New Era Criticism Please

Today I was born
My days were gone
I want to live a fresh life
In case of the day I will be gone
And to refresh my past leave
And to less be a lion
I am a goon
I have received gong
But those days were gone
I am now young
In my days of young
I aimed to be the most strong
So that whenever I am going
People on the pavement would be trembling

However, I am a graduate
With force I finished my SHS grade, but
Now, each day stream drip
My eyes are faint and deep
Those days of not aged
I imitate my fellow friends
Which make us
A congenial friends

This write based on a man who use his youth a thuggery, but latter in future he realized his mistake.
Today I was born: human will be born twice before they die; I mean when One is of aged or grown old
Pavement: road side

Please I need criticism on this!

I have lived my youth, pleasantly, my young friend,
Successes and failures, I've weighed and blend;
Stance, yet, in my inner heart, was so clear,
Like walking on clean roads, I went with no fear;
God was my nucleus; angels surrounded,
Could such life be ever, by evils, ended?
Each-and-every problem I had challenged,
Betwixt challenges and problems, i had balanced;
Love, used to be, the only path of existence,
This had been my past present and future tense;
Has it, recently, changed, my dear young friend?
Have ideas of caste, color, and creed badly blended?
I feel pain in my interiors of heart,
When I hear that you from your conscience depart;
Values, in world-market, like pearls scattered,
Some are, pebbles within, beautifully shattered;
Thoughts, words, ideas, ideals many,
You're, indeed, master, to choose among these any;
I'd just place before you, dear young brother,
Deals to genocide brotherhood, is hatched here;
Live! Love! Enjoy life! It's given to you by God,
Yet, your mite toward compassion should be your reward...!

Of bookshops I recall at least a few.
They dwell inside my mind, for with my past
they may have got torn down – those spots I knew
back in my state. I doubt that they could last
with competition from the internet.
If they’ve survived, they’re relics now like me -
those remnants clinging to the good old days!
There was one shop that specifically
I can remember, one I’d like to praise.
Its books lined countless shelves – both new and old.
Those books were so alluring. Plenty of
my books I purchased there. Some are like gold
and with me still – the treasured ones I love.
That shop, like many things from years ago
is gone! What treaures kids today don’t know!

                        ~POSTED BY MY GUARDIAN ANGEL~

We were just kids in silken ribbons and braids,
Playing cut-outs in Chicago's summers toasty shade.

The clanging streetcars ran in front of our homes.
Who cared, we were licking delicious ice cream cones!

There was no such scare as " sugar is evil."
Anymore than the chance, that we'd find an intrepid boll weevil.

There was no TV till we were a tad older.
But we went to movies every Saturday and laughed so hard that
we cried on each others shoulders.

We shopped at Woolworth's Dime Stores.
Bought "Blue Waltz" cologne and little lockets, girls our age adored.

The big treat was going to magical Riverview Amusement Park,
The alchemy of the stars made it totally magic.....after dark.

Swimming back in the oceans of my heart's time,
I see how God blessed me to read books and learn how to rhyme.

Mom and Dad bought me many books.
I had a roll top desk, such a lovely, bright wooden look.

We loved saddle shoes, boy were they cool.
We'd sit and polish them,so lovely,we would drool.

We sat on the stoops and watched men in uniform, go to war.
Some sadly, with our tears, we saw their blue eyes no more.

On your back porch we sat on the great family swing.
Hearing songs and stories-the essence of my past,is so overpowering!

Tribute to Joanie, my best friend since age seven!
                  Thanks for decades of memories!

You Cleaned Up My Dirty Past

Can I speak so true and free
About all you have done for me
You gave my life a new meaning
Like you did a thorough cleaning
Of my past --threw it away
So I know that a new day
Will begin and start with you
There is nothing you won't do
To prove how much love you will
Give me to climb up a hill
Right up to the very top
Where you'll catch me if I drop
Into my past memories
Thinking of the history
That has kept me in turmoil
Leaving my heart full of soil
From all the abuse I took
But then I just have to look
Into your eyes and I will break
Out of this haze--glad to take
All the love you want to give
So I can and always live
With a new hope and this joy
Since you became my savior boy

Nowhere To Hide

I pull up the curtain
I'm left here, uncertain
Your speech is like peach cobbler
My future is a mighty blur, blur, blur

I push away the pain inside, side
Subside from my side, side, side
I'm crying, sighing, dying inside, side, side, side
I'm praying, laying, swaying - nowhere to hide
Ah, ah, ah…

Flying and keep trying to find my way out of this blur
I don't know how to stay this way forever, forever, forever
Your aura is a fascinating one and I, I, I don't know why
You're a perfect flaw amongst the others that stand dry
Oooh, oooh, oooh…

I stand still in the deep, deep, deep silence,
Waiting for deliverance...and significance
Your speech is as smooth as olive oil, my dear
My past is a raindrop from a bitter cloud I fear

I push away the pain inside, side
Subside from my side, side, side
I'm crying, sighing, dying inside, side, side, side
I'm praying, laying, swaying - nowhere to hide
Ah, ah, ah…

Flying and keep trying to find my way out of this blur
I don't know how to stay this way forever, forever, forever
Your aura is a fascinating one and I, I, I don't know why
You're a perfect flaw amongst the others that stand dry
Oooh, oooh, oooh…

Feeling and dealing with these fears and tears
Here, I will stay and cheer up like the light of day
You're healing me with your melodious, gracious talk
You're stealing away my shameful shadows that stalk -
They stalk me as I walk
I am like sidewalk chalk…
Stepped all over again and again and again
My mighty blur - where has my future been?

