Premium Member The Naked Maja

Based on the famous painting..."The Naked Maja"
                      ~A Fantasy~

Within Her Memory-All of This Lives

Lying naked with him
in summers’ heat.
Iced lotus tea...in blue frosted
glasses.
“Sweetheart,”she sighed “what
a treat!"

Plus watermelon and mint on
crystal plates?
He made her heart, much faster
beat.
Reading her poetry by Kahlil
Gibran!
Sexy man, time you turn that
fan on?

A picture of herself, soft~
like the “Naked Maja!”
Was lovely, in her straw hat....
gorgeous!
The color of deep brown Kava.

She cherished that picture of that
steamy moment in time .
When she was yours and times,
divinely sublime!

She thinks of the child they created~
And lost, and mourned together.
May her infant soul be in heaven, light
and crystalline, as a feather.

As frames in pictures, they kissed in
both sun and the rain.
When they parted, clouds brought her
an ombré, on-going pain.

His twinkling hazel eyes, she still
does see.
And, oh, how she misses him, so zealously!

Premium Member Marriage

Mind and heart get wedded; physiques get attracted;
Love, bond, and affection hold hands in one accord;
Infatuation and romance are compacted,
Intimacy, passion, and commitment concord...!

Building bridges of fidelity they proceed,
Bathing in streams of fondness and admiration,
Positive perspectives and forgiveness accede,
In physical psychic charm, they find elation...!

Wedding bells, for lives of merged minds, peal endlessly,
Moments spent together become celebrations:
Physical touch and gentle kiss go zealously,
In mutual help and keep there's no negation...!

Marriage, when heart and soul are one, is paradise,
Though it seeks from each, a bit of self-sacrifice...!!!

Bountiful Blessings Bestowed

Through knowledge of God I am aware of my blessings.

An abundance of blessings in gifts, I've been given
By the hand of God, kindly bestowed on me, his
Child. I am a sheep within His flock, and He calls me
Daughter, for He is my Father, the Divine One, God.
Eagerly, I follow His teachings, obeying His commands.
Faithful shall I always be. I'm a lily growing in the field.
Gratefully indebted to Jesus for giving up his life.
Hope has been restored to me because of his sacrifice.
Instilled within my heart is the love I have for him.
Joyfully, I give praise in words and spiritual songs,
Keeping in mind, to turn away from temptation, for
Loyalty will be rewarded on the day of my reckoning.
My merciful Father gave the life of his only begotten son.
No greater gift could be given to me or anyone.
Obedience through faith I offer Him, for I am far from
Perfect, but he loves me in spite of my human flaws.
Quenched are my spiritual needs through prayer, and
Rich is my reward when offered the hope of eternal
Salvation, as foretold in scripture, Revelation 7:10*
Thankful to serve a righteous God, to whom I pray in
Undertones throughout the course of each day.
Vigilant shall I always be, to sing his praises in
Words of righteous glory. I am likened to the
Xylem tissue of a plant; faith flows inside my heart.
Yearning to be blessed by devotion to the one true God.
Zealously, but with humility, I deliver His message.

*Revelation 7:10: "...Salvation we owe to our God,
who is seated on the throne, and to the Lamb."

Reviewing a Complex Year

Up to October's end
life was peaceful and delightful;
I enjoyed the strolls and chats,
going to baseball games,
seeing crowds cheer at CitiField
and I zealously wrote
about many human experiences.
Disaster as predicted,
was in store for two thousand twelve:
Italy was shaken by earthquakes,
drought and floods in the USA,
then Sandy came with fury
wreaking havoc and destroying
everything in its path.
Thankful and blessed
for not having lost anything,
greatly rejoiced for being alive,
but moved by the tears of others
whose homes were slammed
by the storm on the eastern coast...
who doesn't sympathize with their loss?
Obama has been re-elected,
will he bring those changes
he promised in the first term?
Iran has fired at an American Warfare
and vows to exterminate Israel;
Syria is in turmoil and Greece
is facing unemployment and unrest.
An unimaginable fear awaits us all:
is it another World War, or Armageddon?

