Mink's Manifesto 3

In regard to human's such abject abyss and absurdity, we can't help questioning: can human still be indulgent in the virulent vainglory having shaped their pretentious and dangerous preconception of a human-centered and human-dominated cosmos? can human waywardly go on with their ecologic vandalism having already triggered the macrocosmic nature's wrath and punishment? In fact, all their perverted precepts and practices have spoilt or to a large extent countervailed the hard-earned results of their positive efforts. ( e.g. vaccine development, treatment of the infected)
As can be seen more often than not: Overloaded hospital wards and overwrought medical workers are outflanked by waves of overwhelming epidemic peaks, and the process of vaccination popularization outpaced by the viruses' variation and proliferation. Indeed, human's arrogance, ignorance and particularly conscience absence have estranged them from one informative sense: The best remedy is the due respect for the macrocosmic nature that nurtures the entire universe and the due reverence for her sovereign system that really dominates every being and everything living or working inside her domain; The best vaccine is the virtue of taking all harmless lives kindly and taking kindly to the nature's heartfelt call for every bio-community member's benign ecofriendly behavior.

Having ironed out the aforesaid reasoning and arguments and having made clear our firm attitude and stance, we hereby urge Spanish, Dutch butchers and especially the Dane banes:
Stop your criminal and cruel cull without delay, do not engage any more in any activity that may bring us extinction, mass toll and physical or psychological harm, let us resume enjoying our old habitat safe and calm.
We also want to extend our exhortation to all of the human being: Make a thorough stock-taking of the circumstances of correlated infection-prone species and overall epidemic aspect before renouncing your previous evil ways and recommitting to building a livable eco-environment and lovable bio-community. Only after the strict imposition of precautionary disciplines upon your daily behavior, would there be a promising future of fine faith and fair fortune for every existent being under the sun, of course including yourselves; In the bargain, would come genuinely effective epidemic-controlling & prevention mechanisms for yourselves.

Ascent To Heaven Or Heaven's Descent

They had measured on close counts,
Before they began his dismount,
All flowers and scents were left behind,
It was only mud that came to mind,
He was a log of wood that had no use,
They were about to consign him as refuse,
They had measured on close counts,
And now had finished his dismount,
They all glumly looked at the innards of earth,
Dug apart so as to be his home and hearth,
They lowered him with care,
Some cried and other shed tears,
Such care they had never shown,
When he was alive full blown,
They left him but he could not,
In years that followed he thought,
And all thoughts were about and their's,
But he lay still there,
Not able to do much,
While lower insects ate him as such,
Twenty yards under the surface,
The earth weighed on him like a mace,
He had volumes to carry,
Every moment without delay or tarry,
In peace he had the quiet,
Under the forceful mud of his burial site,
He was largely unattended,
Only heard anniversary footsteps,
When his thought subject came tending,
There was lot of din,
As one day woke abruptly in,
He could hear the rattling and banging of hammer,
His peace was disturbed and began to stammer,
It was furious and fast,
He presumed it could not be just his nest,
But also his neighbors from first to last,
It was familiar yes very much so,
All the sound and racket on the go,
It was regular and incessant,
As if it was rain rampant,
Yes, clouds up there from above,
Were pouring over his grave,
They sounded angry and irate,
And were determined to drown all gates,
He felt secure under mud,
And there suddenly was a seeping thud,
It was really bad and water had come in tones,
His grave was all definitely drowned,
Now the water had bossed over the earth,
Pressing it hard for the inner most berth,
It was invading the twenty yards,
And approaching him fast,
And he thought will the dead also meet the flood,
The seeping thud was on the first drop,
That fell on his stomach,
He churned as eating insects scurried,
Soon train followed thud after thud,
And then it was a volley of scuds,
His cavity was being filled,
And bones getting viscid and humid,
A coolness spread through rotten carrion,
And went on to turn into a bath for the skeleton,
It bathed him till it was just soaking,
Was it he who had ascended to heaven,
Or the heavens came pouring down to meet him even.

Saving Grace

When empty bubbles of stillness brimmed the place
Upon an emerald carpet of meads, she genuflected with gathered grace
Of languished bones and reverence plucked from nunhood hearts.
Mighty potentate dear, the wonted beseeching starts.

Oh! May the taper of thought illuminate the native firmament of youth
With eternal beams of clemency and immaculate truth.
May remnants of vernal days, emulate the unsullied string of murmuring Rhine
Which lofty silvern moon looks through in her decline.

Oh! Bestow sleets of diamond, shower the withering faith abundantly
My genuine night in ancient might and atrous raven majesty
Never admits a lucid ray of Cynthia's placid light
Nor scarce a pristine spark from virgin Lilies white.

