Nevertheless, Surviving

Besieged by cruelty
In the wicked hellscape
Turned a blind eye to the latent beauty
Of both love and hate
And like the memories, rewinding
Nevertheless, surviving!

They said, reckless you are
and left me as a dystopian
Those ill disposed ones who were never a star
As disregarded the beauty in each of my scar
From the leading light they are yet so far
And like the spirals, binding
Nevertheless, surviving!

Collapsed brain, isn't bearable
infidelity from someone inevitable
Led to the affliction for that gullible heart
Everything is tearing apart
As if carrying mess isn't anymore an art
Still painful, the riving
Nevertheless, Surviving!

Our Wish

If we could wish upon a star
and see our wish come true
the only thing we could wish for
is what we cannot do.

To bring our daughter back to us
without her earthly pain
for memories now are all we have
since parting was such pain.

I know there's other parents
who have shared our darkest night
but children shouldn't go first
we should be their leading light.

Although I speak the mysteries
of the mind within the soul
within our hearts we suffer
from a huge big gaping hole.

We strive for reassurance
that at last we'll meet again
but until then, like others,
we just learn to live with pain.

No More Worries For Tomorrow

Whatever tomorrow may bring,
Today is in my hands,
My God has thus far made me sing,
He'll lead me through time's sands.

Today is in my hands,
I can use it for God's glory,
He'll lead me through time's sands,
He's the writer of my story.

I can use it for God's glory,
Before I turn to dust,
He's the writer of my story,
My Master whom I trust.

Before I turn to dust,
Each grand new day I'll live for Him,
My Master whom I trust,
His leading Light shall ne'er grow dim,

Each grand new day I'll live for Him,
No matter what happens,
His leading Light shall ne'er grow dim,
He's my Rock and Defence.

No matter what happens,
My God has thus far made me sing,
He's my Rock and Defence,
Whatever tomorrow may bring.

Every stomach should be bounteous with food.
Acceptance should be ingrained and subdued.
With terrorism demise, may Humanity prevail?
Embrace peace through embracing humanity tale.
To prevent skirmish, refrain from criticizing people.
A firmer grasp of one another's emphases feeble.

We are wholly identical, as the stars are plenty.
Every one of us is a word of God's adoration subtly.
The leading light sustains a quieting impact on stream.
A stirring fire saturated with affection haunt a dream.
There will be no conflicts and there will be harmony.
Faith in self-denial and the ascent of antagonism utterly

God fills us with serenity in a variety of ways.
His affection lights our nights and plugs our days.
Realizing my loved ones are fine and protected.
Thankfulness and kindness overflow in the blood.
A profound inner calm that no one can charter away.
Even mankind's hope is clung alive the deep way.

Premium Member Starlight of My Life

Starlight of my Life
When you found me I was
Lost, teary and alone
Alike a fledgling bird
Fallen out from its home.

From the first moment on
I felt I’d found a friend
You, my true love only
Helped a damaged heart mend.

You showed love is the way
To finding happiness
To rejoice and to sing
For all life’s blessedness.

You set my heart aflame
Poetry in motion
With a love that’s deeper
Than the deepest ocean.

There’s no star out in space
That sparkles as you do
You are a leading light
I’ll always follow you.

You’re starlight of my life
Charming prince of my dreams
I’ll love you forever
Till moon beams cease to stream.

Leading Light

A sudden thought springs to my mind,
a statement borne in rhyme.
I find this happens frequently
and cherish it each time.

Don’t ask me where the thought came from,
another soul or mine
or maybe it bleeds from the ‘whole’,
if so this thought’s divine.

The thought then echoes through my mind,
I’m clothed within its gown
and actually feel the thought’s relief
when it is written down.

Then other thoughts can quickly come
like rain they start to pour,
while some must wait until the first
has more time to mature.

When time is right I sit me down
then more words start to flow,
my pen moves through the rhyme with ease
and writes it in one go.

The written words bear ripened fruit
like grapes plucked from the vine,
but from this point I nourish them
and make them really mine.

I carefully study every thought
and review every line
to keep the meaning shining through,
but help the words to rhyme.

I know that I am meant to share
this gift that I’ve received
to help some find their inner strength
in what has been conceived.

My poetry can mean so much
to those who care to read
but please don’t offer me the praise
I did not plant the seed.

There really is a leading light
to see us through our day
it shows itself in many forms
to help us find our way.

But you my friends must seek it out
then with it you can shine
like I have done with poetry
a gift that I make mine.

Lovely, two-week luster.
lasting sylvan smell,
lavender, blue, crimson, lilac, pastel
light lifts people's mettle
leading light is a liking illustration.
loamy land leaning of landowners.

Lubed language is silky and crucial.
land lightly in people's whimsy
locution of literalism logicality
lasts for a lengthy time, if not longer.

Lapis lazuli lanes link labor.
limitless loop layout lends a look of light.
lost from landscape left walls in flux.
looking for love losing out
learning to love may launch
letting love lurch may be a loom.
lift by living a loving life.
lasting love is pulled to lead

Living every day, listening to the wild.
learning life lessons by laughing
lifting lethargy, limiting lemons
loving our Lord, love one another.
love talk leaks recall, lie seal.
loving recalls rekindle love's loyalty.
lips locked, long-lasting.

long, salty lacking friends.
love, latch loss, live for those who care.
looking for a soulmate alone looks cruel.
limping life’s path, listening to voices.
lambaste the bamboozled mind.
laugh, scream your feelings loud

Lustrous eyes reveal loneliness.
lost will, loyalty remains.
lockets and lullabies depict it.
lyrics praise long, dull winters alone.
lacking friendship, grieve less.

Licensed to fix wrongs, omit loopholes of lies.
lure rivals to confess, and learn their lies.

Happy Flag

Lets raise the happy flag
So we can see
Delivered with flowers
From me to you
Lets rejoice of the beauty
That is shared
When we invite positive people
In our sphere
Life is a short journey
With its twists and turns
So in-order to survive it
We create our happy world
Devoid of troubles and strife
Devoid of jealousy and pain
With showers of love
From our happy rain
Lets awake a consciousness
Let us live again
Let us forget our sorrows
And drive in our happy lane

It is not hard to do
When we vanquish misery
When we see the light
That obstacles that surround us
Is not of our choosing
Neither our birthright
So we try and surmount them
As they arrive
With a will and determination
To put things right
Others we count as a loss
Some we cant dislodge
We can only be grateful for the blessing
And raise our happy flag
Searching for contentment
And peace of mind
Searching for truth and kindness
Echoing the nature of the divine
Not as a victim of existence
But a leading light
Entering the cosmos
As a bright star at night
