The music was loud that night. And the lights were flickering but bright.
We were hugely surrounded but romantically secluded.
In a club where the music was loud that night, my heart felt light.
We danced at the beats like birds set free, and then drowned shots, one two and three.
Our story was similar to Cinderella’s, it was raining that night and we didnt have umbrellas
As midnight drew closer, we hung on to each other and time stood still, the uneasy loudness indicating the impending peril.
It was right after the clock struck one, the crowd moved, but seemed to move none.
We just stood there, not out bound, appriciating what we had, when there was a deafening striking sound.
Unnecessary panic struck everyone, there was chaos like hell had come undone.
Like satan’s angels, the police flocked in, at the club with the loud music, where everyone seemed prone to sin.
And people moved fast, but could not escape, there was no bypassing hell’s gate
And it had suddenly become an unfortunate doomesday what was originally only a midsummer’s sunday
the music was still loud that night, when the air was suddenly surrounded by fright.
Dimly I glimpse through the misty gray gloom
stalwart the beaming of a winter-chilled moon
baring its teeth in an un-saintly gnashing
or so I imagine, as the world comes down crashing.
How peaceful looks she in white satin and lace
and how hideous I with a panic-struck face!
Forgotten by heaven to the depths of this sea
together we'll dance to eternity.

Late one night while sailing on the ocean waves
You invited me to come out of my boat
telling me you were the only one who saves,
With cat like eyes, that mesmerized, what was I to do
I gently got into the water and started walking humbly to you,
But suddenly I looked away and panic struck my heart,
For me a mere man, who could not understand, quickly fell apart
I screamed your name in utter shame
To come and salvage me,
The water raged above my head I no longer could see thee
But then I felt your sold hand reach for me from under
And heard a roar that sounded like an endless crash of thunder
Silence filled the ocean floor
Something I’d never seen before
The stillness of the sea that night
Changed my darkness into light
Now when waves try to crash on me
I remember the name that set me free
I’ll never fear the storms of this life again
Since now I know I have a dear sweet friend
That hears me before I even call
And has the power to rescue me anytime I fall
I’ll keep sailing on the ocean waves
For that was the night I met the one saves.
