Nine attributes of holy spirit
love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness,
faithfulness, gentleness, self-control
if all persons of community
followed, all living in accord with
the Holy Spirit, all would be full
of bliss and reach Lord through Salvation.
God provides easy ways in Bible
for he loves unconditionally

Note:
The Fruit of the Holy Spirit is a biblical term that sums up nine attributes of a person or community living in accord with the Holy Spirit, according to chapter 5 of the Epistle to the Galatians: "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control - Wikipedia
Delay by Him has taken its toll,
Waves of doubt rollover the soul,
Despair extinguished the Spirit,
Wax-filled ears would not hear it.
"Listen, you have left My way!
Wait for My providence and pray.
Change of direction is needed."
But His correction went unheeded.
The restless spirit wrests control,
God's will is no longer the goal,
The anxious heart is not ideal,
So, failing eyes, meet banana peel.
Seeking refuge in my enemy's camp,
I was turned into a foolish scamp,
Philistine mouths were agape.
So, I feigned madness to escape.
That was dumb, I'm ashamed to say,
Letting fear and doubt cloud my way.
The Lord's shelter never fails,
His faithful acts tell the tales.
Keep seeking the Lord in a trial,
Relying on Him is worthwhile.
Instead of becoming milquetoast-
In Him, a reason to boast.
"Come children and listen to Me.
Fear of the Lord will set you free!
Wait for Me to settle the score,
David teaches in Psalm thirty-four."
A Palace in Time
Across the earth stand palaces grand,
Built by the labor of human hand.
Travelers journey far and wide
To behold their beauty, wealth, and pride.
But God, in mercy, gave mankind
A palace unlike any we can find.
Not built of marble, gold, or stone,
But fashioned by His Word alone.
Within His law He placed a sign:
"Remember the Sabbath"—a palace in time.
A royal summons, a sacred call,
Inviting His children, one and all.
Each week the King opens the door,
Welcoming weary souls once more.
To leave behind life's toil and care
And find His peace and presence there.
The Sabbath remains holy because the King is holy still.
His glory stands untouched by human will.
When we neglect this sacred day,
The loss is ours, not Heaven's way.
We miss the joy His presence brings,
The peace that refreshes weary beings.
For Sabbath is more than rest alone;
It is communion before Heaven's throne.
Before Adam labored beneath the sun,
The Sabbath was the first gift he had won.
His first full day was spent with God,
Walking the path creation trod.
The six days matter, yet all point the way
Toward this sacred meeting day.
For we were not created merely to strive,
But through fellowship with God to truly thrive.
Each week the King sends forth the call:
"Remember My Sabbath, come one and all."
A royal appointment marked by grace,
Where His children seek His face.
Yet some may enter the palace door
While their hearts wander elsewhere more.
For the palace in time requires more
Than simply entering through the door.
The cry of every heart should ring:
"Take me to the King! Take me to the King!"
Not to admire the palace alone,
But to draw near Heaven's throne.
When Sabbath ends, may each heart ask,
"Did I fulfill its sacred task?
Did I meet the King? Did I hear His voice?
Did I seek His presence and make Him my choice?"
So Lord, take me to the King today;
Let nothing distract me along the way.
Let me behold His glory divine
Within Your holy palace in time.
For every Sabbath, through grace sublime,
God opens again His palace in time.
And above every blessing we receive,
One truth remains for all who believe:
The palace is precious, the Sabbath divine,
But its greatest treasure is the King inside.
and then i was made whole
by Michael R. Burch
... and then i was made whole,
but not a thing entire,
glued to a perch
in a gilded church,
strung through with a silver wire...
singing a little of this and of that,
warbling higher and higher:
a thing wholly dead
till I lifted my head
and spat at the Lord and his choir.
I am not a fan of the alleged “good news” of the Gospel that billions of human beings will suffer in an “eternal hell” for the “sin” of guessing wrong about which of earth’s many barmy religions to believe. In my opinion no loving, just, wise, enlightened being could have come up with such a hellish religion.
There is something I've wanted to say to you for a long time but never did because I didn't want to sound like I'm preaching so here goes.
One of the most important things for us to remember is that :
God doesn't love us because we are valuable.
We are valuable because He loves us.
I heard Bishop Sheen say that on T.V. once and I think it's one of my favorite mottos to live by. It sure has helped me to feel better about myself now and then when I was feeling down. Just sit back and think about those words:
GOD ALMIGHTY LOVES ME. I HAVE GREAT WORTH BECAUSE THE KINGS OF KINGS FINDS ME WORTHY OF HIS LOVE. I AM NOT ANYTHING SPECIAL ON MY OWN, BUT I AM VERY SPECIAL BECAUSE HE LOVES ME. I AM NO BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE. THE THINGS I OWN OR THE MONEY I HAVE OR THE POSITION I HOLD IN SOCIETY DOES NOT MAKE ME SPECIAL; BUT I AM VERY SPECIAL BECAUSE OF WHO OWNS ME. I AM A CHILD OF THE KING, THE LORD OF ALL CREATION, And His Gentleness Makes Me Great.
