The cool wind whistles tonight,
the rosy moon and her light
dances amid the green trees,
but my mind rebels and flees
to the girl sitting on a fence
with the sunset on her face.
An orange carp leaps on the air,
swimming with oriental flair,
the shinning pool respites again
and I wonder about the day when
I see the girl sitting on a fence
with the sunset on her face.
The pages I flip back and forth,
the weather is fickle on the north,
the sun shines on the south,
All I fancy is to kiss the mouth
of the girl sitting on a fence
with the sunset on her face.
I am awake and now it is lost,
may I dream again and host
the green fields where I hide,
having always on my side
the girl sitting on a fence
with the sunset on her face.

The Big Bang sound resides in the universal core
Boundless light in no time transformed into matter
Material particles still remember the notes of yore
Pulsate in resonance with the melody of the creator.
Everything born embodies wave of primordial sound
In all hearts it composes the music of the cosmos
By one common harmonic chord they are all bound
From one celestial harp all the prime rhythms arose.
Life and nature share classical symphony of symbiosis
Oriental ‘ragas’ made melodic rains from melting cloud
Blazed the forests making the dancing inferno rise
Orphic hymns charmed rocks making the Greeks proud.
When life’s strings play the music of the genesis
In the pristine nakedness of the heavenly purity
Convivial man and animal transcend the nemesis
Together they listen to the song of the infinity.

Cloudy Days
Black clouds loom heavy above my head.
My heart, my soul, my spirit feels, as if dead,
buried under mountains and mountains of weight,
as this beautiful Lotus Blossom dictates my fate .
This is - to be in - such a dreadful state,
hour after hour, turning in the emptiness of my bed.
Feelings, I never again wanted to know, I hate
what China Doll, Oriental Beauty, to me has fed.
My heart aches, it weeps,
my mind, it never sleeps,
My spirit longs for your touch,
my soul craves to touch you, so much.
Has it all come to an end ?,
Do you no longer need me as friend ?
What is in store ?
Will you be no more ?

How I'd Like It To be !!!
Once again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I still remember
First time I saw her
Advancing alone
From out of the gloom
Dark eyes like embers
Glowing like fires
Behind veils hidden
In tribal costume
Music pulsating
Waist undulating
Backwards and forwards
She’s no commoner.
Hip belts girating
Gold coins cascading
Arms raising upwards
Trailing gossamer
Her bedlah whirling
Under-skirts swirling
Endlessly teasing
The room full of men
Gracefully twirling
Her veils unfurling
Slowly revealing
Then hiding again
(Chorus)
Oriental dancer
Sultriest entrancer
Fanning the fires of all men who would stay
In longing we suffer
Nothing that we offer
Will ever prevent you from dancing away
Years End !
A New Year's Beginning
As two thousand and nine reached out to it's end,
a beautiful Oriental Flower, - could she be my Friend ?
November and December gave wing, showed me promise.
New Years Eve gave birth to a New Year, the promise
of, seemed to give way to the promise of 's, demise
What did I see ?, What did I know ?, was I not wise ?
In the early hours of two thousand and ten,
did it become clear ?, the message she did send,
would it show ?, the promise of, would end in pain
and life would revert to what it was, once again.
This body of mine, my mind, my arms knew only air
as this beautiful Oriental Flower, this Lady fair
did leave me alone, into the darkness, my dreams to stare
at the future, into it's heart and all that it would never bring -
the joyous lyrics, the lively tunes never to sing.
I knew - in pain and disappointment - it might never be
yet, in the worlds of hope, desire, expectations I still want to see
their essence give birth to a future full of realized dreams,
dreams that - because of much - die a thousand deaths, it seems
in the mind of this indigent, disabled old man
who thought - at life, happiness and love - could try his hand,
just one more time before life ends in changes
that take us back and then - maybe ?, - ahead,
but for this moment, here I am, alone instead
pen in hand - words and fate - which arranges
what will fill and with what ?, all life's changes
as moments walk passed all the memories of the effulgence
my Oriental beauty radiated upon this tired old soul
as her - I thought, I believed, me she wanted to know.
Like Christmas day, where there lay no snow,
I am left with a feeling that there is something missing,
yet her beautiful lips, her soul I still want to be kissing.
And now I feel I have been kissing it all good bye.

