The garlands of Purple Heart's--lifespan 'twas
whilst mutuals courses' like facial scarves,
Earth, Moon, poise Theda, be all silent stars,
pray solemn moments like stealth jaguars.
Twilight unveils some gentler theme from me
postures a unified bestilled embrace.
'Neath a unique spotlight of afterglows grace,
thus thy footprints bare none e'er so gently.
Alight butterfly rest on a finger,
hushed spilled words persuades a whimsical breeze.
A star brightens midnight, airlocked deep freeze,
cradling Devil's Hour as demons linger.
Luna rights a bottled balm of leisure
surrounds cast fawning more pain and pleasure.
Ever-changing Autumn, its shapes and shades.
Fanning breath stirs the heavily laden;
transforms and redraws like playful charades,
prepping, and grooming, all the misshapen.
A pastor's mural paints pure from trespass,
ever-changing Autumn, its shapes and shades.
Prismatic design grounds tell-tale stained glass
and forest steeples are Redwood's crusades.
Kids taking the plunge, multihued cascades,
succumb to trampling and crushing horseplay.
Ever-changing Autumn, its shapes and shades,
the bejeweled waits: Sunday's white bouquet.
Awe striking vista blessing amble eyes,
bounteous nostalgia praising persuades.
Peace thine harmonious artwork baptize,
ever-changing Autumn, its shapes and shades.
I'm squirming in a chair of oak,
with narrow arms. My buttocks numb,
and all the while the clock ticks on.
While folks are grim, with furrowed brows,
'We're all lined up in two long rows
of growing thirst, and restless legs
and hunger for a breath of air
Like sardines in a can of worms,
we are strange, unlikely shipmates, torn
between one lawyer's limped plea --
the other shark who disagrees
Gray flannel suit, the stiff white shirt.
with slicked down hair, accusing words
persuades a few with his hot air
The penguin in the cheap black suit
has spewed a lengthy declaration,
(a quite contrary explanation)).
Until my mind is torn in two
and in a room we must decide
Confined inside, a dozen votes
where six say yay, six more say nope!
We're hanging by thin rope for days
and word has spread, the judge has spoken
He has finally coped with deadlocked folks
But sternly looks a bit provoked
We sit there like a row of stones
of wounded souls. We are excused!
Declares a mistrial........what a joke!
The accused is sitting, poker faced
I think I saw a guilty trace?
(Or innocence,....a tell-tale trace?)
We grope for keys, and leave our thrones
And as I'm walking out the door
No longer needed any more
The task was more than I could gnaw
A stale-mate! Since the case was flawed!
As we file out, our task is done
I spy the guy...., Should I be blunt?
The one accused, lights up a smoke.
Am I a nut, to simply ask ?
I'll just be frank, my last hurrah.....
"Pardon me, did you break the law????"

He speaks of sunken treasure
Draws maps to fortunes you may find
He writes it boldly as to where it may lie
Taking pleasures in his masculine pride
A gentleman cultivated in artistry
Loving lavishly he knowingly struts
Boosting his flirtatious ego
His moves, planned, calculated
To arise primal pumping blood
Eyes that manipulate and conspire
Until your dreams become endless desire
He breathes a burning fire
Embers embedded within
Unsuspected your caught within his grasp
Words uttered to ensnare
He persuades you in a game of trust
Leads you into passion and lust
Making you believe in sunken treasures

A laptop lightens my mood,
Yet persuades me to be rude.
It’s always told what to do,
Yet in my mind it breaks through.
An iphone aids in stalling
During moments of squalling
Yet no one cares about that,
As everyone likes to chat.
The laptop is my teacher
If it’s not a poor creature
Yet the same bloke is flagrant
If common sense is vacant.
The iphone is my brother
If us two works together
Yet it would be my medium
If my life’s filled with tedium.
Thus, both souls need your utmost
In shaping the world we boast
If you want a great service
Thus? No need to be nervous!

