"You're gonna face trouble if Navalny dies in prison, 2021"—President Biden

Martyr & Saint
1976-2024

By tempting fate, speaking truth to power, he languished in icy confinement
This courageous proud Russian was a bold soul of staunch refinement

This tormented martyr, and prophetic sage, silenced and confined to a cage
Continued to fight his tenacious battle, while we heeded his words of outrage

By a cold-hearted tyrant, a man of truth and honor with contempt was slain
In the nation of his birth, their saint for justice they will anoint and ordain

A man who spoke out to a dictator for his people’s sake and for humanity
Well known worldwide for his stance against Vladimir Putin’s insanity

By tempting fate, he was sentenced to solitary confinement and sent to Sibiria
As bizarre as it sounds, a place where evil throws one away for nonsensical trivia

Tortured with poison and beaten daily, still he spoke out in chains, a martyr
All awhile the cruel ruler of his homeland proved again and again an evil liar

A despot has his way, on this day Alex Navalny died, a tyrant’s signature at play
Tyrants may come, tyrants may go, this hero’s legacy of love shall forever stay

Minds can’t comprehend, can’t wrap our brains 'round the severity, bizarre
Angered is his family who demand righteous revenge; O Lord let it not be war

Thank you for contacting the White House. President Donald J. Trump continues to deliver historic victories for the American people.

This week, President Trump made good on his promise to uphold the rule of law. Since he announced his plan to restore law and order in Washington, D.C. on August 11, law enforcement has made more than 700 arrests and seized more than 90 illegal guns. Carjackings, robberies, and car thefts are plummeting. For the first time in a long time, there have been zero murders in D.C. this week. The President is standing firm in his conviction that the capital belongs to all law-abiding American citizens, not criminals.

To rebuild our economy and drive American prosperity, President Trump finalized the U.S.-EU Framework on Reciprocal, Fair, and Balanced trade, with the EU agreeing to open its $20 trillion market and purchase $750 billion in U.S. energy. As a result, EU firms will invest an additional $600 billion in America—a massive win for American jobs, American industries, and American workers, which solidifies America as the global leader in innovation and economic growth.

The President continues to deliver wins for American sovereignty and the cause of peace around the globe, with the U.S. deploying a large Navy task force to the South Caribbean to disrupt deadly drug cartel smuggling operations. To top it all off, President Trump hosted Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and European leaders at the White House as part of his relentless effort to pursue peace, stop the killing, and save lives. He is also negotiating a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and President Zelensky, bringing the world one step closer to ending the war.

Under President Trump’s bold and visionary leadership, the entire White House is working every day to make America greater than ever before.

National Treasures No 2 Paul Merton

I love Paul Merton
I just wish he'd keep his shirt on....
Stop flexing his pecs
In front of Ant n Dec,
Even Vladimir Putin shows more respect
To the long suffering viewer;
Paul:- climb out of the sewer,
Resist the urge to flash
Your naked rippling torso
You're rightly famous cos you're so
Frivolous and witty
It would be a real pity
If your elegant urbanity
Was eclipsed by this inanity,
The soul of wit is brevity
So confine yourself to levity
And keep that sex god bod, son
Securely wrapped in cotton -
Think of all the panel shows you've got on
Whilst staying fully clothed
In doublet and hose,
The paps dont need to see your nipples
It just creates unnecessary ripples
In the light entertainment pond
You are never going to star as Bond!
Stick to your faintly surrealistic reflections
On whether Cumberpatch keeps Capons,
And for pity's sake Merton
Just keep your blooming shirt on!

Clutched By Anxiety Compliments Vladimir Putin

Yours truly borrows a phrase
courtesy the great bard
also known as
William Shakespeare's Hamlet:
"For 'tis the sport ...
Hoist by one's own petard
meaning "victimized or hurt
by one's own scheme”.

The aforementioned excerpt
hopefully describes the fate
to befall president of Russia.