In festal exuberant mirth, flowers rich in prime often steep
Banished from fervid fancies, my dreams slither from sepulchres of sleep
Dreary like spectres embroidered in soot-black cloak
Yoked with throat gripping images of woe, clawed than forked foot of hawk.

Oh! Grand down the enormous wing of unyielding throes
Intercepting the sun's beam of daffodil gold to disclose
The jolly throng of seeming friends in vizard faction knit.
Raze with fanged rust, the malignant swarm of antagonizing foes assailing in skits.

Once these cheeks flushed bright than crimson blossoms glow
Alack! Over those, briny springs of melancholy flow
From heights of penitence, from depth of pain suppressed
Creeping like subtle snakes from hollowed cavities of earth's breast.

Since wisdom hoarded in writhled lores and hoary sage
Never fades, stroked by boundless surges of age.
Since the raging cold of thawed snow, is kindly kept in summer's temperate heat
The severe taste of my delayed revenge, is neither lost in circles of time nor deplete.

Oh! Divine celestial quill, in rich characters of light, write…
Before the blind sentence groped to distinct light
Restless billows of black-faced misery, wretched the brass-chain of words away
Her thoughts bitter and sweet mingled without delay.

Through hollowed glades redoubled echoes nimbly fly
Plumed like pinions in boundless circles scan the scaled sky
Bearing the closing effort of sacred orisons, sealed with despairing cry
Imploring the sovereign sublime, perched upon Elysium throne
Oh! “Let go the string, before this withering faith is tempest blown."

Roman a Clef Tragicomedy

Roman à clef tragicomedy...
overlaid with façade of fiction = Mein Kampf

No need for yours truly to dig deep,
(albeit bonafide figuratively)
by Dickens thru mine Uriah Heep,
a gnarled mass creep
ping, comprising, encompassing, glomming
abysmal existence strewn with hard times,

such that I wanna leap
out this metaphorical bleak house,
a black hole in the wall swallowing
i.e. disallowing any peep
ordinarily yawping, proliferating, flirting...
now fumfering lamely issued by keep
ping low profile super tramping cheap

trickster, our mutual
friend Matthew Scott Harris,
where lack of functioning heating unit
(think male organ if ye will)
upended, rendered, discombobulated...
scrappy body electric hominid
to experience quality sleep.

Principal reason I write
to balance and aright
unexpected largesse
(thank you dad), where
eyes suddenly got bright
and bushy tail incessantly

wagged day and night,
a sensible palliative temporarily
eased penury plight,
which cash equivalent,
viz four Benjamins alleviated quite
helpful thwarting necessity to fight

off bill collectors brandishing
armstrong lance's compelling me
to summon black knight
in shining armor lodged within white
castle amidst prickly bishop
obviously one prone easily to excite

amusing little lord Fauntleroy
groomed as heir to throne,
enthusiasm since his birth did ignite
(Aesop pose) storybook life,
where fanciful elation did take flight
buzzfeeding, droning, feasting

on par with Mister
Bumble bee in flight
sweet nectar amidst lilies of the field
analogous to stripling Adam - fine lad
eve vent chilly seeking delight.

Ah to gather rose while ye may
tis futile wishful thinking,
now at mine three
score orbitz round sun,
which libido far out at bay
prurient predilections once

spawn time wracked to lay
waste vestal virgin such as... Little Dorrit,
now... raging hormones stagnant clay
hardened, atrophied, eutrophied,
jackknifed limp bizkit
long bereft testy tickle

yar seaman quizzical,
slack jawed, and sullen at
deserted abandoned cobwebbed quay
ignored do not enter, keep out,
private property signals desiccated,

no place for Peter to take holiday
barring ingress to ply skin flute
amidst hollerin hootenanny,
perhaps convincingly explaining
welcoming Voldemort without delay.