There is something about the gal who means everything to me
Something about her face absolutely lovely
Something when she whispers in my ear
Something when she hugs me and calls me dear
When we go out at night
She is such a beautiful sight
A lady through and through
Whose her lucky fella, you know who
Her smile endears me
Her hugs cheer me
Her kiss slays me
Her love persuades me
To be her man
Hand in hand
Lovers understand
Something so special
Something so wild
Something so hot
Something with style
Anything is hers for I'm her guy she loves, wants and needs
Something about that gal
Who means everything, everything, everything...
to me...
I often wonder moon
if you sing tunes ~
have you ever sung one for me?
Knowing the lyrics in your grab,
I surely believe that you have.
Your visage glimmers promise
whispers of life's fulfillments.
From your big screen, mystical notes
float sparkled excites down to me.
Mostly, like moonshine,
your moonglow
inebriates my full heart and lulls me
to an imaginative design.
Your brilliance persuades smiles to widen
or turn frightened that your yeses might
be hope caresses falsely styled.
Often, your quasar orb tilts
towards
feels so soft they surpass optimistic
and my logic runs off.
Your gleam was long ago deemed
a radiant obtuse muse, lighting
the globe’s hold of dreams.
Your otherness role is man’s gift.
You know all why’s comprising our lives;
we just need to know how to lift our eyes
towards God’s sky.

Chimed Upper Room
Chimed new day shines...eagerly corrects an upper room looks,
An attic improving rapidly...promotes roams of diligence,
Lacks found bordered leathered album...trapped topped a cornered desk.
Cutting edge mounts an Everest...Grand Canyon grooves a pass,
Emptying a corridor...grants patience traces of sweat caught brow,
Weighty whatnots slothfully shift...relief of prized treasure.
Lives confined--stilled in a photograph...bound neath grained-hewn film,
Reviving breaths aids wiping palms...adjusting dust rules idle air,
Widen pupil's gaze...proffers freedom to locked memories.
A leisurely dance of fingers...entertaining a page,
Courses from staging consequences...flips driftingly e'er so oft,
Cherished persevered poignant times...plus occasional laughs.
Age feebly trades a gentle glance...to sights of swept-up youth,
Niagara Falls revisit eyes...interlude recalls Wordsworth,
Rousseau swells the lulls...till Longfellow's maiden turns a page.
A soothing thoroughness applied...o'er sovereignty once claimed,
Delighting a soul wanting remembrance...effervescence inched rise,
Bestilled processing images...icons pageants the heart.
Strokes into yesterdays...fulfill a distant emptiness,
Once existed in certainty...consequently in dreams of need,
Now physically held...persuades rising tips of a mouth.

Know the value of time…
Whiling it away is a grave crime!
When you are in your prime,
Every peak you try to climb!
Using seconds as granules of lime
Make your life so sublime!
Run not madly after the dime;
Spoil not life’s rhythm and rhyme!
Time has a past, present and future;
Amend your past cuts with a fine suture!
Time is the best judge;
On you it has no grudge!
It always persuades you to budge;
Sure, it cleans every sludge!
A selfish man protects his family
like a guard,he contemplates the welfare
of his beloved family members, endures pain happily
THEY ARE A HAPPY FAMILY
A self obsessed labor focuses
on his work, pays no heed to others
accomplish task, within a given time, to grab bonus
HIS WORK IS FLAWLESS
A selfish teacher persuades his students
to assimilate the tough chapters, and make them
fathom the subject, to gain self esteem and improvement
STUDENTS BECOME KNOWLEDGABLE
A selfish politician indoctrinates his followers
by his bewitching words to procure their full support
and intentionally resolve their problem to retain his power
THE COUNTRY FLOURISHES
The selfish soldiers possess patriotism,sustain
in the inconsistent weathers, tolerate rain and heat
to fortify their nation, never allow the opponents to win
PEOPLE ARE PROTECTED
We are all inherently selfish,no doubt in that
Showing concern for our family,friends,pets,nation,
But,in fact we need to become the selfish human beings
to take care of the beautiful planet we live, to halt
the wars between the countries, rationing the food
with our fellow beings and to share resources
After all,we all belong to one planet. We are already the selfish men, politicians, soldiers and why don't we become selfish human beings?