Nevertheless, unseen
talon sharp claws...
dig deep into mine
psyche soft underbelly
piercing bedrock of
core (puss) being
akin to butter knife
slicing thru peanut
butter and jelly

unable to preserve
an iota of calm
while stuck in said
emotional jarring state,
which eruption of cataclysmic
agitation analogous to a bomb
going off inside my head,
where a mishmash
of frenzied discombobulated
brainstorming angst doth glom,

whereat the "little boy"
inside this man
called for his mom,
who when this aging
"baby boomer" chap
just a kid and experienced
devastating, jarring,
and paralyzing tom

malt chew hiss in dom
mitt able inexplicable fear,
though NO obvious
danger threatened, NOR
warning signaled "BEWARE,"
nonetheless adrenaline
coursed from head
to toe as if clear

and present harm
lurked quite near,
inducing a host of
physiological fallout symptoms
darkly freighting this
sole son with nightmarish scare,
whereat no escape,
nor exit no matter

how fast a sprinting tear
found me running
mile a minute only
to end up nowhere,
except smackdab right
in the same place
in relation to despair,
which translates to mean...

yours truly could not
run and hide,
as quickly made clear
to me then, and now,
though at present
scores years older, the balm
courtesy of prescription
medication popped inside

mouth from palm
olive smoothed hands,
as if this teetotaler
betook himself prom
men aiding albeit
with tumblerful of liquor
getting feigning noggin all a jam
aware that nothing amiss,

would be evident,
sans lower gastrointestinal exam,
nonetheless diet
restricted to graham
crackers and broth
distilled from ham
hock, once again thwarting
vegetarian ambitions damn!

Vlad and Don, a Love Story

Vladimir oh Vladimir,
Thanks for the hack
Put me in front and Hillary back
I owe you my amazing win
For you I’ll do anything

Vladimir oh Vladimir,
you pull my strings
For you I can do so many things
You have something on me, yes its true
Lets keep it a secret between me and you

Vladimir oh Vladimir,
Be my best friend
Bffs to the bitter end
I won bigly with you, so all my thanks
Now teach me how to roll the tanks

Vladimir oh Vladimir,
So strong and powerful, you’re my kind of guy
Your enemies all seem to mysteriously die
You and I don’t have to fight
We both know that might makes right

Vladimir oh Vladimir,
Teach me how you silence opposition
so I can do it from my White House position
crybaby losers, my boot on their head
I’ll mock them by twitter as I crush them dead

Vladimir oh Vladimir,
how many journalists did you kill
that would give me such a thrill
Send bannon out as my murderous attendant
Bury them all with their first amendment

Vladimir oh Vladimir,
come real close
but don’t poison me with a lethal dose
like that guy from the KGB
You put plutonium in his tea

Vladimir oh Vladimir,
so-called judges might tell me no
then checks and balances got to go
Congress might stop me with laws they pass
They’ll burn like the Reichstag, to a heap of ash

Vladimir oh Vladimir,
We’re like-minded brothers
Leading a world of like-minded others
We’re leaders in the global fight
with our global army that fight for the white

Premium Member The Ukrainian Flag Flies Again In Kherson

The Ukrainian flag flies again in Kherson, it is a joy to see
The Russian army are running scared from Ukraines military
Russia pulled out its army saying it was a tactical move
But against Ukraines valiant army, they have a lot to prove.

Their so called special military operation is now lying in tatters
Total victory for the brave Ukrainians is now all that matters
Russia have had many setbacks you hear about them everyday
Ukraine will not yield to the Russians and are driving them away.

The retreating Russian army have now pulled back to the Dnipro River
With a harsh winter approaching I hope they get frostbite and shiver
They've behaved like wild animals and they do not deserve to live
It will be a cold day down in the furnace of hell before anyone can forgive.

But Ukraine remains cautious as the Russians beat a hasty retreat
Vladimir Putin is so thick skinned and he will not accept defeat
They've probably laid booby trap explosives, to inflict fatal injury
They don't care who they kill, be it innocent civilians or military.