'twas 'pon a Venice 24-hour layover, when two male members of our airline crew had quite the separate, yet different, adventure.
Flight attendant Number One, who speaks Italian, thought it would be fun to fly his drone in St. Mark's Square... it was fun at first, until he was arrested for doing so.
The drone was confiscated and could possibly have become a Christmas present for a Venice cop's cousin (or, perhaps not).
Among the many convoluted and unfathomable Italian Laws, one states; 'Drones must carry third-party insurance.'
This one did not and, violating Italian aviation rules is an offence, potentially punishable with fines of up to €113,000.00.
Flight attendant Number Two, who speaks nary a word of Italian (nor Chinese), having had a hard day sunning himself at the Lido beach, returned to the hotel and turned in for a good night's sleep.
He woke in the wee, dark hours with the feeling something wasn't quite right.
Turning over, he was appalled to find, not something but, someone sound asleep, and snoring, in bed with him.
Could it be, he had left the door to his room unlocked?
If so, what a turn-up for the books this was.
Turns out, it was a little old Chinese lady, clad in her little old Chinese silk jammies, sleeping peacefully!
Not to put too fine a point on it but, this Flight Attendant couldn't make lemonade out of that lemon, old as she was, as, he happened to be gay.
She wasn't there when he went to bed and, completely baffled by this turnabout, he could only wake her and, as not word one of English did the little old oriental lady speak, shoo her out the door... presumably, disoriented as she was, to roam the corridors, where she may yet be to this day (or night).
Oh Robin! I wish I could tell how much I love thee
Small fluffy and beautiful, you bestow much joy to me
Mesmerized I listen your melodic music whole day
Wagging your tail angrily, you drive predators away
Your cosy home, a hole in the trunk of flame tree
Amid flower's, wearing orange skirt, you bring glee

Note : Based on real observation of Robin from my balcony. When they sit on top of flame tree flowers, it seems they are wearing orange skirt. They look very pretty in that.
Both pictures taken from my balcony. One depicts the nest in tree trunk.

Victims In Victory Seen Through Their Eyes
The two were brothers unlikely ones so they had been told by their
Heteronormative leaders marching in confidence to monochromatic
Repetitive bugles of one-sidedness’ strides one-sightedness’ quest
Occidental Oriental obedience to some Major some God or other led
Usurpers to an unusual display of sameness at the end when they left
Geopolitical pawns both Barrett (The Quarrelsome)and Youssuf
Heeding Allah (Piety Power and Influence) stood firm until the end
The scene of their parties was Mesopotamia just north of Bagdhad
His Majesty The King and the Ottoman Sultan had come to agree to
Enter the resting of weapons ceasefire and armistice had been set
In his mind Youssuf prayed to Allah and Barrett reached for a brandy and smoke
Reprieve and behold they would return in one piece from the trenches
Ending the battle they finally exchanged compliments and Barrett and
Youssuf each had a bayonet stuck through one of their eyes minutes before
Evening rested that one day of too many long days 1918 in October
Sharqat and the battle thereof was over and the men were the lucky ones
08th October 2016 and the battle has resumed Through Many Different Eyes

Unsaid, unheard;
Uneasy non-conversation
Awkward these glances
Feelings suspended;
Anticipation ignored

Watching time doing nothing
Path of sure ease

If I could have you for a night
I’d stop the dawn from bringing light
I’d make the stars stay out and play
And make the moon hold back the day
If I could have you in my arms
I’d unleash Oriental charms
I’d unlock every fantasy
And be all that you want of me
If I could have you in my bed
With sweet seduction you’d be fed
I’d give you treats and pleasured sighs
And let you taste of sugared thighs
I’d make you glutton of this feast
Your every whim would be released
I’d let you do just what you will
And let your body taste my thrill
I’d bind you up, and make you crave
And tease your sights and make you slave
Then I would let you conquer me
And stake your claim of victory
I’d bathe your body, lick you dry
In covered dreams I’d let you lie
Then gently I would make you wake
My hungry love to satiate
I’d dance before you, undulate
You’d reach for me, I’d hesitate
I’d belly dance before your eyes
Your harem girl, in veild disguise
My sultan, I’d be bound to do
just everything you’d want me to
I’d let you take me one more time
In candle light, you'd be just mine
Each moment tasting of divine
My every kiss dipped in sublime
My every touch would bring delight
If I had you for just one night
