birds sang high in the blue
The word was passed
All of magic knew
Of Moondusts’ faerie child
Aquilas’ joy

Faeries came to see
The Moondust queen
That in summer
A girl was born
In our room
Filled with light
Love
Magic
Such joy was seen

The Girl In Yellow

It was Sunday afternoon
As I walked down the road
Of puddle and mud.

The sky was crying
With her cheeks that’s gray
Like a baby in the crib.

And then I saw
This girl dressed in yellow
Smiling sweetly at me.

She waved at me
And I responded
With an honest wave.

She bids goodbye
And I continued to walk
To my destination.
The sky was crying
Yet i felt happy
Because a girl smiled at me.

And that was how
The girl in yellow
Changed the gloomy day.

Lonely Girl By the Window

Lonely girl by the window
Looking out on the world
As ever alone in her room
By the window sits the girl

She watches from the window
As the world passes her by
As always alone in her room
She sits by the window and cries

Lonely girl by the window
Sits at the window and dreams
And hopes that life for her
Isn’t as despairing as it seems

She watches from the window
Wishing in her lonely solitude
With all the hope in her heart
That one day she will be rescued
