Premium MemberA Jocular Hint - My Soliloquy

Written: May 6th 2024

                  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It's tough to revel in delight, but I grew!
Dreams rouse me, not in an aphonic view.
Nature provides her bounty every day,
I extend my hand and grasp her sway.
I perceive my youthful self in that place,
Her offerings were serendipitous grace.
In her sphere, blooms, and waterfalls,
A supple deer, an oaring raptor, in altar calls.
Each contributes to a feeling of calmness,
She was a fountain of pure suaveness.
Yet wars and famine steal my breath away,
A sight, luring amid a rutted path of ruby clay.
A moody inquiry into the root of my being,
A fleeting time of pure delightful feeling!
Thus, I wound up shooting my future ego,
Lift a glass, not a pistol, in a sky-dip indigo.
I rise again, and the sun surrounds me,
I can predict zodiac signs and lunar spree.
Along with Mars, Venus, and other oddities,
My mind spills, leaving no room for prodigies.
I shot for my destiny with this radical rhetoric,
Pulling me up a path reflected as historic.
A flash of his pistol, a gaze that said, walk,
My handgun babbled in its wandering talk.
Treetop Song
It knows its own voice
When light shines
through its leaves; made
For bird prodigies.
Sun is hung up to stay
In green notes high and low.
Through its veins, there is
a rhythm for the gifted stems
to grow.
When my soul's tune cannot
be read, and is ragged-prone,
I hear the wind within its branches;
It reaches out for the bruise—
To home.
A Love So Strong
For a huge love happens,
 Firstly
the emotional imbalance,
then the energetic
breakdown ...
Alteration of the mood state
so that prodigies
can be produced...
A colossal love,
balances,
shakes ... if so
it would  not be love ... another
thing would be ...
Devastation is almost
total ... even molecular
structures
 are
briefly
committed ...
The ions move
out of orbit,
the substances
alter the composition,
of molecular mass,
modifies  the general balance,
undertakes ..
Blood flow and
increases  the pressure...
Everything when loving
happens ...
Love is strong ... and
This apparent chaos
occurs in seconds,
but the benefit is
lasting ... stays
while influencing
exist...
Delightful facts
happen when
love arises ... travels
the whole body ... pulsates
the veins ... controls
the mind ... controls
thinking,
senses ... causes
ecstatic state,
full pleasure ...
non-chemical euphoria
extraordinary ....
So is love,
wonderful act ...
Strong, extremely strong ...!
A Grey World
I've given out my happiness,
Never given a reason to,
from those who are prodigies,
yet they still sole are blue.
Some days are evil,
Dressed in black and grey,
Taking out the anger,
On those who have rotten away.
No longer can I stand for this,
A world so destructive,
So little smiles to forget,
We are so unproductive.
We sit with our tearstained faces,
The color all washed away,
our sadness never leaves us,
All we can do is delay.
Mass Confusion
Here's my conclusion, to all this mass confusion, abusing concept to confuse illusion. It's amusing, to people like, me can't seem to be free lost in society. From behind blind eyes all I see is lies, religious warfare's, allies we chastised. Billions over seas ,to build democracies , it's a suicide disease effecting you and me. We're the alpha omega's too there schizoid prodigies , dancing with our demons in a heart of irony. It's a selfish shame ,just like a lion that's tame, misused,  abused  ,caged, captive , and slaved. Will we ever regret it? Will we ever stress or sweat it? Will our monetary morals  spoil our judgments until we forget it? Like a open wound neglected expected to become infected, If patriotism the cure, its completely ineffective  .Words can be broken and so can bones ,how can I feel so alone in a place I call home?