1947-The Peeing of the Peaked Peasantry - a Mocktail

Monah Kaur and Robert Kumar fled from London, came to ‘Hindustan’; tied the knot
The 'Singhs' stopped their songs and 'Kumars at no. 42' burnt their studio; this rebellion; they will forget not
A petite piece of land was gifted by Uncle Prem to mark their freedom
With much thought the newly wed called it Garden of Eden
They cleared the plot from crawling matters and built a woody farm house
Within a year, Monah gave birth to twins; Lisa died; Minnie who survived became quiet as a mouse
The air around still polluted in invasion and many cuffed in iron
The sun and moon fairer than in London but nothing seemed fine
The couple laboured and fostered peaches for Mr. Big Ben; returned home clad in blisters
Minnie cried; and cried; her parents had no time and she desired a couple of sisters
In financial distress the duo approached the heroic Farmer Bachan to assist his flock
Pleased with their dedication he gifted them a Peacock.
Minnie cried louder now, seeing this English present; she wasn’t a fan
Bachan who was fond of the child, sent her way, a young Indian Peahen
Minnie’s tears lost its way in the Ganges as the new birds found their click
Around Christmas added to the family was a cute hybrid Pea-chick
What adorable ‘chana’ like eyes had she!
Without delay, Minnie named her Chick pea
Eden now a 'Rangoli'; 'Ranisas' and 'Nawabs' soothed in ‘Masala’ tea
All engrossed in the lights and sweetness of Diwali; no attention paid to the growth of The Serpent on that Apple tree.
Those daffodils patented to Wordsworth, danced in the air
In its abode, the serpent watched Eden, what a scare!
One morning, Minnie fetched a Brown ladder to reach the tree which dazzled with rounds of juicy red
The ladder attacked and killed; the child returned home badly bitten, almost to eternal slumber she bled
Bachan’s sheep strayed to the road that was not to be taken, decreased from many to few
Eden cried for The Good Shepard; The Foreign Raj ruthlessly bottled native stew
Prayers were answered and on a Tiger came a Flying sheriff called ‘Shroff’
Bedecked in turfy ‘ceps’ and ‘pecs’; this essence fought in ‘huff & puoff’
Over time; in years almost equal to Tendulkar's century; the Serpent grew wicked miles
The gladiator fought till his last breath, excreting the treacherous reptile back to the British Isles

Lost To Time

I had a girl for company.
She answered to the name, Time.
It was love at first sight;
who else could've a girl like mine?

Moments we lived in, were dreams
We spoke through thoughts, no words to tell.
She was a pretty witch
& I was cast under her spell..

An elixir in flesh and bone;
her voice thrilled me, her warmth filled me.
My skin longed for her touch, enticing;
a moment's caress can surpass eternity.

Lady Luck roared, my aims soared;
I had aspirations now.
I got used to Her appraisals;
drunk on her fortunes..& how!

My aims soared, my demons roared,
"She's wasting your life away!!
Share your life with some better lass
and ditch her, without delay."

Thus my gal Time, I did show the door.
I then sought ambition's hand.
Success & fame, all went and came;
for them, I was a one-night-stand.

Smashed by sadness, I searched for company.
Looking afar,'twas Time, I could tell.
She walked alone, roaming in solitude.
Was I missing, in her life as well?

And so I called out to her,
"Blinded by ambition, our love I did kill.
These wounds I'd like to heal,
so we can be lovers still.."

Desperation drove me after her.
Untrodden paths, my feet did pound.
I felt, she was just a mirage:
why did she not turn around?

Blind to all around me,
I stumbled, on objects unknown.
And fell tumbling, towards a stream,
where to me, my thirst was shown.

Exhausted, leaden limbs
dragging myself to the edge, I drank.
Thirst quenched, I looked in
to see a face staring back..

I took a closer look to see:
alas, it's my own image.
Fingers worn out by fatigue.
A face ravaged by age..

Then I felt my own weight on me;
my body defeated, paralysed.
'twas then, that Time came to me;
It was her all along, I realised.

"Oh, what a fool, you've been.
With your eyes, could you have not seen?
That I'm time, itself, past, present, and what is to be;
forever young, if with me, you had always been.."

"When you had me, you had all of time;
to chase ambitions, night and day.
Erase absolute blunders, at a moment's passing!
For time was yours, here to stay.."

"Don't you know time and tide, wait for none?.
When you left me, you wasted time away.
So when you started chasing me again,
did you expect, forever young, you'd stay?"

Today

"Do what you have to do the lame police officer
Uttered to the abusive man standing beside me
"Speak to your JP she said to the man who has abused me. I still cannot get over the shock of the abusive man
Standing with axe, you come here to use me
And do everything to confuse me, you twist my body
In the gate and try to break my hands before the heartless crowd but heavens stood by at the cry of mercy , no one came to rescue me, instead they stand and stare visciously at me as if they too were going to attack and murder me.They leaned on the wall and looked as if they were going to start a brawl.It started
Early in tbe morning when I sat quietly inside meditating
And the devil was outside shaking, he leaped at me with a angry swing, with angry eyes jumping out of the socket
I could see hate moving around and his expressions
Jumping on his face like a clown.He shouted at me with the Devils spin and I tried desperatly to get away from him but he slammed my body in the iron gate
And sware to chop off my head when he come again
Abusive men give birth to abusive children
And those children become a nusiance in the city
Men with nasty mouth ,men that is cursing out loud
Men with tainted faces growling like elephant underneath their breath while their faith hangs in the balance
and they canot agree with anyone
There is a big network around the town,
and I dont know where they are grounded;
politicians pulling strings
And police men doing aerobics in thr gym
Dancing to the tune of their thiughtless rythm
My heart is playing a sad tune while my spirit dances
Around the moon, it makes my spirit break and cause my mind to shake and in the middle of it all I still stand tall holding my head high.
Here I am in the night wondering where I am going to spend the next moon, I have been waiting for many days for this mystry to break
To want to leave the city without delay
But the more I plead the more they make me absorb my own misery
No tears is left in my eyes and no tear is left to dry.
And the man that is walking around with his sin
Will cause the whole world to grin.
The night is standing like giant above me and the moon is dancing around me.
The music is playing and and the flawless donkey is braying ,
And here I am still waiting for you at the big gate.

