The winter weather was bad, snowed heavily that year,
Santa was late dressing up and putting on the head gear.
He needed then to hurry up to reach the town in time
before chilled night fell, Christmas bells started to chime.
He left the familiar road, took a short cut on the pathway
through the desolate misty park, began to wander away.
The snow on the path lined with frosted trees was deep,
in his weakened control the old sledge he couldn’t keep.
He found the sleigh stuck, burrow its grave in the snow,
the confused reindeer strayed, didn’t know where to go.
Tired of the daylong ordeal Santa rued the hasty gambit,
found nearby an empty brown bench in the park to sit.
The stranded reindeer standing by gave him loyal company,
he looked helplessly, the end of the path he couldn’t see.
A sad Christmas for the children for Santa had lost their gifts,
forlorn, he waited for someone to come by, give him a lift.

Picture # 3
I had a dream the other day that I was standing beside your heart. I was holding a sledge hammer and I began to break down the walls around it. It was an old sledge hammer with a wooden handle and a head of steel. I wielded the hammer with everything I had to break down your walls of insecurity. I was a one-woman demolition crew!
As I busted apart the concrete wall there you were right behind it rebuilding a wall ten times stronger. I thought to myself, "Should I give up?" or "Should I throw in the towel?" I decided to have the heart of a mighty deliverer and do everything I can to deliver your heart to me.
I promised that I would take care of your heart for all eternity. I am not sure why you have such a difficult time believing me. Is this how you handle all the love in your life? Do you just toss it aside and believe the gods will send you something better? I am here to stay. Why do you think I have sent you a million letters? Stop trying to undermine all of my effort and just surrender your heart to me. Things would go so much more easily!
