Anointed by God to rule the land
Yet brags where he places his molesting hand

The Lord he praised and the Bible he thumped
Yet adherents of the Word neither phased nor stumped
Turn to God when forgiveness you seek
Yet replies NO, never shall I be unmanly/meek
In the eyes of God, we are all alike
Yet the misbegotten can all take a hike
Obey my command and I’ll offer benevolence
As I give E pluribus unum a whole new relevance
God hath anointed His faithful avatar for you
Yet now go and do as I say, not as I do

I DON’T CUSS
I don't cuss; but what th' hail?!
Is what I want to say,
Political news, the campaign ads,
The tweeting birds today.
The Schlitz have truly hit the fan!
What next will be said or done?
Red, White, and Blue is Black and and Purple too,
For the bloody fighting of everyone.
Oh Got’Damage! It’s getting crazy!
No one wins when there’s a so called win,
I don't cuss but the news that’s trending,
is one reason we're in the shape we're all in.
I don't cuss, no, I don't swear,
Ladies shouldn't use profanity,
But it really kicks me in my assets,
seeing the stuff I see.
