Your Sweet Face
Eva’s daughter, listen
Remove the blanket
Of dark and angry clouds
That covers your sweet face
Let the sun shine on your face
And let Adam’s handsome son
Harvest your delicious smiles
From your sweet face
That kills, kills the souls
Of many
With sweetness
And wild imagination...

Winter
rustling leaves, misty air, naked forests, all is bare
angry clouds, above me swirl
dark and threatening.
my blood is frozen ,my heart feels cold, the day has become so worn and old.
the setting sun disappears, like a sinking ship.
taking with it warmth and light, making way for the approaching night.
the owl hoots the news, that she now rules the night,
mice and squirrels flee underground
their lives and hearts in fright....

The sky is like a funeral pyre

In clouds above the night's on fire

My ears perceive the thunder's call

While angry raindrops fiercely fall

There's hailstones mixed within the rain

That's pelting now my window pane

And while the storm does slowly creep

It makes it hard for me to sleep

But thankfully the coming morn

At last a new day now is born

I cast my eyes up to the light

With not an angry cloud in sight...

TANKA VERY MUCH

saw a bloody face
up in that leaf-bare old tree
a face no body
hatchet man at work must be
loud belch monster picks his teeth

look at that weird moon
like a pumpkin in the sky
black eyes nose and mouth
i laugh at the illusion
a pile of white seeds

halloween the spooks
i’m sad because it’s over
pumpkin sputters out
racing moon with angry clouds
“moo hah! who said it’s over?”
