The weight you left behind

What happens to those emotions
that suddenly lose their way?
That was meant to be
but disappeared abruptly
by the decision taken by one!
What happens to those feelings?
Okay, the one who is not changed
tries to get back, tries to resolve,
shouts, cries, or writes poetry!
But what do the others do who take this abrupt decision?
How can they just put an end suddenly
and start not to feel those emotions from the next day?
What do they do with those emotions?
Or while leaving they gifted their own emotional baggage to the one who left behind?
and that's why the one who stays
feels heavier than before,
that they can't raise their head
and spend months just doing nothing,
confining own in a room and lying in bed
neither like a corpse, nor alive, rather half dead.

Through This Weary Way of Silence

Silence, like a glass thrown up in the air
Then exploding, its shards like a nagging echo
Raining on a heart, and it's so unfair
To bleed for love that is not there... Is there,
Through this weary way of silence, I must go.

I would turn around then I would not turn around,
Your smile and glances preserved in my mind,
And in my heart, reenacting in the sweetest sound,
The dreamed embrace, the joy missed, the love undefined
Through this weary way of silence, I would find.

With my eyes abandoned of you, fixed ahead
These weary feet, to nothingness may be led
But at least now with a direction to go,
One major burial, strange, a final song in my head
Through this weary way of silence, I know.

I've seen this before, a walk of nowhere to go
But perhaps, a bluer mojo rain shall fall for me
The road free, clearer, braver, kinder and timely,
Truth undenied, fear deposed, honesty not in throe
Through this weary way of silence, you know.

A heart

Oh pain! You can’t! My life isn’t a hope but driven evil kind
Yes, pain! Follow my heart! Can we be alike? Not evil kind
… Just live in the Heart.

I continue this poem now. I was chatting with a lady - gone
Now four o’clock in the morning, sad night gone - she angry
… because I don’t want to work in ****

My heart comes from God, not like the forgotten muse
This is my fate, meet always with used clothes, I am so done
… laundry is full of my clothes
… Bye

Continue my poem, oh yes, oh, the heart, yes, pain with full
Full of pain, love! a human will come to you and get you
… pain turn into happiness
… love, I am following you

I apologize from all the ladies in the world; my kind’s life’s bye
My life is not a lie, just living without a heart, not you can kind
A style, no, just a simple kind, let you a life, put a heart; my life
… into our life

No, it’s not right. Repeat it:
“A style, no, just a simple kind, let you a life, put a heart; my life
… into our life”
I mean, put lives in our life, and put a heart into our life, and put
… a heart of you
… into my life.

Your life
I respect
Lives
Us
Never dies
And we
Never die
You

Premium Member False Sun

first love's false flame burned way too hot
and left me nothing but the want
for fiery passion to remain
to keep me bound in love's pleasure-pain

like chasing an addiction high
more and more but always just shy
I find that I am in a cage
I have lost this ancient war you waged

so injured, I then licked my wounds
to passions heat I am immune
all warmth leaked out with your goodbye
too frozen to fall, the tears I cry

I can still feel that dizzy spin
the world revolved around you then
I feel so lost all just a blur
I did not see the black hole you were

yes, my whole world revolved ‘round you
you weren't the sun that I pursue
I guess I had my eyes shut tight
and did not see your dark heart of night

the warmth I felt upon my face
was not the sun but my disgrace
thank God your gone and He forgives
and true love, so warm, inside me lives

Sleep Awake

In life I've done my dirt and I paid for that
Had more than a few bouts with doubt where I was succumbed to hurt but every time I strayed or I lost my way, it's a fact that I made it back
When the skies were gray all through the day before the night came and they faded black
I knew in order to win I had to restore the order within so I changed my ways and in return got burned betrayed and played for that
Ever time I hit my knees in need I'd proceed to pray & ask
But with my problems it seems I just made more because I ain't get I prayed for so tell me please what you got to say for that
In my eyes maybe it's to late for me
I mean how can I live gratefully
When the world is as cold as frost and every soul I cross seems to be just lies I get & every vibe I get is just another's hate for me
But I'm still moving gracefully like I got a place to be
Life's logic, we're nothing more than puppets, ain't it funny how the church prays on our money yet they claim its the root to all evil as they're diluting the people from a sadistic role when in reality statistics show within that same circle is where most the pedophiles, rapist and the racist be
I mean we live & we die so to each their fate
But in trying to reach the gates they continue lying on top of preaching hate
On the low low the priest is a cho-mo & the Deacon's a snake
The pastor grew up a bastard so everything he's teaching reflects from neglect, deceit & hate
Ask no questions, they're biggest fear is that everything becomes clear, they fear for us the sheep to wake
Disrespect you & praise lies expect you to pay tithes, get your money in the bowl than keep ya cake
Claim if you bring shame to his name it's a deep mistake, you won't reach the gates
But growing up all I saw was grim & any & all who called on him that was broken, they remained that, unanswered prayers ain't change that, in fact they died hoping so I keep my eyes open like I sleep awake....