The One That Got Away

"I love you"
These are the three ripe words that
I wanted to whisper in your ears.
So, I
Fixed a date
You came
We met
We spoke
But I couldn't propose:
Though tattooed on the tip of my tongue,
at my dismay it refrained to flow out.
Then,
I packed all my feelings and emotions in a box
with a love letter clinched to it
and laid it on your desk.
Looking at the hourglass
Counted the time.
Zealously anticipating
for your arrival
But,
Unfortunately
you were on sick leave.
Poor me
Carried the box
ran and hopped into a taxi.
Impatiently sitting,
throughout the ride
yearning to meet you..
After reaching the destination
Carelessly forgetting the box,
restlessly I jumped down
Rushed to your flat
Found your name plate beside the door
Pressed on the calling bell
Faced your maid
With a fine clarification
I stepped inside the hall
Not finding you
Confused I stood.
In a while,
Got to know
that you have been shifted
to hospital;
Not knowing the address
and the exact location
I stumbled
Place to place..
In search of you
With a wrong information.
Cash had melted;
Looking my wallet
I sat on the street
gaping at your photo,
that..I had stolen
from your locker.
Hit suddenly an idea..
Thought of calling you
But,
In a hurry had left my
mobile on my table;
Recalling your number
I went to a telephone Booth
I tried and tried and tried..
With many failed attempts
I just heard the recorded voice
which repeatedly said:
"your call is not reachable"
My eye lids were twitching
prophesying something awful is to happen.
The clouds were shadowed by darkness;
And I returned back home
with a huge sigh;
Found my pillow
Embraced ,
Cried my heart out,
Lay insomniac,
whole night
Thinking
Of YOU
I stay awake
Worrying,
What might have happened to you..!
The next day morning,
I found newspaper
Headlines said:
"Airplane crashed due to turbulence"
Strange was to know..
Your name typed too..
under the missing passenger list.
Why such a shocking news ?!
Why the hell did he board the flight
all in sudden with no clue?
Myself wriggled
On the floor..
Soul paralyzed
"Losing him"
~The Untold love~
The one who capriciously
got away from me
in a very
short span
of time.

Hope Is the Cure To Loneliness

I end up insecure like a homeless individual,
Going through the streets of sheer cruelty
I desire to be mighty like you, my faith fuel
Blowing like the breeze of mere uncertainty

Hope you're happy where you are...

Well, I have packed up all my things
I'm about to head to another country
I will see what this lovely life brings
Maybe, I will wondrously be free

I hope you shine like a midnight star...

I am done fighting for the crown of recognition
I am backing down my guard of glorification
I accept my fate at hand
Don't stand where I stand
I am aware of my decisions made here
And I dare you to try to change my mind
I am not afraid or cowering away in fear
I'm staying right here...made up my mind and choose to unwind

I hope you are motivated to the highest bar

I am just a man
A man that tries his best best he can
To find solace in the oddest location
I am just a boy
A boy who has unbroken, blameless joy
While wandering around in anticipation

Hoping you are zealously zooming like a car

Don't follow me
In the woods of oblivion
Don't even see me
As I attempt to zero in
On a prize I have yet to win
On treasure through thick and thin
Don't hear my echoes
Don't stick your nose
In my business again
Don't fence me in...
Don't fence me in...

Hope your success takes you far

You said aloud:
Swallow your pride
In the rowdy crowd,
I try to hide...
Subside from my side
Subside from my side
Abide elsewhere...
You still don't care...
I prepare for the worst
Or for the better
I think I might just burst
You still wear your I-don't-care sweater

I hope I have healed your shameful scar

I end up insecure as a widower in the rainstorm
I am a spider without his meal, left starved and hopelessly dyin'
I wish someone out there will mend my scars and keep me warm
Now, I've come to realize that I have become a brazen lion

Hope you don't mind me keeping your words of enlightenment in my jar

It's hard to fathom
This feeling of numb
This eerie isolation hurts
I long to be strong
I hope, one day, I will belong

Let us both hope that we belong and end this greed war...
For we fight for peace
And for peaceful unity, nothing to bizarre
Oh Lord, give us peace

Not to mention hope...

(Sing to the tune of Close to You, by
the Carpenters)

Why, O, why this night has nary a clue
Yet, my darling how you always knew
Dream of the night is just me and you
Just me and you

Why, O, why stars up high zealously pry
When doting moon vies marigold skies
They love it too, the dream is so true
Just me and you

When so far you are, yet so close you feel
How earnestly whispers of longing plea
Unveil gently the missives of memories
Just you and me, sweet as can be, yearning to be

Why, O, why nightingales echo the tune
When song of the dawn robins croon
They love it too, the dream is so true
Just me and you

When so far you are, yet so close you feel
How earnestly whispers of longing plea
Unveil gently the missives of memories
Just you and me, sweet as can be, yearning to be

Why, O, why this night has nary a clue
Yet, my darling how you always knew
The song of the dawn is just me and you
Just me and you

The song of the dawn is just me and you
Just me and you

Ah, just me and you
La, just me and you
Ah, just me and you
La, just me and you
