Our inner parts have begun to yearn,
For the blowing of the trumpet’s sound.
The plantings, for which we did mourn,
Will soon give bounty from the ground.

Filled to the full with Jerusalem’s flock,
The temple energizes with exaltation.
Satisfied with honey out of the rock,
Judea enjoys the finest wheat to satisfaction.

Paul’s stay at Ephesus had been at length,
So a trip to Jerusalem he did make up.
He had to “Sing aloud unto God our strength,
Make a joyful noise unto the God of Jacob.”*

So Paul set sail back across the sea,
For, at the City of David, his heart must be.

I Live, I Praise, I Am

on His messianic mission Jesus sent out two of His men
to retrieve an untamed ass for He had need of him
It was a prophetic moment whose time had finally come
for the Messiah to ride on the back of ass before that day was done
as obedience always follows opportunity in the economy of life
I live, I praise, I am because of Jesus' sacrifice

the Lord had need of that beast at that appointed hour
and it was perfectly positioned by God all-knowing power
so do you think that the Lord God has need of you?
and are you in the right place for Him to get through?
are you anointed and appointed and what is your destiny?
are you in the right place where of you our God can see?
are you like a donkey who is perceived as difficult and headstrong?
or are you like that ass that Jesus rode exactly where you belong?
are you able to carry the burdens of life that will surely come your way?
are you able to walk in God's spirit of peace each and every day?
do you know your purpose? do you even know your role?
are you in synch with God's plans for you and do you allow Him to be in control?

I live, I praise and because of Jesus I am here
available to Him no matter, what, who, when or where
yet when you worship the Lord God others may invoke
for you to quiet it down as to them you provoke
but I live, I praise and for God I will shout
a true disciple of Jesus no need for the stones to cry out
and while I live the Lord my God I will continuously praise
and while I praise my hands to Him will be forever raised

I am because I was conceived by my Father God
and I know He is real for He is deep in my heart
I live, I praise and because of God I am here this day
worshipping Him no matter what the world has to say

Blessed To Be a Blessing: To Go From Good To Great

how does anyone go from being good to being great?
what is required in order for someone to elevate?
to be an agent or an angel of the Lord our God
to have been designated because of the righteousness in your heart
blessed to be a blessing when you answer God's call
from ordinary to extraordinary on your faith now standing tall
pressed into service and now affirmed by the Holy Ghost
moved beyond your comfort zone to where you're needed the most
in the process of transition increasing in your faith
accelerated from just good into someone who is great

whenever God speaks to you He will make mention
of what He requires of you and what are His intentions
He will use you as a conduit to carry the currency of His word
to tell people the gospel truth the likes of which they've never heard
and when God compels you to move forth you won't need a map nor a GPS
just follow His directions as your journey is the true test
just don't worry about the where, the when, the what, the how nor the why
as long as you Who's in control and that on His word you can rely
and wherever God leads you it will be some place for the better
just make sure you follow His heavenly navigational system to the letter

blessed to be a blessing to faith your way along
just don't wander down unmarked roads that may steer you wrong
you're now a faith walker and not just a faith talker
to let your passion for Christ be first and foremost in your life
to let your trust and belief in the Lord God be the thing that jump starts your heart
and now motivated by the Holy Spirit you will come to find
that the word of the Lord God has completely saturated your mind

blessed to be a blessing to go from good to great
fired up, pumped up and passionate in your faith
to aspire with the desire to be a blessing to your sisters and brothers
to motivate and not hesitate in making disciples of others
to go from good to great blessed to be a blessing
to adhere to the instructions that the Lord our God is stressing
willing to step out on faith and leave all you know and possess
trusting in God to guide you and in turn by Him to be blessed

going from good to great by increasing in your faith
blessed to be a blessing by the goodness you now demonstrate

No Barriers

There are no barriers to God's love
he gives us it freely from heaven above
no matter what things come our way
he still loves us each and every day
he knows we will make mistakes
he knows we may not always get things right
but yet he is always with us
watching us lovingly withing in his sight
there are no barriers to God's love
your life he will truly bless
you can receive that love today
just by saying YES.

when Jesus died on the cross for our sins he broke every barrier that seperated us from
God's love, we now live in the freedom of God's Grace because of his great love for us by
sending his only son
nothing can ever seperate us from God's Love. romans 8 38 & 39.

GOD HAS ALREADY DESTROYED THE GREATEST BARRIER.
The temple had three main parts-the courts, the Holy Place (where only the priests could
enter), and the Most Holy Place (where only the high priest could enter, and only once a
year, to atone for the sins of the nation-Leviticus 16:1-35). The curtain separating the Holy
Place from the Most Holy Place was torn in two at Christ’s death, symbolizing that the barrier
between God and humanity was removed. Now all people are free to approach God because
of Christ’s sacrifice for our sins (see Hebrews 9:1-14; 10:19-22). Amen.

Light At the End of the Tunnel

there is light at the end of the tunnel
no matter how dark things may seem
there is light at the end of the tunnel
no matter how bad things have been
the horizon may look cloudy for some time
but after the rain God will make the sun shine
there is light at the end of the tunnel
so to your faith hold on tight
there sometimes may be a slight shadow of darkness
but God won't fail to show his Light
there is light at the end of the tunnel
even when the enemy tries to make us whimper or groan
Hold on to God for in any storm of life with him you will never walk alone. Amen.

James hold on tight in theese tough times my son, hold on to Gods promises
the enemy comes to try to kill steal and destroy our faith but God won't let you down,
hang in there and all things will work out for the good.