Premium Member Will Love Come Today

Passing sunsets are constant reminders
To the evanescence of existence
Dazzled before, my heart now wears blinders
Mindfully leery of love's redolence
Lonely and sad in harbored seclusion
Cognizant of pain love hides behind her
But faith bears hope for fate's blind intrusion
Love will eventually show her hands
With room in my heart for love to reside
And ample space for new warmth to flourish
Malice departed, pain slowly subsides
Forthcoming a new babe to be nourished
Sunrise enlightens dawn of each new day
Revitalizing a good heart betrayed

Premium Member Almost

Almost:
It's almost everything,
It's almost nothing at all.
It almost catches you right before you fall.
It almost feels so right – right before you know it's wrong.
It's almost everything; it's almost nothing at all.
It almost feels like the first time as you begin counting up all the days…
It almost keeps you from saying the things you promised never to say.
It almost gives you enough reason to never leave because;
deep through all the pain, you know it was almost love.
It almost wiped away the tears that no one ever saw fall, because to you, it was everything that turned out to be nothing at all.
All of your dreams almost came true, just before you woke up and realized what you felt was almost love.
You almost held forever all the things you treasure most.
To you, it was finally love.
Well… almost.

My Angel

I sail away, down this quiet river.
I look around to see your face.
I’m on my own until I think of you.
In my mind is now your place.

The breeze all around, brings me home.
Running my fingers through the stream
I know you are with me, my Angel.
To think of us, allows me to dream

The scent of your perfume in my mind
Knowing it’s not real, but I hold it, still.
Having an empty feeling, being all alone.
You then amaze me, the strength of your will.

I’ll have nothing to fear with you so near
The river so long, but its my chosen path.
It’s the destiny that I chose for myself.
I truly know its you I’ll have, just see me.

You are the angel that always protects me.
With out you, I’ll be pulled back to the dark.
With your eyes you make me feel free.
With my angel, I can fly like a lark.

With you I can take on the world
Everything is clear, even my soul
You shine on me with love from heaven
To love you is my life’s only goal

Hold me close when I come home
From my travels so long and some sad
I’ve caused pain ,I know this to be true
Wanting to absorb the times you were mad

Just wanting you, needing you so much
We have been together, before this life
I need you, I feel your blessed protection
All I did was cut like a knife

You are mine, and I am forever yours
Embrace me and feel my hearts love
Hurting inside with the pain I caused
You and I are blessed from heaven up above

Premium Member Rain Waits For Me

it rained
and I stayed
not to pause in remembrance
but to wash away
what grief couldn’t

it didn’t matter
that my heart was breaking
what else could it do?

you lie beneath ten feet of dirt
after the slow battle
cancer claimed
and I disappear a little more
each day

healing is a dream
it lives in the stars
or in a glass jar on the mantle

healing
that’s for time to deal with
if I can’t hold your hand one last time
or tell you everything I forgot to say
then time is pointless

right now
rain drowns my sorrow
it stings my skin
and gets in my eyes
no need for tears

but tomorrow
shall start the pain
all over again
and this rain
will be waiting for me

Yours without having you

Yours Without Having You"

As solitude surrounds me,
I still feel the whispers...
of your presence.
Soft.
Haunting.
Like a memory...
not yet made.

In a fleeting moment of joy,
you hush my fears.
You stir…
a calm I never knew lived in me.

Then
An epiphany strikes.
Like the sun,
piercing
my skin.
Sudden.
Warm.
Unforgettable.

But still
a deep sadness lingers
in my soul.
Because I know...
I can never
call you mine.

Resilience?
Baby…
it slips through my fingers
like smoke.
I am not built
to hold
what I cannot keep.

And these dreams I dream of you
They are too ethereal
for this world.
Too delicate.
Too soft.
Too beautiful
for hands like mine.