There's No Such Thing, Present
one day, while i was walking along the way as usual,
a strange thought suddenly occurred to me, i stopped
and turned back instinctively
“don’t stop, keep going your way
because the truth of the matter is the footmarks
you left behind are nothing but bitter memories”
the present is something i dropped while moving
in and out of the past and future, investing great value
in ordinary things that can physically be felt, is shattered
to pieces, a broken glass full of rotting wine
“don’t content with the status quo
because it’s nothing more than the sand
in your palm, it’s an illusion you may see or may not see”
i was thinking the future is nothing but a rainbow
hanging in the air seeing colors through a prism
comparing myself to a gross looking wriggling maggot
“it seems to be a good omen when you look up the infinite space
sky is blue and the sun is brilliant, but don’t be beguiled by those phenomena; actually the rainbow is the burning vapor struggling
not to evaporate, the sun is a tyrant and the sky is a figment of
the spectator’s imagination, it intersects with all kinds of prodigies”
LAMB AMONG THE LITERARY LIONS
Housewives, secretaries, the odd pro willing to stoop,
All came, delinquents, child prodigies, derelict old men
“All welcome” – the Chair of the Writers’ Group
To those looking for support, with a love of the pen;
They were decent people bonding, scorning the pub
The roll call a hedge school of ancient fame
They read poems and stories like a literary club
And enjoyed playing the great writing game.
Anthology reviewed,  the twelve year old took accolade
From the shyest to the most arrogant, all were shook
He was savaged by the grande dame in an envious raid
She was terrified someone so young would produce a book!
Even the chair demurred, and went to The Times
Requesting deletion of “all welcome “– young souls are stilled  by such crimes.
Who's Smarter Now
Dogs, are man's best friend
who's most endearing quality is
an unbound willingness
to do our bidding
Cats, are like prodigies or savants
who's most endearing quality is
an unbound resistance
to do the same
My fractured and wounded spirit has wandered off course.
I have relinquished everything to a disreputable source.
In the vessels holding pyres of sacrificial flames
are the ashes and cinders of prodigies without names.
All prospects and promises have culminated to an end.
The sum of production is reduced by a subtrahend.
A dilapidated castle results from wants unsatisfied.
A king is a vagabond with appearance undignified.
Greed and gullibility leaves an unsound foundation.
Adverse conditions have filled me with indignation.
Hopelessness and frustration render anyone with ennui.
Nobody hears the pleas for help coming from me.
If the future is deaf and blind from warnings by the past,
no dynasties and empires can be expected to last.
Addiction to what is believed nectar and ambrosia
can lead a crowned fool to a borderless dystopia.
The View From Down Here
two pieces of copper dont add
  up to much but a skinny child.
  bricks and bones resonate against
  poverty.
 now drunk impoverished prodigies
 chase the devil who wears new balance
 running shoes so he can flee
 faster and faster.
 seratonin serenade with a little
 wool over the eyes.  distracts a
 few and keeps them guessing.
What makes a Genius appear to be
As clever as you or me
What makes them brainy, sure to excel
The next few lines are sure to tell
Various subjects show their form
For you and me, it's not our norm
Literature, Poetry or Mathematics
Turns their brain, leaves ours static
Einstein, Curie and Jimmy Carter
In their fields they become Masters
Child prodigies as young as three
You have to admire what they have in thee
When you look at them with the naked eye
You would never think they were Gen-i-i
City Street Blues
salty blues
and Saturday’s news
begs the difference between
the candlelit alters
and the sunlit corners
where the timid mingle
with insane masses
of different classes
and intellectual
solace
is revealed in song
the rhythm of
empty bucket drummers
sets the pace of the
blind blues hummers
and the picking of eight
year old prodigies
of the jazz guitar
imitations of statues
from silver to copper
surprise the passersby
as the light reflects
in a down turned eye
to where the hungry
sit and cry
the money jingles in pockets
of consumers
and blends with the beat of
air brake pauses
mixed with the cries of children
and the laughter of hookers
and the heartbeats
of peddlers
with maps to the stars
yes the blues is fluid
and flows in city streets
among the down and out
and the up on their luck
with those chasing the Jones’
and those making ends meet
the blues is like breathing
and refreshes in every breath
as the equality of rhythm
leads each to their death
and the beat goes
on and on
