Left Behind; Not Forgotten

The old path of Spring
Has solemnly been covered
Stones hidden under Snow
It has long since suffered

Through the Seasons--
I've traveled upon it
Your hand in my own
But it doesn't seem to fit

Kisses of innocence
Have turned bitter and sour
Winter is arriving
And it's the darkest hour

And you've grown colder
This trek is now haunted
The leaves has fallen
You have gotten what you wanted

And beneath the snow
I know the path is there
But I turn my back
For I no longer care.

Cold night

Night is cold and dark.
This night reminds me a villain ark.
So many demons and gods fight till the end.
No one will win , you have to understand.
Outside is not just cold ,
it's your heart which is getting old.
You think your days were golden ,
but believe me buddy it was all burden .
You become a poet now because you stuck in
past memories which has no use ,
it will make your brain fuze .
One day you will feel peace ,
that day this world will move on from you selfishly.
This night is not just a night , it's your life .
You become cold because you maybe half died or maybe you waiting to be dead .

Outweighing the Chill

Hushed in a fugue
of Alpaca wool and rising resin
he sits on a stump
the relic legs of a mighty giant
hewn beneath the axeman's blade
its ageless corpse decays
sending up those honey notes
a whispering viola song
he stretches a bare arm from
the wool mist
reaches out, caresses a violet
newly woken from the mud
offers with a tender touch
some juxtaposed thanks
then plucks
lifts it up between two pages
shuts the book
violet pressed by poetry
he breathes a sigh
contended cloud billows
long and white
mingling with the soily musk

There's rose on his cheeks
love in his chest;
the warmth outweighs the chill

Season

My name is season.
Come rain, sunshine, I will always be there for you.
Come spring, summer, autumn or winter, I will always be present.
I will always provide you with warmth from my bonfire of happiness, provide you strength with my pillars of motivation engraved with your name on them.
Just like a mattress, I will cushion you with joy and a fountain of never ending laughter for you’re my source of joy that streams down my heart.

Solitude

Bristle summer days
In a land full of flowers and mountains....
—I love the warmth of your embrace
that makes pleasure worthwhile
and worries far away

In the winter night,
Saving me from the coldness and drawing me closer,
My heart thumps at the thought of your neglect

treat me like a plant
hide me in a pot,
 protect my parts
and at the end, don't give me away

"The forests are in my bones"

I am a sapling small and weak
Lost in dark forest feeling meek
Old trees abound strong of bone
My bones are young they do not groan.

Empathic vibes from nearby trees
Growing up is not a breeze
Am lanky and cold in seasonal air
Bones feel brittle of winter aware.

Wonderful spring, stretch my roots
Feeling of vibrancy is acute
Green buds sprout on my limbs
Nature has nurtured, wooden heart sings.

My Judas

when my thoughts trail down
those wooded paths we tread, i wonder
what there was to see in you
other than the beauty of any beast
wisdom dictates never befriend physical attraction
nothing is expected of friendship
other than the love it is
analysis, fools rush in, live, and learn
you saw in me a kindness to your needs
someone on whom you could depend, moments
when the soul lies distraught
the world walks on by, as i have learned
then for some reason, perhaps an innate evil
lurking in all of us
my kindness you perceived, a weakness
this did not leave me, bright position
prognosis, this too shall pass

in this discourse, leaves have fallen
winter always takes its toll
yet spring returns, life begins anew
yes there are frail branches
in the strength of this tree
they have learned to bend
let go, survive my judas
find your salvation therein

The Glittery Night

And when his eyes met mine on the glittery night,
Just that moment when universe forgot every plight,
Every drop of my blood turned shimmery,
Those Stars above could see how I wronged every right.

Yes, his eyes searched me ,
Couldn't resist his smile , I had to see.
Damn those cheeks of mine couldn't stop the pink,
And to stop me from flowing into his eyes , mine had to blink.

And ah ! My art of staying calm,
The way I resisted his charm,
They started snoozing! Those adrenaline alarms,
And l pulled myself together stepping back from every harm.

Pretty sure, Those hormones were on peak,
But praise those brains, this girl ain't that weak.
A hopeless romantic? Yes I am
What? Me in love? No way it's a scam!

