Igba Irunmole,
These armies in bright blinding splendour,
Arrayed in unfathomable beauties,
Winged being from beyond the galaxies’
Tracking the blues skies unnoticed,
They walk this earth, unseen by mortal eyes,
Igba Irumole,
Sparkling in beauty, I marked their glowing gaze,
In radiance beyond sunlight,
Watching the sons of men day and night,
Though as servants attending,
Yet as warriors in readiness,
They weary themselves unseen by mortals,
Igba Irunmole
They cover the winds in clouds,
Sprinting through sunlight unhurt,
They mingle in lights with glorious enthusiasm,
Constrained by frequent grandeur
Parading this widening landscape
Igba Irunmole
Is this His beauty? a delightful sunbeam,
Buries my gaze in a blindfold of horror
Well nigh to the end of life,
This frame so frail mingled with pains
A strength not mine imbued within,
There I saw my fickle frame.
footnote . Igba Irunmole translated into English Are myriads of Angels
Igba is number count in Yoruba Language,
Irumole, Iru awon oni Imole, the bearers of Light

For every day the dawning sun does rise.
Births jubilation there before Thine eyes.
Brightly colored rays nobly to shed light.
Accents wondrous flawlessness in plain sight.
Sparked myriads of seeds on which life's drawn.
Brash rivers bear oath heirs ‘tis tryst of dawn.
Sways and swirls a choreographic dance.
ambient twirls perpetually by chance.
Flail on shores hence spawns of man and beast form.
Yea verily 'tis now yields earths new norm.
Winding winds elope Ye fair leaves of trees.
Rolling thunder cede fealty unto thee.
Esteemed Vox barrage of resounding ardor.
Grasp our lore of adoring loves of yore.

THE CLOUDS BURST WITH GOLDEN LIGHTS DRIPPING FROM SKY
AS QUICK AS A LIGHTNING COMES THE SON OF MAN
CLOTHED WITH GLORY AND POWER
WITH MYRIADS AND MYRIADS OF ANGELS BEHIND
WITH ROBE AS WHITE AS SNOW
TO FREE THE SAINTS FROM THIS WORLD'S TORMENT
AND TO GIVE EVIL THEIR PUNISHMENT
WHAT WILL YOU SAY?
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
WILL YOU STILL BE A SINNER?
OR WILL YOU BE A SAINT? THATS TRUE
WHEN YOU STAND BEFORE THE THROWN
WHAT WILL BE YOUR EXCUSE?
YOU CANNOT TELL HIM YOU DIDN'T KNOW
DO NOT DELAY TURN TO GOD TODAY.

Perfect angels, created before man walked the earth,
eons of time before Lord Jesus Christ was given birth.
Protectors of lowly ones, those who need tender care,
can trust in angels, for they are near us everywhere.
They are adorned in immaculate robes of purest white,
wings of ethereal beauty hover around us in the night.
By day they keep a vigilant watch on righteous mankind
watching, ever guarding against demons who seek to blind.
Guard us from temptations that lead us to do wrong.
When we pray for help, we're rewarded with their song.
Their melodious voices are ones we cannot hear, and yet,
I'm sure the sound of their chanting we would never forget.
Seraphs, cherubs, and all the messengers who serve God,
those myriads upon myriads who await his approving nod.
I pray for the protection of angels as they watch over me.
Beneath their wings I will be safe, now and for all eternity.

Myriads of umbrellas
like I’ve never seen
floating upward brilliant red,
yellow, pink and green.
Many happy thoughts must be
in the springtime breeze,
or bright hope could not ascend
high above the trees!
Opened up, hope shelters us
from the rains of gloom.
Losing sight of happiness
would be mankind’s doom.
Peace and love must guide our thoughts
so we might see rise
myriads of umbrellas
through all earth’s blue skies!

I love the myriads of mystic stream,
and so I wade into their wonder flow
and drift with them as if inside a dream.
I follow them wherever they may go.
I long to know their depths and be immerged,
to feel them fresh and singing in my soul;
to grasp them well, at times, I can be purged.
They glisten gold as fish among a shoal.
Immortal, they are yesteryear’s. . . Today
they tell the tales of old that never died.
I catch the ones with which I wish to play,
rejoicing when they take me for a ride. . .
When grouped uniquely they can soar like birds.
I’ll follow them forever - shining words!
*Not sure what to put in my note except that I sometimes try to emulate classic poets such as Emily Dickinson.