Drift Away

Drift Away
By Kevin Robey
March 19, 2013

Let me drift away, and walk into my dreams
She said soft and sweetly, to avoid a scene
I saw her hair line; it was bursting at the seams
Put my hand to her eyes, wiped her heartache clean

Her pain was his, but he could not make it slow
Saw crimson cuts that went deeper than blood lines
Couldn’t slow her descent to the fiery pits below
If he was a superhero, he could turn back time

Try as he might, she still slowly turned to stone
He couldn’t stay, but promised to return again
This next part you will have to do on your own
When you feel lonely, reach to me with a pen

The day came when ship was set to sail
To embark on this journey without her hand
His heart ached more than words could show
But he put on a brave smile, and told her his plan

I love you, and I’ll tell you every single day
Tell you the strength I feel when our lips collide
You’re beautiful, and I’ll tell you without delay
Tell you the warmth I feel when our hearts confide

She did not believe him, but he did not care
He set off to sea, with her heart on crimson sleeves
He penned these words in the cold morning air
Feeling the bond only the two of them could achieve

With unsteady hands, he set foot on this land of lost souls
She wasn’t there; her steady hand was not in sight
Thinking of the day where he would once again be whole
Rolled up his crimson sleeves and prepared to fight

There was the threat of violence rather than chaos and misery
The demons they were contained by the promises he made
To the girl who made him see the man he was meant to be
Whose heart was so heavy it was impossible to weigh

Tethered together, they braced themselves for stormy weather
They looked to the sky searching for a break in the clouds
To find that piece of sunshine that they found together
Long ago when they never slept and they dreamed out loud

When they hurt themselves then, it brought them close
Now their hearts were clean, full of love that they found
It brought him to a place where these words could diagnose
His ailment, his cure, was the thump of her heart beat sound

He smiled to the future as the sunshine broke through
Knowing that if the sky does fall, he will be all right
His heart will continue beating, this much is true
When demons dance again, he’ll make it through the night

May Nine Nineteen Eighty

May nine nineteen eighty was great,
Being the day of his calling;
Brother Eduardo Manalo
Had received the noblest blessing.

The day of his ordination
Signaled his rise in his duty;
His exceptional performance
Was seen inside the ministry.

He became an assistant dean
For Evangelical Studies;
Doing all his divine functions,
And his responsibilities.

On twenty-seventh of July,
In the year nineteen eighty-four;
He became Metro Manila's
Another coordinator.

Then came the Church's eightieth year,
He took his oath as Deputy;
To help the Administrator
In leading the flock's entirety.

He‘s prepared for fifteen years by
Then Executive Minister;
The torch was passed to him by God,
After the death of his father.

He firmly strengthened the brethren
Who, just like him, were in sorrow
With the demise of Ka Erdy,
As his deep love did overflow.

He showed courage and consistence,
In the midst of persecution;
Sacrificing his interest,
He valiantly made decision.

Through the modern technology,
He officiates worship service;
The brethren all over the world
Are truly edified in bliss.

The true message of salvation
Has reached all but one continent;
He preaches the genuine gospel
With power and noble intent.

He has successfully finished
The great Philippine Arena;
The project has been constructed
At the Ciudad De Victoria.

Excellent events of the Church
Have caught the Guinness' attention;
The world records have been broken,
Bringing honor to God's nation.

Thousands of houses of worship
Have been built amid poverty;
The work of the Lord's mighty hand
Is witnessed in every country.

When the calamities happen,
He immediately provides aid;
Relief, rescue, and assistance
Have been well organized and made.

Preachers of other religions
Have come to know the righteous way;
Pastors and priests have joined the Church,
Without a doubt, without delay.

The covid-nineteen pandemic
Has not deterred God's people;
Every household worship service
Feeds each servant's mind, heart, and soul.

Forty years have quickly passed by,
Since he's blessed by the Almighty;
We will never forget the date,
Early May nine nineteen eighty.