We know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the
called according to his purposr. Romans 8: 28
He heals the broken hearted, binding up their wounds Pslam 147 : 3

The Declaration of My Independence

on the fourth of July the United States of America
celebrates its Independence Day
when the people fought and won against an oppressive ruler
who would never let them have any say
the Declaration of Independence is that doctrine
which upholds certain truths when it comes to our living
to have liberty and the pursuit of happiness
as those traits now considered a given

when I think of myself as a Christian to have been reborn in Christ
I realize I have declared a state of independence over my life
for the redemption by God has set me free from sin
it took away the evilness that attempts to dwell within
I now declare the victory like my forefathers had achieved
with the freedom to worship the God that I love and believe
the adversary no longer has any dominion over my life
for I've been cleansed by the blood of my Redeemer Jesus the Christ
no longer will I allow any sin to direct my behavior
I'm now standing on the foundation of the word of Jesus the Christ my Savior

sin is never satisfied and it's progressive in its natural form
it starts with curiosity and then goes on and on
and you can't get over on sin as it will weaken you every time
it will lead to destructive tendencies and will take your last dime
it derives from the devil since the moment he fell down to Earth
but thank God for the blood sacrifice of Jesus for I now have rebirth
Paul in a letter to the Roman church emphasized this very point
to tell them that as disciples of the Gospel that now have freedom in this joint

so declare your independence from that stronghold called sin
to celebrate your victory with prayer again, again and again
I declare that I hold these truths to be self-evident
that from the tyranny of sin I am now independent
no longer bound by any words nor any deeds that have belittled me
no longer caught up in toxic relationships that won't allow me to be free
no longer under the influence of what the world has to say
I declare my independence from sin on this day

Go Out of Your Way

no time to take the scenic route we're always moving apace
no time to stop and smell the roses nor see the wonders of this place
we're too stubborn to go out of our way
always in a hurry every minute of every day

people are very reluctant to come out of their comfort zones
for of their careful plans they don't want a monkey wrench thrown
but God sometimes desires that of our comfort zones we break out
for there may be a blessing waiting if we take an alternate route

Zaccheus, the main tax collector was a man with great wealth
who went out of his way to restore his spiritual health
he was a man of little stature and for him people had distain
as he was tall with power and status from the wealth he had obtained
but Jesus the Christ, the Son of Man looked beyond Zaccheus' possessions
He saw inside Zaccheus' heart and discerned the reasons for his transgressions

Zaccheus was so eager to see God's progeny
he ran ahead and climbed up into a sycamore tree
Zaccheus was a lost soul who had a desire to be found
willing to repent and atone in order to stand on higher ground
willing to refund and rebate to any and all from whom he had stole
willing to reciprocate God's generosity at a measure four-fold

now completely transformed he became a new creation in Christ
no longer lost but to have found a new purpose in life
so be like Jesus and Zaccheus and go out of your way
to help, assist and lift up anyone who's in crisis from day to day
as Christians we need to step out of the boat and our comfort zones
and be a part of the Great Commission by helping God recognize lost souls
but for the grace of God that might be me or you
for it was by God's saving grace that you yourself were pulled through

so take a little step towards Jesus and embrace Him as your Savior
He in turn will take a giant step and fill you with godly behavior
so go out of your way and be a help to your fellow man
spread the wealth, love and abide and like Jesus stretch out your hands

Food For Thought (Footle)

Bibles' read
               Well fed.

we do not live by bread alone, rather we live by every word that comes from the mouth of
the Lord. deuteronomy 8:3

Jesus is the true bread of life anyone who eats this bread will not die but will live forever,
John6:35,47,48,50,51,57,58. God never breaks any of his promises, His word nurtures us
and makes us grow the more we read the more we know Him and the more we grow in His
strength. without God we would just be an empty shell, He is the only one that can make us
whole and complete for eternity. Thank you Lord for your word and for your food for life
Amen.

The Love of God

People tend to get the connection between religion and relationships confused
we need to learn to distinguish which one would be more important to us if we lose
Jesus the Christ was born solely to die for our salvation
high on a cross on Mount Calvary His final destination
from the moment that Adam and Eve ate from the forbidden fruit tree
the shadow of the cross appeared thus perpetrating mankind's destiny

Jesus was the ransom, He was a symbol of God's unconditional love
He was a gift sent to us from the Heavens up above
He was a dead man walking, He was the sacrificial Lamb of God
His blood to wash away all the sin and unrighteousness in our hearts
the Crucifixion has already been put into place
the Resurrection was God's saving grace
the favor and grace of God that to us has been freely giving
the love of God that allows the spirit of Jesus to keep on living

we need to understand its not because of anything we say or do
its simply the love of God which flows towards you
its not about anything that is man-made
its all about the love that to us God gave
as you didn't find God, it was God who found you
He's always been there waiting for you to come to

So now shout Hallelujah and give God all the praise
fall down on your knees and let your hands to Him be raised
just receive the love of God that is coming towards thee
a gift that's been given to us totally and completely free

We Will Be Restored

When our lives come crashing down
around us like a hurricane
the Lord will build us back up
and restore us once again
and as he picks us up piece by piece
all our hurt and pain he will release
he will melt us and mold us
and make us even stronger than before
and our broken lives he will restore. Amen

  ISA 57:18 I have seen his ways, but I will heal him;
I will guide him and restore comfort to him,

JER 30:17 But I will restore you to health
    and heal your wounds,'
        declares the LORD,

1PE 5:10 And the God of all Grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you
have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast
to him be the power forever and ever Amen.

DT 30 : 3
then the LORD your God will restore your fortunes and have compassion on you and gather
you again from all the nations where he scattered you. 4 Even if you have been banished to
the most distant land under the heavens, from there the LORD your God will gather you and
bring you back. 5 He will bring you to the land that belonged to your fathers, and you will
take possession of it. He will make you more prosperous and numerous than your fathers.