Vladimar Putin will be removed from power, it is just a matter of time
I hope he's handed over, and in the Hague charged with his heinous crime
But for now proud Ukrainians celebrate, as their flag again flies in Kherson
I pray that in time we'll hear about Ukraines victory, and how the war was won.

If you buy in, you’re a chump and a sod

Stop and think, stop the drink
You have choices and diverse options
Build bridges not walls
In the end, together we shall all stand tall
Maybe not, then too late, we shall atomically fall

A narcissist and psycho of that it’s for sure
He takes charitable deductions claiming he is pure
As he evicts the poor and mentally challenged
Who voted for him while being tossed out the door

Notes: With rights come responsibilities, although this is always a balance it seems we as a society are very concerned with out rights and much less with out responsibilities. I encourage anyone who truly cares to go and find a book called “Berlin Diary 1934-1941” and read it. First it’s a personal account of the times, and any book that covers humanity and day to day life for me carries a more humanistic weight to the story, however the main point is this. Hitler said and acted very much in the same way Donald Trump does today. That educated men stand behind Trump as well as many uneducated ones, is sad, they are more concerned with their own careers than doing the right thing. Of note, The Bushes seem to have long before it was popular, distance themselves from Trump.

Acquiescence Begets Hegemony

Acquiescence begets hegemony...

Think Putin whose forename
Vladimir translates as great power,
whose singular minded aim
after lobbing bombs into
second-largest country
by area in Europe after Russia
incurring voodoo spells
foisted upon president of Ukraine
forced neophyte politician
Volodymyr Oleksandrovych Zelenskyy
to buckle and cower.

Meanwhile many another leader
cherishing their slice of freedom
quakes in their boots
dumbfounded, horrified, tight lipped
as Russian bird of prey
swoops down analogous as buzzfeeder
to seize global totalitarian power.

Not far fetched dystopian nightmare
to envision every country
spanning webbed wide web
subservient to his majesty
where pay obeisance
to his honorable premier
who issues commands
at his Kremlin headquarters.

Aforementioned worse case scenario,
whereby every waking
and sleeping second
under watchful eye
all social media platforms
under henchmen of Putin regime
monitored, governed, controlled...
by self anointed unnameable nemesis

their doomed fate constituting
penalty of death wasting away
amidst Gulag Archipelago
(happy haunting ground
of many a dissident)
if anyone among bajillions of serfs
heard to badmouth, denounce, find fault...
with despotic, cruel, bristling, autocrat...

Meanwhile, these remaining cherished
hours, minutes, and seconds
before United States of America
forcibly plundered, usurped, yanked...
(at threat of nuclear bombardment
courtesy you know who)
might choose to swallow
either cyanide, hemlock,
overdose on anti anxiety medication...
versus forced to become submissive
toward our "benevolent" leader.

Truth be told even Trump
yours truly would prefer
yet fat/slim chance
such a golden opportunity will occur,
though rumor abounds were
pee you tee eye en able to clamor
access and excel at supremacy

(as seen in a powerpoint presentation)
there would prevail nary a murmur,
nor peep among the human league
only dogs and cats would be privileged
to express themselves,
viz courtesy to bark and purr
and actually be treated as royalty.

Premium Member Life With Trump Iii

A sensation with ratings so high
Donald lulls the press who stand by
Even gods cower
In front of Trump Tower
Which will be our future Versailles

Author's note: We know that he really cares about all of us normal folks from his time spent working in agricultural fields and factories and his time spent living with the poor in Appalachia. This man has--through his selfless acts of charity--such as working with aids victims internationally and setting aside apartments for low income tenants in his buildings--shown just how much empathy and compassion he has. His concern for the lives of the ordinary has also been well documented by his friend and Nobel Peace Prize winner, Vladimir P. With such a stellar individual as commander-in-chief, what could possibly go wrong?
