The Final Story

A ragged rhapsody ruminates in relentless repetition as the fathomless

fugitive foments fearful fragmentation thus ethereal eternity engulfs

egregious expropriation of quietus’s quiver quaking querulous quickstep’s

quest when stories surreptitiously seep silently seduced by savourless sadness

27th March 2018

Written for all my friends who suffer from depression

Fear Not Thy Death

Fear thee not, for thy sweet stench of dormant death is in the aboulic air
Thus in thy fraught, and benighted breath to ask for thy life to shamely spare
Or be quick thy death, defecating and releasing thy sacred salubrious soul
For thy wick in candle, awaiting a chastising seditious smoke streaked stroll

For is not a man, peacefully protected by graceful gods and ascending angels
Or be thy heavens plan rigorously rejected by those who sever thy carpal cables
Alas in thy fetal fright, I bid thee a fond adieu with a savourless somber sorrow
For thus our festive flight with holy honeydew and minstrels musical morrow.

Amber Rain

My Love pours down with amber rain
To fill your heart that I may gain
Burgundy hues in lavender skies
My Love keeps pouring as it slowly dies

The rain subsides with a rampageous red
With salivating sorrows that surly spread
Melancholic meadows murkily mist
As tears tear the heart of Love that’s missed

Weary words withering ways
Love is trapped in a hellion haze
The rain comes again to soothe the mind
As we follow the road that is undefined

Your love deluded to a savourless stain
As I keep searching in the Amber rain.
