Amber Rain

My Love pours down with amber rain
To fill your heart that I may gain
Burgundy hues in lavender skies
My Love keeps pouring as it slowly dies

The rain subsides with a rampageous red
With salivating sorrows that surly spread
Melancholic meadows murkily mist
As tears tear the heart of Love that’s missed

Weary words withering ways
Love is trapped in a hellion haze
The rain comes again to soothe the mind
As we follow the road that is undefined

Your love deluded to a savourless stain
As I keep searching in the Amber rain.
