O World O Beauty

O’ world! O’ beauty! In colour and splash
from deep darkest fathom to alpine drift -
in molten rain, in shaking mountain ash
and in currents and winds and plates that shift.
Nomadic wildebeest in legions herd
million dark across an African plain,
and ‘neath the mighty taloned hunting bird
beasts of prey over a wild kingdom reign.
See singing whales lobtailing depth to shore
beach on burial sand - see on sea wing
great ocean albatross the upwinds soar
crag to pole with the emperor penguin.
Like the white cultured and wild oyster pearl,
lives our blue planet and natural world.

Strange Things Found In the Lost Tomb of Zarathustra

It was never exactly pinpointed
for only the African Crowned Eagles knew of the twisting paths
to its misplaced place.

In that crystalline chamber, upon that gold dusted floor
were found much thumbed volumes of all Nietzsche’s
works,
a penguin in a glass bell,
a twig cut from the tree of Life one million years from now'
A windblown leaf but only the wind that blew it.
a silver cuspidor, a ancient helmet made of Pittsburgh steel,
a Neolithic moonshine still,
a copy of the illustrated Karma Sutra,
several debunked words of wisdom from Aristotle,
an Olmec Letter Opener.
and a stuffed tufted rat.

The find has been carefully transported to the Smithsonian
where neuroscientists are trying
to solder together all these missing links.

The NYT has declared these odd finds
to be ‘Russian disinformation,’
but ‘Bokonon’ the mythical poet-sage of the Republic
of Never-Never Land
has blessed each artifact and declared them
to be far too strange not to be absolutely true.

Summer Warmth

I am looking forward to the coming days when the earth will flourish again, the plants will grow, fresh air will flow and visitors will flock to our shores. Our beaches are white and clean and lofty green hills with tall and small trees waving in the breeze bearing a symbol of love welcoming our visitors from overseas.

Blue Mountains of various sizes gaze beyond the horizon as the skies gleam above them and our dreams locks between them. I could see it from a distance the hope that was once lost surfacing in the clouds and moving at a rapid pace. They look at us with welcoming eyes as we meet beneath the colorful skies sharing our thoughts on top of the mountain.

I just cannot erase these natural exotic feelings; it is that part of me that says, I have no ambition but I will make it through this high velocity wind. And when it starts to blow, my heart will grow and you will settle the dust. You must release the animals to breath fresh air before the summit begins.

The birds are flocking the earth and the animals are grazing on the hill and a spirit of solitude has landed in the tree. Everyone wants to be part of this thing, but they are all singing a different hymn and so we have to widen the location to accommodate everyone in this thing. Is it policy or personality, is it money or gravity, I want everybody to be happy so I have to call another meeting.

The Adelie penguin couple walks in proudly and sits on the chair acknowledging everyone far and near, the alligator sits at the back wearing an apron and a frock with its mouth close and jaw lock. It stares at everyone in the room and said that it will be traveling soon.

The Australian Pelican sits at the table with its long beak pointing at the universe, the Bengal tiger sits in the middle and the African lion sits at the sides. The bison was there too and it was wearing a brand new pair of shoe. The big eye squirrel fish and the beta fish from below start swimming around to start this promiscuous show. The African wild dog cries around with an anchor a head and a crown while the Atlantic puffin pines away.

The motion was read everyone nods their head and the agenda was taken to the floor. This things was not about personality or character it is about performance, ambition and ingenuity and the one that was able to prevent a global calamity when chaos and crises swam in the bed.I see hands going up and a deal was struck, and everyone had a subtle smile.

We welcome those days again when America and England will be close friends we will hold each other’s hand and survey the entire land. As they embrace the final wind they all agree for the summer to chime in and Cinderella to wear the crown.
