Oh
That's  strange
Shh quiet 
Internal system
Do you all hear that
Does it sound or seem like she 
Is at peace today
Quick
Someone do something
Make her think
Of anything
To disturb and irritate
Her serene state
Quick hippocampus 
Flash a memory 
Of the most 
Painful moment
You hold of hers in 
Her safe
Hey, Heart
Make her feel 
Like she can't breathe
With every beat you make
Air,
Speed up 
So she has to constantly 
Keep up
There now we have disrupted 
Her attempt 
To attend a
 Sanity fair
Phew
Great work team
But wait
Is she mediating there
Hold on
I thought we paralyzed her with fear
Why is she acting 
Like she has the strength 
And that our old tricks 
No longer work here

Internal System,
anyone there
Great, 
I think I am talking to myself
I guess 
She finally got help

Abiding

Abiding faith in the Lord
Blessed joy to me restored
Christ's love is beyond our grasp
Dwelling free from sin's death clasp
Everlasting life is found
Fullness of joy, peace abound
Giving thanks for all blessings
Hope of heaven, heart now sings
Immortal, I'm now God's child
Justified and reconciled
King of Kings is my Father
Led by Christ, my life's Author
Mediating for my sins
Nourished by His Word, grace wins
Overcoming flesh, I grow
Perennial mercies flow
Quietness reigns in my soul
Redeemed by His blood, made whole
Steadfast promises to hold
Trusting God as my Stronghold
Unchanging, He is with me
Vessel in His hand to be
Wonder-working God, I serve

Addiction is what happens
when mediation doesn't happen.

Addiction is what happens
with my feelings
when mediation doesn't happen
in MeWe conscious thoughts.

Addiction is what happens
with bipolar up and down
dipolar co-arising feelings
when compassionate mediation
doesn't happen in ego/eco-systemic
bicameral Both/And thoughts.

Addiction 
to hearing oneself chatter away
is what happens
when more modest mediation 
doesn't happen.

Addiction to fast-paced competition happens
when cooperative mediation doesn't.

Addiction happens
when mediation
doesn't, quite so much.

Addiction
to mediation
doesn't do much.

Mediating
addictions
does all else.

Mellowing muted miraculous memories,
mildly mannered, meticulously minted
manly mirrored, mostly mastered
messages, massaging misleading
Manson Mongoloid measures, minus
milktoast Mozart minuet membership
monotone manuscripts, manipulating
many manakin malignant mind melds.
Might mindful micro mineral mankindedness
marvel my molecular madness mediating
medicinal meditative metronome
mattresses manipulating magnum

Which sounds healthier
to you?

Advent Serenity
or Christmas Birthing Terror

Separate identity comes from sacred Mother
and embryonic Child
interwoven bio-roots

As awareness of serene light
emerges from safe
and warm
original wombed 
dark nutritious night

As regenerative individual delight
of nascent flowers integrity's potential
to evolve from organically disconnecting
birthing 
and rebirthing powers 

As LeftBrain ego identity
revolves with sacred democratic integrity
of healthy EarthMother
imprinting each indigenously divine 
Gaian elder RightMind infant

born of Serene Beauty

Like purple Health
co-acclimating red/blue Wealth

Like C centered resilience

A shining light
That's my precious girl
Mediating every fight
With her mature sight
That's my peacemaker girl
Curls so tight
Her fun style to delight

Competitive capitalism
is about dominance,
which increases separation,
space between Winner haves,
and Loser have-nots

Degenerating into polarized views
more culturally dominant
than old-school cooperative middle

socio-economic median disappearances

Away from civically active democratic imagination,
focus,
functionally experiential frames
favoring cooperative democracy
over capital plutocracy.

Democracy is about win/win bicameral consensus
which grows integrity

becomes frustrated with my digital

Which reacts to all health issues,

economic and environmental,
neurological and psychological,
sociological and globally polycultural,
as if they are bipolar win/lose inevitable,

Its a sweet sourly taste

Its a survival through intelligence
A past formulating the current

Seeing scarce resources being utilised
Distinguishing of things
Its the pain becoming known

Don'T Beatitudes

Don't speak of God's redemptive healing
while practicing competitions in marketing fear,
and self-righteous anger,
and xenophobic hate.

Don't expect voices for democratic integrity
from bodies raised for overpowering secular mendacity.

Don't listen for wealthy cooperation indoors
where speakers shout in supremacy against healthy outdoor profits
and prophets.

Don't anticipate ecological health
where no theological wealth
has gone before
to prepare love's multicultural way.

Don't expect us to invite your messages
without prior investment in cooperatively mediating channels.

Don't hope for ecstatic transport
without enchanting everyday polypathic communion
right where and when and why you HereNow already are.

Don't invest faith in secular wonders
without first finding a sanctuary 
caring for internal sacred awe.

Don't hope for celebrating outdoor public voices
without divesting of competing inside private tyrants.

Don't speak of love
while practicing hate
with tools of fear.

Don't curse or even talk
where you have not yet sacred walked.

Crazy Things

Standing from afar
Observing changes
This crazy world has gone too far
Youth rampaging, war raging,racism increasing
Politicians laughing,culture dying.
Children back answering,parents hiding
The most high crying
The world is crumbling.
Watching from afar strange things are happening
No one listening people stop caring
Something is stirring we got to start fighting
The world needs uniting.
The night is falling
Something is coming
We need to start watching
Time to begin mediating
We all need covering.
