Straight walking does her talking

of shame
color blamed
hatred takes aim
Intimidation word perfectly framed
Emancipation relights racial flames
she ignores name

Dancing amid the fire hastily; gracefully.
for this long-awaited moment.
Now the time has finally come
and have a ticket for the ride.
This dance has come to an end
and a new one begins.
The ring of fire relights
new beautiful glorious colors
but is not the same and different.
Comfort and bliss await after the turmoil.
The dance continues with more wisdom and beauty.
Less hastily and more gracefully
Precision now realized.
Gentleness now embraced.
Goodness and truth of the heart
important from the start.
The ring of fire continues into the night endless
The flame cycles are endless.
The ring of fire I embrace
and is my friend.

“Where are you?” she cries to sleep,
though prays she won’t to blurred stars
lingering in the past
Arms of little strength
reach for weakening moments
in dark rooms with plaster feelings
The cold slips beneath doorways
collecting at her feet,
crippling thoughts in glazed over eyes
As sorrowed breezes flicker flames
of the candle she relights,
burning at both ends
A melted wax trance, hot on her fingers
falls in shapes on a barren floor,
question mark drippings
For the answers, not found in any book
no pages of solutions inked
and numbered in reverse order exist
and she says she can’t…she won’t fall,
but she has and she will
to her knees,
go… hold her

What kind of God gives a man hope.
Pulls him from the abyss with golden rope.
Stokes the coals, relights the fire.
Give the man a new desire.
The wanderer no longer lost.
He no longer bears the albatross.
His purpose renewed, his strength restored.
He now knows what he’s living for.
Each day he’s thankful for what’s been given.
Awake so early, he’s surely driven.
Each day so full of just rewards.
The goal in sight, he’s moving towards.
Life has new meaning, not for naught.
The daily struggle no longer fraught
With fear about what lies ahead.
Only bliss, the tears been shed.
And then comes the day he’s waited for
To repay his debts, begin to soar.
The time he’s waited, many a year.
A celebration for all to hear.
But this God has chosen to burst his bubble.
He really wasn’t worth the trouble.
This God was never truly on the level.
The man then learned that God’s the Devil.

Snatched to the second heaven the Son of man..
Son of man stands before the congregation of angels
and the accuser says... You only gave glory to your Name
go back the verdict is read.. and live amongst them mortals
live as a man... the tears are shed for one who has followed
the wishes of the Creator.... doesnt deserve the one who Makes
makes Us rest... choosing to rest in the second heaven and its
Its the Arkangel Israel who gave up his position and prestige till....
till eternity... the One walks and when the candle blows out.. will
Relights.. thats why were engrossed in the worship in candles.. still
religting of the candles.. for they said- you gave Glory to your Name
Him and choosing to forgo life itself.... You were rewaded with life..

its my take....
sorry if you find it sacrilegios

desire becomes
the heart's need
passion it breathes
hungering
in embers
flames sparking words
relights ablaze
burning red
from the mirror
of one's soul
touching smiles
happiness
a dream
forever beautiful
igniting in the deep
embers burning
wild feelings
food of love
melting softness
eternal desire
a second heartbeat
feeding the fire
deep burning flames
a temperature rises
burning red passion
relights
a single rose
blooms
in these ashes

The wind strokes
softly the face
Ablaze in dreams passion
silently echoes return
Love my tender light
Flickering shadows of beauty
In the ashes
the embers speaking glow
The dark side of our makeup
Broken wings of love's despair
Smouldering embers crackle and hiss
Love's light shines
through emotions this fire burns
Burning desire
In the shadows speak
Deep within my soul
My spirit soars
in it's heaven
To relight my fire
sparks ignite
Ablaze a towering inferno roars
Love a true desire once kissed
Dreaming within it's warmth
Embers of beauty flickers
Who relights my fire

A gentle tap upon heart’s window beats
an invitation to an open mind.
Yet deep within, a distant soul retreats,
so hiding light behind an aspect blind.
In pools of misplaced loyalty she basks
by light of candle, blending with gone-bys.
Upon the floor, in drifts, beguiling masks
discarded now along with all the lies.
A drop of ruby liquid spills across
the stillness as she drinks to cloud the past.
Each break of dawn relights the pain of loss,
consuming love, creating spaces vast.
A gentle brush of crystal ‘cross the wrist
brings drops of ruby swirling to the mist.

Pour into my cup
the elixir of decadence
and add a grain of truth
to my harvest and the essence of my virility
and to make a toast to my inbred agility
to raise a crop from earth rich in beauty
to feed a nation the fruit of God is my duty
to work humbly and consistently till my
torch burns no more
till I am harvested in my final days
to make way for future fruit
to fill a new cup
in praise of my lord and master
the graceful sheperd
who tends his flock forever more
till he relights my torch
to burn forever more