The Finest

The finest

Hazel coloured winter eye’s seasons rolled into one, joy of a cool spring breeze soft and dark the sweetest of all. Brunette like the finest chocolate yet flows through my fingers gentle and strong daring one to hold.

With lips glistening like freshly made crystal ice yet red and soft and sweet as just picked berries, you move close and whisper, how are you?

Perfume that tingles the senses waft freely on the air, matches that of the fruity smell of the shampoo you often use.
Arms slowly entwine my waiting self that come together holding strong yet kind, nails on fingertips walk slowly up and bring thoughts of days and nights gone and yet to come.

Music of the beating heart sounds in each our ears, the steps we make in the same tempo to that place only we share.

Love Letter From the Soul Xlix

L,

Fog wafts
enraptured
enthralling euphoric emotion
light forshadowing jazzy blues
and I ache at your every move

through the rivers of time
you've captured more
than thought

pain pulses
in the background
sensation taking center stage

slow and seductive
stripped to the core
stelletos
scuffing up the floor

doors open
winter breeze swallows
waters churn

electric the night
wired
there is no flight

we never sleep
the city comes
alive

the horns blow
I take you in
notes hint of tomorrow

licking my lips
I taste
endlessly
passion filled sin

Love Letter From the Soul Xliv

Hero,

“Love is a hero’s journey, and the hero’s journey is a noble but difficult path.” — Marianne Williamson

winter wears and wanders in
shaking and frigid
each step taken
ached, iced and frozen

there's a crackling under foot
hearts turn to run
into the black forest of empty
where soot has made her home

but I turn towards yours
holding summer heat
breaking away the pack
feigning
circle squeezing hacks

dining in your fire, your spirit
your warmth and sunshine silhouette

south, south they say
but I will stay and I will wait
under the tree of Avalon

snow sparkles in the dawn
air lingers in my breath
I feel desire in the whispers
all telling
it's telling

take the world in our hands
only then we shall run

Feel the Good Change

Sad eye lady,
don’t be afraid to come to me
Let your past tears
fall upon my shoulders freely
My embrace, please don’t shun

Crying woman,
I can see why you trust no one
Only bad things seem to ever happen
when you open up your heart
All your effort become undone

To breathe in love
is so hard
to do
thru a wet pillow

Café lonesome sitting,
waiting for a cup of nothing
Bad timing
seems to always chime
a heart sting

But patience is my forte —
Waiting to exhale
is my favorite foreplay

To breathe in love
is so easy ...
A carefree good change
feels so
dream mellow

Glad smile lady,
your butterfly thoughts
are dawn floating effortlessly free
Once you opened up
your cocoon wrapped heart to me

Feel the good metamorphosis change
that’s mid-winter happening
A romantic hibernation awakening
before the lovely scent of spring

Come my true love,
let us sunbathe
[breathe] in
this tear thaw blessing

It’s summertime standstill,
and you now feel
the blossoming healing

Ecstasy sigh woman,
this flowering love
is no-petals-falling real

My passion unchanging
is how good love
was always meant to feel

True Autumn

a dance of seduction displayed
in painted passions
enveloped before these eyes

the burning of orange
captured and teased
in an instance
then set on free

rich ruby reds
succulently dripping
gleaming
from its highest anchors

resplendent she is
such form, such grace
exploding
not waiting on time
nor space

imagination, true imagination
where green hints
of winter moss move
reminding of a kiss
and of spring

rejuvenation renewed energy
sun re-awakens
the dawn delivers
planting seeds
bringing smiles
and semblance
to the longing in my face

Why I Love You

WHY I LOVE YOU

I like your smile
It feels like a sun rising on a cold rainy day whenever you smile
But that's not why I love you

I like your kiss
Because no flavor of toothpaste tastes tastes better than the odour of your mouth
But that's not why I love you

I like your eyes
Because in them I see my worth
But that's not why I love you

I love making love to you
Because that's the best way to use my energy
But that's not why I love you

I like your hugs
Because I can never feel cold in your hands even in winter
But that's not why I love you

I like the way you say you love me
Because you've taught me to love myself
But that's not why I love you

I like your company
Because you never let me miss anything when you're around me
But that's not why I love you

I love you for being you
You've never felt the need to be someone else when with me
And that's why I love you
