Premium Member LOVE GONE

"Love is itself unmoving, only the cause of movement" T.S. Eliot Four Quartets "Burnt-Norton"

The bed was cold again
I knew it would happen
Love was taken away
In an instant of thunder

The moon shed not a tear
And the sun’s rays
Didn’t come anywhere near

The nights were left
To dreams and prayers
And mornings were filled
With the psalms and promises
Of Saints and Prophets

The leafless forest
Bears its nakedness
With indifference
Waiting in patience
The Spring’s return of leaves

But Love goes lost without
Return into Summer and beyond
Nature gives no guarantee of return
When Love has gone

This is the path of the
Common material world
But in the world of spirit
There is another way to understand

God is always there
For a new relationship
Reassured through sacrifice
As he reaches out his hand

Premium Member The George Inn

January years ago, confused far away I was with the cold.
Landed in Bristol on a snowy airport, as snowed were the meadows and frosted my mind.
A trip to say hello and goodbye to a beloved one,
taking my hand, she closed her fading eyes into her last sigh. I saw the dark face of life
turning into the beauty of an angel flying.
Sad and freezing with a bag full of mixed feelings, somebody took us to Norton St Philip in Somerset, just to have some fun. My husband and I were surprised.
Feeling blue we were, but soon the George Inn changed our sorrow into happiness.
Family shared moments for the history of our lives, photos in the white snow for a new album, nice food and a toast with white wine in the George Inn, made my trip to England a especial memory to be remembered forever in my heart.

historic George Inn
~elegance in Somerset~
 locked deep in my soul

Premium Member NEW BEGINNINGS

"All time is eternally present.
The end and the beginning were always there" T.S. Eliot Four Quartets, "Burnt-Norton"

New beginnings of all worlds gone astray
At the end of the old world one new
Closed roads leading to an unseen way
Once blocked now open and into view
All love will always be renewed

In all ends a new begins
All beginnings from an end
A Closed Circadian Circle spins
From destruction into birth it bends
All way around to art and love it sends

Burning forests
Make way for spring's ripening fruit
And ashes turn to catalysts
Sea water into rain then morning dew
All breathing cycles of life anew

Rubble into paradise gardens turn
Broken pieces to completed treasured vase
All exile moves to an expected return
Destruction into majestic fragrant days
And death unto a resurrection that saves

Space and breath for new beginnings
In the desert an oasis find
Where arid sands shift into cooling springs
And waste is made into poetic rhyme
While dissonance into music sings

A hero’s victory raised from defeat
An artist’s triumph found after sinning
Returning memories trampled under feet
Survival from devastation’s underpinning
Transformations into an eternal new beginning

Antivirus Software

Information for seeking, using, and critical thinking
I ask. Are you ascending or are you slowly sinking?

This question I sincerely ask of you, too
Are you protected, or is your subscription fee due?

McAfee, Norton, or Kaspersky
to shield your computer
You're eager to protect
worldly information and even pass
it via a router

But what about that magnificent primordial mind?
Yes, that beautiful gift from the divine

Why have you neglected it?
When like the computer, you should
be protecting it

Boot Sector, Web Scripting,
and Browser just floating around
There is one goal in mind and that's to
infiltrate and pull down

Hack, hack

Hack, hack

Crash, crash

Then there's no more computing
You didn't secure antivirus protection,
So what are you disputing?

Two

Yes, two!

Passive or Active
Free or captive

Malware up to no good
Active is on but are you checking
as you should

'Cause both should work as a team
Covering and protecting every virtual stream

Active and Passive should both be at play
Yes! A collective defense against destructive
things that are out for prey

Methinks Muss Elf Akin To a Cold Prickly

Methinks muss elf akin to a cold prickly...

being analogous to a
limp biscuit viz
wussy wonky willy,
yet back in the day
rolling in hay worm
may at large cavorted
frolicked, and idealized
as a warm fuzzy.

Though aforementioned title
slightly risqué and silly,
yours truly dwells in Schwenksville,
approximately an hour drive
northwest from Philly,
a geographic enclave flush with
seeds of life and White Lily
hometown of mine reminiscent
of Lake Woebegone
similarly verdant and hilly.

Today I bubble with gumption and glee
riding a crest of carefree euphoria prithee
within Netherlands home to Zuiderzee.

Now yours truly lets thoughts unspool
as they popup like mushrooms
after a soaking rain
and flash across consciousness
hoping to hammer somewhat
comprehensible poetic product
wrought courtesy tool
of me noggin
stream of consciousness school
meanders and follows no particular rule.

Despite being rescued
from blimey and bloody
ten thousand cannibals yippee,
where before escaping xi
shark infested cyber sea,
I nearly fell prey to piranhas we
dulling their way think valley
girls enlisting themselves
to be worshipped
as omnipotent trustee
trumpeting themselves
as shaykhah of chic re:

to do bidding of commoners
heavily guarding, ousting,
and thwarting stiff contenders
for commodification, commiseration,
commercialization, communication
and glory of riches q.e.d.,
quod erat demonstrandum
selling one soul to the devil
what a pity

exploitation, juxtaposition, opposition
temptation teasing proletariat offeree,
who seductively utter née
all the while vicarious thrilling
analogous to shady subterfuges
within dark wide web
bloodhounds (created courtesy
artificial intelligence) ripping asunder
supposedly airtight code,

while proficient hackers punching
virtual holes at Norton and McAfee
and other logistics wizards to protect data
laugh demonically, hysterically,
maniacally, sadistically, and zestfully
at those payees party as licensee
guardians of regal materialistic realm
do as I saith - speaketh bourgeoisie.

                                          Sunrise at Early Morn

With the rise of the sun at early morn
Darting silver rays as from break of dawn
Lush leafy trees sparkle on distant hills,
Cane plants shine with gilt tints in nearby fields
Flowers open their petals to the sun
Bees dance in the midst of blooms seeking fun
Birds start to hum their cheerful morning songs
Hop from branch to branch clutching on along
Some grass to shape their nest atop a tree
Or just flutter in the calm air carefree.

The Charlie Norton School Performing Arts

At the Charlie Norton School of Performing Arts
They only taught armoured acting parts.
They had a special maintenance man
Always kept busy with his little oil can
Keeping the suits free of fleas
And all the joints moving with ease,
Especially the cunningly concealed vent
For the disposal of excrement
And the removal of noxious gasses
Which even the refined on occasion passes.
Trying to learn lines could be hell
When surrounded by your own trapped smell.
In the event of a dearth of suitable parts
They taught other non performing arts
Like sweeping leaves away from drains
In the event of torrential rains.
As this part of the course was free
It didn’t carry its own degree
But for the elite chosen few
It could be a unit of your NVQ.
The Charlie Norton School of Performing Arts
Gives your career a powered kick start