So what I'm trying to say here is this:
Don't ever look down on yourself because of what someone else might think of you. Be happy with what God has given you and do your level best to pay Him back by what you do with His gift to you. Your life and everything else that is yours is His gift to you. What you do with it is your gift back to Him.
Don't ever forget that. It's your duty to God, Himself to be the very best YOU that you can be. Strive every day to do well. If you mess up, O.K. , tomorrow is another day, another chance to do better. But please don't short change yourself and don't short change God by being too lazy or too blase to do your best in all that is put before you.
God loves you so much. Try to make Him proud.
Love Always,
Mom
From a gentle sprinkling
That keeps the garden fresh and green
To a raging summer storm
Where lightening cracks and thunder roars
From a tiny little stream
Right up to an awesome flood
Constant is the flow of our Lord’s love!
Some might pray the Lord to bless
The desert’s heat and aridness.
Looking for the Savior’s pow’r
Their heart and soul to bloom and flow’r.
Nourishing their tiny seed
So, it grows and bears much fruit
Slaking every thirst with grace and truth.
Do not fear the darkened clouds
Or the distant thunder’s sound.
Nor the rain that you might hear
For it shows that our Lord’s grace is near.
While we wait to be refreshed
And be cleansed of every stain
His love already falls on us like rain…
God’s grace is falling from heaven above.
A precipitation of infinite love.
A gift undeserved but, God, grant us more!
Some might say, Lord, let it rain…
I say, let it pour!
Work it out
I’ll show you the other side of me
Silence shouts…
Let’s leave this loneliness behind…
I’m sorry for being so stubborn
I feel the aches and burns
What’s wrong with me?
Am I on Cloud 7 again?
Who cares if my heart is full of frivolous fear
For, I can’t live without you here…
I held you dear for almost a year
And I can’t stop thinking about you
And you know that you’re my everything
I’m apologetic because I’ve let you down a few weeks ago
I know that time flies like a treacherous, cunning crow
Turn the cold shoulders
Turn the other cheek
I don’t care…
Yeah, I don’t care
And if I did care, I would have told ya
But, I’m doing a fantabulous job
Being alone in my room and all…I do sob
So, what am I supposed to do, huh?!
Don’tcha want to love me the way you did back then?
I’m still stuck in a daydream, wonderin’ where you been…
Engaging in encouraging sports
Reduced me to naught, but these dirty, old shorts
That remind me of my childhood
When my neighbor friend and I were good in the hood
Why can’t time just stop?
When will I have my own personal time machine?
I want to turn things around…
I always end up here, without a sound
I whisper in a prayer: Please, Lord, I’m sorry
I’m in deep pain…please forgive me…
Please…don’t reduce me to my white lies…
Don’t glamorize me with goodbyes…
Glory be to You, oh Lord of Hosts
Grace be to Jesus Christ – I can’t help, but boast
I’m in deep pain…due to your rain…
Bipolar sure is a tough condition to fight
Refrain from driving me insane…
Sanity and maturity is building me up with its might
I need His Spirit now and forevermore
But, let me lie here and wait for the one I adore
~God Created All ~
( Pentaphor )
God created the whole World
Did all in few days
Lord made all perfect
But for centuries
Man destroys it all
For God don't care
Don't appreciate
His great love, grace
His blessings, all
Man kills love
Destroys life
Most hate all
All so
Sad but
True.

Sitting and praying and reading the word
He cries in the presence of the Lord
What his mind can not say his heart starts to pray
His tears stream slowly as his cares flow away
Tears of repentance, tears of joy washing and healing the wounded heart
Jesus is his rightousness, He walks with him and they never part
He cries when his heart is overcome he lays at the feet of the Holy one
His head is lifted his tears are dried healed by the blood of Jesus Gods Son
He will cry and will endure for salvation through Christ is ensured
Jesus return is very soon and his crieing will stop for ever more
I was endeavored;
Espoused and married;
But alas now I'm widowed;
And I'm physically alone;
I told my Father;
I worship you alone;
As He's tells me I am alone but not alone;
Hevenly Father Grant Me Another So That I Can Worship You Alone--
At the time of my wife death
This is how I felt
Grieving for 2 years
Mourning so many tears;
Now that the pain settled;
And my heart's mellow;
And I'm physically alone;
Hevenly Father Grant Me Another So That I Can Worship You Alone--
And now that she is gone;
I've asked my Father for another;
And if I am worthy;
Maybe some one will;
Become my new instill;
For it's better to wed, than burn;
Given unto me please Lord another wife;
So that I may finish my life;
Given unto me please Lord another wife;
And as both of us together a new wife and I together;
I need to share me and another with the Lord;
As then together you and I can worship you (God) alone;
Her and I together shall worship you alone;
Heavenly Father Grant Me Another So That I Can Worship You Alone--