I push away the pain inside, side
Subside from my side, side, side
I'm crying, sighing, dying inside, side, side, side
I'm praying, laying, swaying - nowhere to hide
Ah, ah, ah…

Flying and keep trying to find my way out of this blur
I don't know how to stay this way forever, forever, forever
Your aura is a fascinating one and I, I, I don't know why
You're a perfect flaw amongst the others that stand dry
Oooh, oooh, oooh…

Waving goodbye and trying to find my way out of this blur
I don't know how to let go of you forever, forever, forever
Your aura is an intriguing one and I, I, I don't know why
You're a perfect flaw amongst the others that's unable to fly
Oooh, oooh, oooh…

Premium Member You Complete Me

You found my ego badly bruised
and nursed it back to health.
And allowing my heart time to heal,
you restored my desire to laugh.

We are inseparable;
two hearts beating as one,
our souls are eternally linked.
There is no you or me,
only we—we're a perfect fit.

You know my heart and soul,
and cater to both.
And sifting shadows from my past
for fractured pieces of my heart;
and made me whole.

For the first time in my life, I feel wanted,
and unconditionally loved.
Encouraging me to dream,
you numb my pains and forgive my sins.
And replacing all my missing
or broken pieces, like a puzzle;
you complete me.

The Hate I Hold Inside

Everyone has a family, except for me
My happenstance of a cruel reality
Everyone is here for a reason, but why are you?
Your problems seem far away, I don't even have a clue

Bundled up inside I keep my feelings
That make up my entire state of being
The years of abuse that comprise my past
Will they ever be one day released at last?

The people who call me the incorrect names
The monster inside of me, never to be tamed
Demons I faced to be where I am today
No promised neverland for me to lay

Like every alpha woman, I fight alone
For none of the acts against me can ever be atoned
Abandoned by all, I run without a pack
Free from all others, but nothing I lack

But all are lucky that I choose to restrain
From making them feel every ounce of my pain
That never ends, or ceases for a moment
Afflicting my heart and soul like a monument

Harassed for things that are not my fault
Secrets that are locked up inside the vault
Of those who know the truth of what took place
One day in the future, the judgement they'll face

But silently I keep it all hidden inside
Brokenness hiding behind blue-green eyes
I hold back my tongue, and clench up my fists
And hide from the scars on my arms, legs and wrists

Premium Member Because of You

A once in a lifetime event.
Like planets becoming aligned.
You led me out into the light.
We left all the shadows behind.
It’s something I cannot explain.
A changing of mind and of heart.
I followed you out of my past.
At last, now, my future can start.

Because of you.
Because of your love.

The pieces all fall into place.
So many things start making sense.
Suddenly everything’s greener
But now on my side of the fence.
It’s something I cannot define.
Leaves Webster, himself, at a loss.
You drag me up out of my pain.
At last I can set down my cross.

Because of you.
Because of your love.

Like once in a thousand blue moons
A miracle might just occur.
The lost sheep might find its way home.
Bad fortune might somehow reverse.
It’s something one cannot predict.
A gift given out of the blue.
A step ‘round the corner of fate,
At last I am seeing the truth.

Because of you.
Because of your love.

Exes Be Xed Out

Innocence burned in flames
The moment you called me names
Free me from the pleasure and the pain
You’re driving me insane with your brain
You’re a handsome liar…
I’m on fire with your desire
#feeling all alone again
#Refrain from driving me insane
Feeling frightened of what I’ve become
I’m feeling numb, but I’m as strong as titanium
Sleepless at night…flourishing in the light
Everything’s black and white…let’s fly a kite
Strength and hope I need
Pulling you up like a weed
Texting you for too long
Too many times, I’ve written these songs
Nothing helps me belong
In these arms that are cold and heartless…don’t write all my wrongs
On your paper…
It has no flavor
On your paper…
It has no flavor

Hit me with your best shot, stupid ass
You think you have the highest class?
Try me, try me, try me
Cry a river for eternity
I will be your angel on high
If you be my devil from below
I’m alive when I’m shy
I’m extrovert too, you should know

Out of difficulties, grow miracles
I must’ve talked to you a million times
Shut it with your angelic angles
I’ve made far too many rhymes
And did so many crimes
This time…
This time…
This time…

I adore you now
I love you somehow
Fantasies bloom when you walk on by
I am as curious as your one and only fly
I’ve died an infinity times…
I am as shiny as dimes
Dine with me with my failures
Be with me in my endeavors
Dine with me in my successes…
XOXO and bye-bye to my exes

Dreams and nightmares fill my night,
But…shatter me like glass
You’re as fake as a flimsy façade
Get a ride on my past masquerade

What lies ahead?
My past, present and future
I drop dead instead
You loved her, I’m sure

In a blur, you’re my cure…
But, I must endure…
The pain that’s impure
The therapeutic music numbs the pain – if only…you were here…
Then, I wouldn’t be so full of fear…I want to hold you dear…
Time goes by oh so fast…
The past is surely in the past…

Don’t give me no drama
Sick of the trauma you put me through
Doesn’t matter anymore, mama
I guess I was always and forever blue
